The room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable.

Awful grimy view from the window of a dirty wall. The shower was terrible. It was very weak and covered in limescale

The hotel is well positioned next to hide park. The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable. I had the pleasure of eating at the restaurant of the hotel and having a few drinks at the bar. Both the food and the drinks were exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Oleh, the lovely girls at the reception and the gentleman at the bar. Definetly worth a visit if you’re in London!

The room was lovely. It had a four poster bed and area to sit out. Unfortunately it rained while we were there but it was a lovely touch.

Breakfast. We hadn't booked for breakfast and was squeezed in. I wished they would have admitted how busy they were and we would have visited one of the gorgeous cafes around the corner. We were kept waiting 45 mins for 2 very cold poached eggs and a plate of waffles and was charged £35 for this. Come on guys I know it is London but £4 for a glass of orange juice. Not good. Because of the delayed service we were late for a booking we had made for later that morning.

Great location, 5 minutes from Paddington but very quiet. The bed was super comfortable and staff were friendly.

The 4-poster bed was so high I had to stand in a chair to get in! Even my 6’ husband struggled. No toast came with the English Breakfast and after ordering some, I’d finished my meal - slowly - and left before it ever arrived. Toast should be offered as standard with English Breakfast. Finally, there should be sockets near a mirror for the hairdryer.

Charming building in convenient location. Very comfortable bed. Nice bath, and specially shower pressure.

Some things needed updating. Staff was very young and inexperienced

Pretty room. We arrived early and were given a room where we could refresh and even shower and later they moved our belongings to our scheduled King room. Breakfast food was good. Short walk from the Paddington rail and tube station. Several good restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood.

Breakfast/dining room was smaller than expected - we were always seated when coming down for breakfast but others had to wait for tables to be cleared. Never ate dinner there as 2 of 4 nights they had private parties and we were lucky to get a drink in the bar and felt chased back to our room. They requested a gratuity at check out but said it was "voluntary". Don't recall this was every mentioned on bookings or the hotels website and felt blind sighted. The staff was generally nice and helpful but this was unexpected and annoying.

The room was lovely. The little restaurant was lovely too. Great breakfast and lovely champagne afternoon. The location was easy to get to from Paddington station and walking distance to great restaurants.

Unfortunately we were unable to check in earlier, so having to entertain ourselves for hours and hours was tough especially after b24 hours of travel. Whilst this is not the hotels fault - sometimes its nice if you can check in even if only a couple hours early. We requested a twin room a booked a twin room however got a double room. Thankfully I was travelling with my daughter so it still worked ok

I stayed here for three nights. I really like the British retro decoration of this hotel. The room is as beautiful as it is advertised. Every staff member is very warm and genuine. When I sit in the reception area to take a rest, they will friendly ask me if I need something to drink. What I like most is the restaurant. The environment is exquisite and beautiful, the service is attentive, and the food is also very delicious. You can walk to Paddington Station from here, which is very convenient if you want to travel to cities around London or go to Heathrow Airport. You can reach the junction of Hyde Park and Kensington Park in an 8-minute walk. It's really enjoyable to take a walk in the park after getting up in the morning and watch various birds in the lake. You can walk to the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Science Museum through Kensington Park.

The TV signal in my room is not good. There are occasional noises in the room that seem to be from the vibrating water pipes. The bathroom where the shower and the bathtub are combined is something that I'm not really used to personally.

My wife and I stayed for 4 night at Roseate, every minute we felt special and the service is beyond beautiful, on our 1st night we got a nice strawberry cake to celebrate our anniversary, on the last night we got a chocolate tart with a we will miss you msg, on our last day our flight was late in the evening and we asked for a late checkout, the hotel staff offered us to move to another room (smaller with no balcony) till our time to head to the airport around 5pm - no cost at all! More over, they offered a complementary breakfast (as apology to moving us to another room) - all lovely gestures and all beyond expectations!! Great service with beautiful staff (every one) including reception girls, bell boys and restaurant staff ! Fantastic service that we will talk about alot and will be never forgotten, we will definitely come back to Roseate in our next trip to London that is for sure ! Many thanks great people of Roseate :)

Everything was exceptional. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast at the Hyde resturaunt was delicious. The rooms were clean and designed for a comfortable stay (the beds were excellent). The vibes of the hotel were cozy and welcoming. The decor was classic and expressed refined taste. The location of the hotel was great, safe neighborhood with 2 train stations only 5 minutes walking distance away (Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station). Many good Italian restaurants only 3 minutes away by walking. Main attractions are short direct stops away from the mentioned stations. Would definitely try to stay there again.

There is nothing in particular that I did not like. However I would suggest expanding the breakfast area to allow more flexibility for the guests to come eat at their leisure without booking in advance.
