Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Hyde park and the same to Paddington UG station and another station opposite Hyde park. There’s lots of amenities close by too. The property we stayed in was the basement 2-bed and was enough for a family of 4. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay for our 4-nights stay in London.

You can’t identify from the 100 or so pictures what apartment you end up staying in. Also, I’d say the pictures on the advert were taken some years before 2024 (when we stayed) as the apartment was looking a little tired. Little things like; gas box door wouldn’t shut, rear door wouldn’t open due to wood expansion, smaller bedroom window wouldn’t lock, TV cable was loose meaning the TV was temperamental, windows needed a good clean especially the kitchen roof top window, shower doors needed some attention, smaller bedroom floor sagged in one area, etc. These are all minor issues that could be fixed very easily.

Not disclosing that it is in the fourth floor without elevator when advertised and booked. Internet was not fast nor stable

Great location, secure property with basic amenities (hairdryer, iron, shampoo/soap and towels). We booked extremely last minute due to a mishap in our travel plans and we were allowed to drop our bags off in the room despite it not being ready yet. Was cleaned promptly for us and both customer service and the property cleaner were very helpful and kind! 10 min walk from paddington station which was really helpful

We had some issues with the hot water / boiler, seemed to resolve itself by the next day but did have one day of cold showers, otherwise no problems at all

We did not end up staying here due to a leak. We stayed at Fitzrovia by Paddington. Location was amazing....

No wifi during 3 days out of our 4 day stay and the unpleasant smell from the bathroom.

Great location, charming building, good facilities overall. Easy to get to a multitude of other locations from there. Easy to access the building (door code) and room key (lock box).

Nowhere to hang towels; knew there was no lift though didn’t know until we got there which floor we were on (top) and how step and narrow the stairs we had to take our bags up and then down.

I think it is a pleasant and quiet location, easily accessible, close to the Science Museum and National Geographic Museum. The apartment was cozy, ideal also for a family with a child. I appreciate the maximum equipment of the kitchen. I was only missing a shower curtain in the bathroom, but it wasn't a big problem. Overall, I rate the apartment positively.

Metropolitan look and atmosphere. Lounge/relaxed setting with captivating art pieces. A touch of Londons BIG doors and Tall windows and theatre history. It was perfect for me. A country spirit girl who’s from the city of Philadelphia, PA USA and lives in NYC USA. Wonderful, area of all classes. Very close to Public transportation, cycling, or to just walk
