The location was amazing, wonderful neighbourhood, quite close to the tube and many restaurants. The check-in process was quite easy, the cleaning service came every day. The room had a small balcony which added to its charm. The room was just enough for our week in London. There was also a kettle and some tea and coffee, so you could make yourself a cup of tea if you wanted.

The room doors are a bit on the older side so they would get stuck a little bit while closing/opening, you had to give them a good push/pull. Also, the hostel is in an older building, which means no lift, but luckily we were on the first floor.

The location was supreme!! You take the Heathrow express to Paddington and the place was just a mere five minute walk! Almost all the underground trains stop at Paddington so it’s super easy to get around the city from there. There were also a lot of good food places near by! The room and bathroom were clean and the Indian man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating! Definitely not a fancy five star hotel you get what you pay for.

The top bunks were a little uncomfortable and there wasn’t a lot of counter space or shelving in the bathroom. But like I said it’s not supposed to be a five star hotel so you get what you’re paying for and the location can’t get better! I did see a cockroach in between the door to the main entrance in the hallway of my room :(

As for a hostel in London, the place offers a great deal of facilities, good location ( it's located opposite a small square which makes the place quiet, still close to public transport, restaurants, shops). The staff was really friendly and helpful, greeted our group of kids with sweets. The beddings and towels were changed daily ( first hostel in London to offer such service). I can recommend the place and will come back for sure ❤️

No such thing

I have used this hotel before. It's a bit of a strange one. The hotel managers used this location for bulk student visits, so it's rarely available for single people. I was lucky, as they obviously didn't have a booking. This is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with a little park outside. It's in a great location in Paddington, the rooms are clean, and it's pretty good value.

If you are new and have never used this hotel, you will be a bit freaked out by the checking-in process. However, just read the text message they send on Booking.com. It's very clear. This is probably the only negative. It's not a negative for me, but it's not a usual check-in process as this hotel is exclusive for bulk tour visits.

Excellent location near Hyde Park and Paddington Station, very safe and central. The rooms were tidied up daily.

The bunk beds in our room were shaking like disco dancers in the 80s when someone was making any kind of move in their bed. Also, we didn't know and it wasn't a problem really but you collect the key from another building, not the Atlas one as there is no reception there.

Centrally located, plenty around. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Always happy to help with any issues. Room was quite and comfortable

There was a private kitchen / bathroom, it was extremely comfortable and linen was changed and replaced often. Paddington station is around the corner, as is Hyde park and yet the price is still fair and affordable. Can’t get much better for a budget hotel! Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Very warm welcome from the staff who offered tea, coffee and biscuits at the sister hotel.

There is a lot of stairs if you’re on the upper floors.

Briliant location. Very good value for money we paid. I would certainly recomend this for everyone looking for few days accomodation not far away from London city center. Very well reached by public transport. Parks close by offering plenty of space for rest and chill or walks and other activities. Convenient for shoppers = Oxford street not far away. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect, in the heart of Westminster. The host was very kind and helpful, both check in and check out went without problems. Room was small but definitely enough just to overnight when you spend the whole day outside.

The carpet might need a replacement.

Amazing service, even at 2 AM! We arrived in the middle of the night and were still warmly welcomed. Haidar helped us with parking nearby and even solved an issue with our booking — all around 2 AM! Super friendly and helpful staff. So happy with our stay!
