Perfect location close to Paddington station. Small but cosy rooms with very comfortable beds. Fresh bathroom with nice amenities and superb towels to try and snuggle in to. The staff are always on their toes to help with whatever they can do for you,

For the price I think the value was exactly on the spot. Could be good with one or to hooks for jackets etc in the room.

Just a 2 minute walk from Paddington Station, the residence sits at the back corner of the street, which makes this place less crowded and less noisy. Residence is newly opened, and we got the junior suite room located on the first floor. The in house PP Cafe serves continental breakfast (consisting of a decent spread of white bread, wholemeal bread with a toaster provided, fruit preserves, butter, yoghurt, some pastries, hot water for tea or coffee, cereal with milk, orange juice, apple juice, cold cuts, tomatoes, pickles, cheese spread, cut fruits and whole fruits) that were complimentary while the Malaysian breakfast menu were chargeable. We had the Nasi Lemak which was really delicious consisting of the whole set of fragrant coconut rice, cut cucumber, crunchy anchovies with peanuts, spicy sambal and tumeric fried chicken, which was a legitimate representation of the Malaysian dish. To add on and emphasize, this cafe is Halal. The residence also provided 1 full size prayer mat with the Qiblah direction sticker on the ceiling.

After the first night when we went out for the day at around 9am, the sign to 'make up room' was displayed clearly on the door of our room, but we came back after 10pm to find that the sign was still there and the room untouched. The morning after, we did the same, but this time the room was cleaned. Also, even though we had opted for the junior suite due to its slightly larger size based on the sq feet, the room ended up having a long stretch of corridor which was not exactly usable. The bathroom also was a little cramped and the shower door would not close properly, ended up with shower water pooling on the dry side of the bathroom.

Spacious, comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful.

it can be a bit noisy due to the single glazed window, but in practice it was quite good and most of the time quiet, you can't open the window (makes sense for safety reasons as our room was on the ground floor), no chairs or a couch (not comfortable for a longer stay, for us for one night it was absolutely fine

The staff were friendly and helpful and it was great to have somewhere safe to park the car

The bed was very hard and the room very small for a couple trying to move around. There was only 1 towel and 1 cup and 1 bottle of water No lift so climbing the 8 flights of stairs with bags was challenging

I was positively surprised - stayed in a room for one person - and it was quite big, had basic equipment, good lights, AC, good bed, good wifi, waters of bottle for the welcome, etc. I would stay again! (I was in other hotels in the same location before, and they were much more expensive with much worse comfort - smaller room, shared bathroom, etc.) It is a good value for money

The biggest downside is the entrance door - they are broken and sometimes they do not open. Unfortunately it happened right after my arrival to London, so I spent like 30minutes to open the door of the building. Reception was already closed and there was not any kind of support. I was already on the line with Booking to cancel and refund the accommodation as I was standing there with all luggages and could not enter the building. Suddenly, the 37th attempt to open the door worked. Then it never ever happened during my stay. I am surprised that the owner does not invest into such a minor thing to repair the entrance door....

Great location, able to get early checkin time easily. Good size deluxe single room, great shower with products provided, large supersoft high quality towels.

Radiator in the bathroom was very hot and made the room a bit too warm, but rather that than cold 😊

The hotel room was nice, cosy, clean and quiet, although quite small, but I knew that before the visit, so it wasn't a problem for us. The staff was polite.

The length of the bed in our room was just on the limit, it's was still ok for me, I'm 183 cm tall, but it would probably be uncomfortable for people taller than that to sleep. Since there was about 15-20 cm of useless space between the end of the bed and the wall anyway, it would be easy to organize a longer bed. Breakfast was included in our price, but unfortunately it was canceled about a week before our arrival. It turned out that this was somewhat good news for us, because thanks to it we had the opportunity to experience many different and tasty breakfast options near the hotel 😉

Clean, malaysian restaurant at the basement, quiet strategic location- it felt safe, room is clean beddings looks new and the Malaysian receptionist who was very accommodating and kind, luggage storage

We booked 2 rooms and but allocation at different corners. Small alleys between room which has doors that locked by itself. If you dont bring your key, you cant go back to your room. Not sure why it is done this way. One of the receptionist which i believe a pakistani or bangladeshi who was unfriendly, non accommodating. You should hire Malaysian as we have the passion and hospitality to care for guests needs

Great central easy to find location. Rooms are small but you have the whole of London right outside.

Staggered staff rota makes them virtually uncontactable. My sister and niece were accidentally locked out of their room and had to squeeze in my room for the night. We were only able to find staff to talk to about this after 9am… before which I had also had to let another guest in from the front door after he waited an hour outside as his key card could not work (and again, no one had answered the phone). Basically, you’d be in a pickle in case of emergencies after office hours!
