We had an amazing experience during our vacation in London, and our accommodation played a big part in that. The location was perfect, near public transport and major attractions( eg.: 40 minutes walk to Buckinghan Palace through beautiful Hyde Park). The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, even late at night. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and the kitchen had all the essentials for a quick breakfast or dinner. We especially appreciated the Wi-Fi and the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and complimentary tea and coffee. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. A special thank-you to the cleaning ladies who did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and fresh. Their attention to detail and hard work truly made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.❤️ Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay. Paddington is the perfect location, full of places to eat and perfect for using public transport. With underground direct from/to Heathrow. Hyde park is a 5-minute walk away. We booked 2 different apartments because we were 8 people. Both were fantastic. Clean, spacious… They provide with complimentary tea bags, coffee, and chocolate….as well as dish soap in the kitchen and amenities in the bathroom. Very well provided in general. They clean every 2 days which is enough in my opinion. I will book again every time I visit London for sure.

Got the email for check in the evening before with clear instructions that I would receive another email with a door code and instructions how to access the building before the allocated check in time of 2pm. I received the email and the instructions were easy to follow. The location was excellent and very central to Lancaster Gate underground (3 min walk) and Paddington (7 min walk) We stayed 4 night and there was a towel change after 2 night which was unexpected but much appreciated as there was 5 of us in the accommodation.

We stayed in the basement apartment which had very little ventilation and was stuffy and warm in August as the weather was quiet hot (26C). Saying that we did not spend long in the apartment as we were out all day. There was an electric standalone plug in fan but we did not use it.

"It is a quiet and clean place, close to Paddington station and very near Hyde Park – an excellent location for exploring London. The area is very safe, and communication with the property was excellent – any request is handled immediately. It is also very close to restaurants and small local minimarkets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

The location of this place is great, near the British museum and about a 20 minute walk to Trafalgar Square. Busses and tubes easily available from here too. Despite many reviews mentioning the rooms were small, we did NOT have that issue at all, which pleased me greatly. There was breakfast provided here, too and there are gluten-free options. Staff were very friendly, bed comfy, we also had a couch in our room. Shower was nice.

Dining room is in the basement and packed with chairs and tables, such that sometimes you can't really get through? There is NO lift and MULTIPLE LEVELS (there were at least two level ones, and twos). Reception for picking up keys was next door, which confused us a bit.

This place looks even more better in real.. Beautiful place, clean, comfortable bed, refreshment provide. Surely will recommended this place, as close to many restaurants and take aways. We took hop on hop off, bus stop closeby.. Paddington station was just about 10mins walk.

Apartment was clean, and was serviced every second day, had a good kitchen enabling us to cook our own food. Location is unbeatable close to both the tube and a 700m walk to Paddington station. Some nice restaurants in the area as well.

We were on the 3rd floor and the last flight of steps is quite narrow. Good exercise each day, but if you have mobility issues it may be a challenge getting you bags up to the last level.

Very good place. Excellent location. Proximity to tube stations was a big plus. Apartment was kept very well. Spacious too by London standards. Infact the pictures do not do justice to the actual amount of space in the two bedroom apartment we took. Ofcourse the kitchenette was small, but was very practical and functional. So no complaints there as well. Only sore spot was the extremely tiny bathroom, shower cubicle especially. Even the fluffy bath towels were larger than the bathroom !! Given how well we were located, that too is acceptable.

I made a mistake on the book-in timing, but the host was still able to sort us out at 6am (late check in not early) over the phone. The property was comfy and clean and the whole building seemed to be run by the operator, instead of being a dodgy air bnb situation. Everything worked. There was restaurants and shops nearby, and it was only two blocks to Paddington station or Hyde park. There was three TVs and usb chargers on the lamps in the bedrooms.

There was a wobbly chair in the kitchen.

How smooth the booking system was and the quick responses to my questions Provided an extra hairdryer at our request as we had 4 women in the apartment, nothing seemed to be too much bother

Lights and mirrors could have been positioned better for us women putting make on etc lol. Entry and 2pm and leaving at 10am. Earlier check in and later departure would be good, we had an early flight to London and spent a good few hours carrying our luggage around town before our evening flight. I understand you need time to turn the apartment around and this is only suggestions. Still had a fab time. Thank you for having us
