Location is round the corner from Paddington station and Lancaster Gate tube. It had a and elevator, decent washer dryer, fridge and cooker. Bathroom was a decent size and hot water supply and shower was good.

Studio was very different from the pictures, what was shown was not what you get. There was little storage on hand and the furniture was bare and worn. TV actually had a scratch on the screen.

Great location. Modern style, spacious room. Good value for money.

The room was a little bit cold

A few standout points: 1- The staff are super welcoming and friendly 2- The location, you are a few minutes away from both Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station. In addition many restaurants and shops are close by 3- They have an elevator in the building for upper floors 4- They gave us a room on the 4th floor overlooking the park

Only a comment not a dislike, if they could have an access to the building that is accessible for a wheelchair or a stroller, it would be amazing… but we managed with the staffs help

Location is EXCELLENT. Straight shot on Heathrow Express. About 5 mins to Apt. Plenty of food choices incl. supermarkets. Very close to Hyde park. Closer tube station is Lancaster Gate Station even closer than Paddington. Staff is 5 star. Apt is spacious by London standards.

We stayed 7 nights. Could do with housekeeping when required. Advised staff the shower temp valve is faulty. Could do with more kitchen stuff...paper towels, dish sponge, cutting board...minor. Elec range could do with a hood. A little pricey per night but hey it's London. Could do with a little more furnishings...writing desk, desk lamp, two folding chairs.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in London. The space is very generous, providing plenty of room to relax. The decor is modern yet cozy, making it a perfect home away from home. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of London, with easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. It’s spacious, comfortable, stylish, and in an ideal location. I would definitely stay here again!

The kitchenette was a super bonus and convenience; it had all necessary items, also detergent etc, and a stock of coffee and tea. The room is really spacious, there is also a desk and a nice chair, hairdryer and iron. The location is walking distance from Paddington station, less than 5-minute walk- which is ultra convenient not only for the tube (and getting to/from Heathrow airport with Elisabeth line) but also multiple bus lines. In the other direction, within 5-minute walk there is Lancaster Gate metro station and again multiple bus lines. Many places to eat nearby, or to buy groceries. The street was super quiet. Super location for Hyde Park, Kensington, all the Museums across the park but even to West End the commute was supper convenient. I travelled with my teenage daughter, we went to a show every day, coming back late in the evening and always felt super safe.

The room service is only for longer stays, to which I was entitled, but when the room service passed by and I declined as it was not convenient for me at that very moment, they never came back. So 8 days with no room service.

Large spacious premium 1 bed apartment, super comfortable and large bed, great seating and lovely bathroom. Great location for Paddington station.

Had a combi-oven/microwave in previous stay in LG1 but this apartment only had microwave with grill element, so put request for oven in comments when booking if you need it. Also lower ground rooms face inwards onto an inaccessible courtyard which is unappealing with weeds growing and people’s litter which must be dropped from windows, if this was cleared up it would look so much smarter and in keeping with the property’s facilities.

Excellent location near Paddington station with great choice of quality cafes, bistros and restaurants. Rooms in apartment were small but well furnished and clean. Lovely warm bathroom with heated towel rails and complimentary bathroom products, always a bonus when travelling light. Kitchenette had everything you’d need and more tea/ coffee was delivered very promptly. 24 hour reception desk with friendly and welcoming staff. Felt safe even returning late at night.

We booked two apartments for our group of 8 (with4 in each) and in one apartment, both bedrooms were open access with no bedroom doors, which might not suit all groups. No bar for night cap but staff were very accommodating, letting us use the big table in the foyer for drinks before bed.
