Location was great and staff was courteous

Quiet location. Very short distance walk to Paddingron Station. Clean bathrooms. I want to know what the brand and scent of the body wash, shampoo, conditioners are. Smells wonderful and calming.

Single bed not comfortable but everything else is great!

Breakfast could be improved with some small changes. Heating of food. Choice of cereals and fruit. Individual tea choices, not pot served

For tourists perhaps offering more local information we ate out at local restaurants. we were mot aware of dinner being offered at the hotel.

The room was clean Facilities were great. They provided us with slippers / toothbrush kit by coming to the room, i.e., no reception collection. We could keep our bags and collect them later during the day after checking out. We were also offered an early check-in in the basement, which we refused, but they did their best to provide us comfort ! The rooms were clean and they had air conditioning!! The location was close to Paddington station and convenient for travelling around ! The only downsides were small room and no view outside the window. We also asked for two single beds but got a double one which we managed but two single would have been great. But overall with the customer service I was really happy I chose this place !

The company has not responded yet to the situation regarding the rainwater penetrative the ceiling at 3am. As we booked via Booking.com, the staff washed appeared to have washed their hands of any suggestion of compensation.

Location was very good, close to the subway, a lot of complementary toiletries, breakfast was good

We stayed at Montcalm Chilworth in a compact double room - which was very nice - had everything we needed. Room was clean and comfortable for my husband and myself. Shower was decent size, my husband is quite tall and was happy he could have a comfortable shower with plenty of room to move. We had two suitcases which could have made the room squeezy but we put one suitcase in the cupboard and it was fine. Close to Paddington station and walking distance to some attractions in the area. Great staff - they helped us with the bags and anything we needed. Thank you

Could have had a view - which would have been amazing and sometimes people in corridors bit noisy but that isn’t fault of hotel. Otherwise great - highly recommend

Location was great, close to Paddington station. The airco is fantastic. Bed was nice and I really liked the rainshower. You get a free 30min spa time, which I really enjoyed. It's better than other hotels I've stayed at in London but still has room for improvement!

I started with a room in the basement, which was too small to even fit my luggage and there was no daylight. As I went for a week, I didn't want to stay in a bunker so long, so I got to upgrade to a room at the third floor. The room does have a lot of bugs and insects, especially behind the bedboard. It also isn't very accessible as there are stairs inside the room and has a very narrow walk towards the bed thanks to the huge desk. This desk should be smaller or removed, I bumped into it quite a few times and hurt myself, even though I am not a big person. Breakfast was okay, but the room was too small for the people to get their breakfast and staff to walk around and refill. It also didn't change during my stay and there wasn't that much choice.

Good location, close to Paddington Station, restaurants & Hyde Park. Clean & comfortable room, modern bathroom. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Had a small fridge & microwave oven.

We had a compact room in the basement. The bed was too small for the 2 of us (& we're not big people) plus the artificially lit window was a bit weird. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and there was a bright green light, both disturbing our sleep. We complained about the green light (apparently, an emergency light) to reception; they had someone look at it and it was modified to be in a neighbouring vent, and that worked well for us.

This hotel is in a perfect location, not far from Hyde Park and super close to Paddington Station. The staff were very helpful and welcoming as well. The room was small but it is London so you expect it. On arrival they had a basket of fruit and cookies in your room, we thought it was a lovely gesture, you don't get anything much for free these days! the restaurant looked very nice as well.

It was quite hard to actually put your suitcase anywhere because of the size of the room but we changed a few things around and managed OK. the bathroom was small but very clean and quite good for the centre of London.
