Location is round the corner from Paddington station and Lancaster Gate tube. It had a and elevator, decent washer dryer, fridge and cooker. Bathroom was a decent size and hot water supply and shower was good.

Studio was very different from the pictures, what was shown was not what you get. There was little storage on hand and the furniture was bare and worn. TV actually had a scratch on the screen.

Great location. Modern style, spacious room. Good value for money.

The room was a little bit cold

Spacious for London. Convenient inclusions. Location better than expected. Front desk lady was great - despite being busy dealing with multiple challenges. Was very helpful and responsive when we requested a room change to park view and better floor plan.

The check in was clunky - check in communication was not received as expected - but believe the problem was due to technical glitch between Booking.com and Hotel reservation systems The initial room allocated was ordinary not the premium we booked and expected but lady was able to sort that. Rating would have been very poor had that not occurred.

The staff at Reception were very helpful and friendly. I have stayed at this accommodation on a few occasions and always receive a warm welcome from the staff at Reception. Any questions I ask of them are answered quickly and with a smile. Like a home from home. The location is excellent for public transport as the tube station and Paddington are a short walk away. The Heathrow Express is also to be found at Paddington and there are supermarkets such as Sainsburys and Marks&Spencer available at Paddington Station. I will return again in July for a week to meet with friends in London and I am looking forward to staying at the same accommodation

I can't think of anything negative to say as the weather was also perfect

A few standout points: 1- The staff are super welcoming and friendly 2- The location, you are a few minutes away from both Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station. In addition many restaurants and shops are close by 3- They have an elevator in the building for upper floors 4- They gave us a room on the 4th floor overlooking the park

Only a comment not a dislike, if they could have an access to the building that is accessible for a wheelchair or a stroller, it would be amazing… but we managed with the staffs help

Location is EXCELLENT. Straight shot on Heathrow Express. About 5 mins to Apt. Plenty of food choices incl. supermarkets. Very close to Hyde park. Closer tube station is Lancaster Gate Station even closer than Paddington. Staff is 5 star. Apt is spacious by London standards.

We stayed 7 nights. Could do with housekeeping when required. Advised staff the shower temp valve is faulty. Could do with more kitchen stuff...paper towels, dish sponge, cutting board...minor. Elec range could do with a hood. A little pricey per night but hey it's London. Could do with a little more furnishings...writing desk, desk lamp, two folding chairs.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in London. The space is very generous, providing plenty of room to relax. The decor is modern yet cozy, making it a perfect home away from home. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of London, with easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. It’s spacious, comfortable, stylish, and in an ideal location. I would definitely stay here again!
