This place looks even more better in real.. Beautiful place, clean, comfortable bed, refreshment provide. Surely will recommended this place, as close to many restaurants and take aways. We took hop on hop off, bus stop closeby.. Paddington station was just about 10mins walk.

Very good place. Excellent location. Proximity to tube stations was a big plus. Apartment was kept very well. Spacious too by London standards. Infact the pictures do not do justice to the actual amount of space in the two bedroom apartment we took. Ofcourse the kitchenette was small, but was very practical and functional. So no complaints there as well. Only sore spot was the extremely tiny bathroom, shower cubicle especially. Even the fluffy bath towels were larger than the bathroom !! Given how well we were located, that too is acceptable.

How smooth the booking system was and the quick responses to my questions Provided an extra hairdryer at our request as we had 4 women in the apartment, nothing seemed to be too much bother

Lights and mirrors could have been positioned better for us women putting make on etc lol. Entry and 2pm and leaving at 10am. Earlier check in and later departure would be good, we had an early flight to London and spent a good few hours carrying our luggage around town before our evening flight. I understand you need time to turn the apartment around and this is only suggestions. Still had a fab time. Thank you for having us

The apartment was in an ideal, central location and exceptional value for money. The space was a little cramped. Whilst the shower room and kitchen were well equipped, there was not really any comfortable sitting space. However, as our booking was for one night only, this was not a problem for us.

I was dismayed to receive a message, just before the stay, asking me to download an app for entry to the property and mentioning a £200 deposit. I checked on the app, which had a very poor rating, with critical comments and decided that I did not want to use it. I telephoned Reception, which was located in a hotel about 15 minutes walk from the apartment, to ask if it was possble to use a key card or keys and to complain about being told, so late, about the deposit. The member of staff at Reception was very helpful and explained that we could use a key card instead of the app, which is what we did. The deposit was not taken.

Great hotel location close to restaurants, coffee shops, park, and transportation. During our nine-night stay the apartment was consistently kept to highest standards of cleanness by the very professional hotel personnel (Larisa and Maria). Apartment is more spacious than photos might suggest. Street was unexpectable quiet for a reasonably central location on one of the World's most vibrant city.

Acoustic isolation between the floors could be improved, but overall, our sleep was quite comfortable.

Great central location, spacious and clean apartment, basic tea/coffee facilities provided which was handy as we arrived late in the evening. We stayed for 5 nights, cleaners came every 2nd day to dress beds, change towels and bins. 5/10 min walk from Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations and hop on/off buses. The area is residential so quiet in the evenings if you have small children but also close enough to a good selection of bars and restaurants for nighttime entertainment. There's a Nisa shop on the corner that has everything you need including luggage storage if you have a late flight.

Location is great, easily accessible via bus and tube . Check in was smooth and on time. Staff timely communicated and resolved queries. The apartment is nice and tidy and was bigger than expected. Bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with basic utensils , the bathroom is compact but not an issue . Everything was great, it's an on road property but the street was not too noisy .

Kitchen towels and basic cleaning brush were missing but as property managed the housekeeping so wasn't a big issue .Overall a very good experience.

I was truly impressed by the staff's exceptional service. When my friend accidentally left the key and was locked out of our room at 2 AM while I was sleeping and couldn’t get up to open the door, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and calm, quickly resolving the situation without any hassle. The hotel is comfortable, but it’s the staff that really makes it shine. I highly recommend Hyde Park Apartments for anyone seeking a place with top-notch hospitality. And also the location is really nice. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Nice location (less than 10 mins from paddington), good value and much bigger than anticipated. Two bedrooms and a kitchen with dining room. Decent hot shower. Complimentary water and biscuits. Good central heating.

Very light on decor so felt soulless. No bedside lights! If I had realized they charged a 200 pound deposit before booking a non refundable room then I wouldn’t have booked in the first place. However the deposit was returned the day of checkout. They also have a no visitor rule which I didn’t realize. I’d wanted to have a couple of drinks and a take away with 2 old friends.

It was walking distance from the Paddington station. The building had all the necessary amenities and it was very clean. The facility was as described The check in process was very clear and easy. They were very kind to assist us to stay an extra night when our flight was cancelled because of the Heathrow closure. The cleaning staff helped us to move our stuff to the new room which was really appreciated

the stairs, they were a little steep and narrow specially with heavy luggage and the noise coming from the other guests
