Great price for central London Modern and clean Good size room, considering it was a single Good range of facilities Great location for Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate

I needed to climb up 4 flights of stairs with my heavy case and no assistance offered by staff. In process of renovating so upper floors not so good in communal areas. Lack of towels - single one offered very small.

To start off we were greeted so welcomingly by the staff I informed them that it was my sisters birthday and they were so excited. They allowed me to decorate our room on the basis that I clean up which I did. They gave my sister a little birthday present which nearly made me cry it was so kind. The location was amazing the stay was perfect I don’t have one mad thing to say about this hotel the facilities were clean the staff were so friendly and the location was perfect. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who looking to go to London and stay in city but not need to pay big buck to stay in a nice and clean hotel.

I had an ensuite single room which was perfect for a short stay as it was fairly quiet and a great location with easy access to Paddington and all the surrounding shops and restaurants.

It's an older building, so to access my single room, I had to climb four flights of stairs! The room is a little dated with wear and tear showing on both the wall and carpet, plus the water pressure took a while to kick in and was low. In addition, just to note, there is a £100 deposit for damage, but I have found this has become the standard in a number of hotels.

The staff have all been lovely. I slept really well. Shower was good pressure and temperature. Very easy to locate and close to both Lancaster Gate tube station and Paddington station. Both less than a 5 minute walk. Super close to Hyde park which was a bonus for a morning jog. Will stay here again.

My key was a little stiff in the door. That’s all I can fault.

The room was ideal, very small though. If I had a larger suitcase, it would be difficult to move around. Enough hangers, the charging station worked. The bathroom was clean, and two towels were provided. For my next trip to London, I would absolutely stay here again!

The confirmation did not contain information that I would have to pay a returnable fee of 100 GBP for the room. The money is still blocked on my account three days later :(

Great location and incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms were easy to find and clean.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable to sleep in. We could feel the springs in the bed. Would have also liked places to put our clothes/suitcases so that they didn’t have to sit on the floor.

Perfect location, only 2,3 mins to Padding ton station and very close to Hyde park and the owner and stuffs are very nice more than I expected, I would love to stay again.

No air conditioner, I’d love to stay in autumn and winter☺️

Great location and the 24-hour reception and internal front desk security made for a good night's sleep. Clean and comfortable bed.

Room was a little cramped, and a little on the stuffy side. A fan was provided that made for a somewhat noisy night. Otherwise decent for a budget hotel.

Location was incredibly handy and the room was comfortable and quite clean. Incredibly good value for money. They did ask for an extra £100 in case of any damages to the room, but the entire £100 was returned after the stay so there was no hassle there. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was ideal! Right beside Hyde park away from the busy touristic areas but close enough to the Main attractions in London and 5 min walk from Paddington station.

The room had no mirror so we couldn’t see how our outfits looked. But the bathrooms had a mirror.
