- Location - only 7 minutes away from Paddington station, nice neighbourhood - Fast communication and helpful staff - There were few things broken when we arrived, but maintenance team quickly fixed it so I put it as a plus. - Room was warm - Easy self check-in process

- The room was small and in the ground floor with the view to another buidling and almost no natural light. It could be better if service provider would warn in advance that the room is in the basement floor. - The double bed was quite small and the mattress too firm for my personal preference but otherwise fine - Guests are obligated to pay a £200 advance (which is returned upon your departure). It could stated more clearly in the description

The location especially for Paddington Station was perfect with it being less than a 5 minute walk, lots of cafes, restaurants and coffee shops right on your doorstep. Me & the Mrs would definitely use Paddington Apartments again.

We read horror stories on how complicated the booking process was but we had the key code email as stated an hour before the check in time but and had no issues ,also be aware that they take a £200 holding deposit on the day of your arrival and release it after you leave, again I wasn't aware of this but it is on the booking info before you actually book, I obviously missed that part but I had no issues in getting that holding deposit back, not a criticism but just making you aware before you book.

Good location, clean and comfortable place. Lots of shops around and still a quiet place to sleep.

Fabulous location and felt safe

We had a very pleasant stay at Paddington Apartments. The apartment was clean and regularly maintained by the staff, which we really appreciated. Self check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the unit being on the 5th floor (with a lift) made access easy. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Paddington Station, which made getting around London very convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, especially by London standards. The air conditioning was a huge plus during the summer, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

The only minor downside was that, although the apartment is on the top floor, there’s not much of a view due to nearby roof structures obstructing it. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and well-located stay in London. We’d gladly return!

Excellent location. Close to the metro station, train station, and bus stop. Only 5 minutes away. The apartment was clean enough, with bed towels changed every other day. The kitchenette had everything you needed to make yourself breakfast and even dinner. The bathroom had everything you needed - soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc.

According to the terms of the reservation, the check-in was supposed to take place at 2 pm, and the day before, I received a letter that I would receive the code to the door and instructions on how to get inside the apartment at exactly 2 pm. It was strange and inconvenient to stand at the entrance and wait for the code to be sent to your email. Especially when this code was not sent at 2 pm, but was sent around 2.30 pm. At some point, I even started to think it was a scam :( Another inconvenient moment was the shower head, which could not be removed.

We really enjoyed with our stay in Paddington Apartments. Small apartments, but absolutely fine for couple stay. Kitchen have all equipment for small cooking and eating. Nice and comfortable shower room. Comfortable double bed, lots room to leave personal items in the wardrobe. Apartments are in very good location with lots transport around, shops and restaurants. But this don't effect sleep quality, night was quite, all 4 staying nights we had a good rest. We got all info how to check in and check out in emails. Was very informative, so it was easy to found the place after arriving. I would stay again in these apartments for sure 👍👍

The location was perfect, I had trouble locating the email with the code for the lock box due to so many emails being sent with information. I contacted the number and was finally able to find my code and open the key box. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay.

The beds could use a solid piece of wood under the mattress for better support and the plastic mattress cover made it sticky when sleeping since the bed sheets are not fitted, they kept moving as you slept.

The location is awesome. Walking distance from Paddington station. I had a morning meeting after which I had to rush to Heathrow. it was a breeze!! The room was surprisingly spacious and well stocked with kitchenette, utensils, kettle, etc. The room was fitted with an AC which made things much better in London warmth now a days. The elevators on the property were welcome, though a little rickety.

The only thing we missed was the kitchen paper towel roll as well as extra paper napkins. But it wasn't much of a bother. The property is a little more expensive than others in the vicinity but the experience was very good.
