Location was great and staff was courteous

Quiet location. Very short distance walk to Paddingron Station. Clean bathrooms. I want to know what the brand and scent of the body wash, shampoo, conditioners are. Smells wonderful and calming.

Single bed not comfortable but everything else is great!

Breakfast could be improved with some small changes. Heating of food. Choice of cereals and fruit. Individual tea choices, not pot served

For tourists perhaps offering more local information we ate out at local restaurants. we were mot aware of dinner being offered at the hotel.

The company has not responded yet to the situation regarding the rainwater penetrative the ceiling at 3am. As we booked via Booking.com, the staff washed appeared to have washed their hands of any suggestion of compensation.

Location was very good, close to the subway, a lot of complementary toiletries, breakfast was good

I accidentally left my keys at the hotel and was en route back to Canada when I realized. I called the manager and she was very helpful. She told me how to arrange a prepaid royal mail pick up so we could have them sent to us.

The room assignment is hit or miss. Sometimes I have been in a gorgeous and large room with a fruit basket; other times I’ve been in a tiny space in the basement. This has been with the same type of room booking, except the last time when I booked an upgraded room and it was still tiny and in the basement.

Very clean and up to date, air-conditioned, Obliging staff nothing too much trouble for them, Stair and lift access to all floors. Most important to us, very handy to Paddington Station, also easy taxi access to hotel frontage. Also, no noticeable traffic noise or noise from tube trains.

Rooms compact but we were aware of size, would have liked face washers as bathroom had everything else down to shavers toothbrushes even toothpaste. Could have had better instructions for locking, unlocking of safe. after being locked out of safe, found only needed to touch safe door with room access card. So easy no pressing code buttons.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and it definitely won’t be the last. The staff are always very kind and helpful. In my opinion, what makes this hotel truly special are its team and its location. It’s within walking distance to many attractions, and perfectly central for getting anywhere else. Just a 2-minute walk from Paddington Station. The common areas and my room were cleaned with care. I stayed for 5 days, but unfortunately didn’t get a chance to dine at the hotel. If I had, I definitely would have loved to try it, every evening it looked lively and inviting.

The mini fridge, in particular, could benefit from a bit of an upgrade.

Felt very safe and comfortable as a female solo traveller. The staff from the very first minute of arrival were very friendly helpful and I felt very welcomed. Although I was put in a basement room they explained it,was only for one night and moved me to another one the next day. The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. It was small but had enough space for one person. It was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. It wasn't far to access public transport just around the corner 5 mins walk away. I've stayed in Paddington several times and the area where the hotel is feels safe. Hyde Park and Kensington gardens is a few minutes away. There are also lots of restaurants in the area so there are always people around This my 2nd visit to this hotel and I most definitely will book again and recommend it to others.

Nothing everything was good and very satisfactory. The only thing was that the racks for towels in the bathroom are very high up and as I'm only 5ft they were very difficult to reach as was adjusting the shower as it was pushed to the very top. Left a note for staff and they sorted it out for me.
