The hotel room was spotless – bathroom, bedding and towels. Yes, the room was a little small but not so you got in each other’s way. The staffs at reception were friendly and happy along with the chambermaid. The hotel has a lift which in my many visits to Paddington and Bayswater is rare. The location is quiet and close to Paddington Station/Underground and also Bayswater and Queensway Underground. The WIFI code was displayed on reception and we had plenty of tea and coffee in the room along with a complimentary large bottle of water. There were two pillows each, plenty of toilet roll, a hairdryer, clothes hangers and a fan. There was a soap dispenser over the sink but no other toiletries. I would definitely revisit.

Great Location near Paddington Station, value for money, clean, comfy, new carpet, tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided. The room was a triple which we wanted and was small (which we were aware of) and in the basement (which I was aware can happen here after reading previous reviews) so no surprises here. Breakfast included but we didn't get time to try it.

Just wish the staff were a bit more welcoming. Hello, goodbye, how are you? Etc. You don't really get greeted here.

Good location very close to Paddington and backwaters station... very beautiful and clean location with all facilities and food joints close by... The hotel also was well maintained with decent facilities. Though it was peak of summer we were provided with table fans

Stuffy when the temperatures were high. The table fans provided should be better quality to provide comfort. The windows needs to be have proper opening facilities

Only 1 pillow per person but I also didn’t ask for another so my fault too really Also kind of the only thing, we had no housekeeping for the 3 days we were there but thankfully we didn’t mind as we hardly spent time in the room

Excellent Hotel with a really good location and affordable and reasonable prices. London is insanely expensive in terms of accommodation and I was truly impressed with the price. I really liked my stay and the area around is quiet, nice and well connected, there are even 3 metro stops around. The bed was extremely comfortable. Congratulations

The room was great! Clean and spacious, comfortable beds, towels, toiletries available, tea and coffee available, good bathroom. Fairly good access to the Bayswater tube station.

It was about a 8 minute walk from the tube station. Breakfast was advertised but then on speaking to the reception we were informed this is not available any more

Just what I needed for a well-priced overnight stay for one. The ensuite hotel room had everything I needed for overnight. Great sized bathroom towels provided. There is a lift available.

The spare pillow needed a pillowslip. My room was on the staircase, so it was a little noisy when people came up/down the stairs.

Excellent location, close to tube/transport. Hotel was easy to find, quick check in and perfect for the amount of time we needed in a room and the price reflected this too. Clear instructions and friendly enough staff upon check in and check out.

Affordable rates for staying with family or friends. Great location and safe. Good heating and ventilation. staffs available 247. As per booking, it doesn't say towels and body wash not provided.but they do provide. Carpeted rooms so you don't have to take room slippers. Will book again if visiting.

Very quiet area, so there is not much noise .

Everything was fine. The only thing was dust on the electric fan and the high ceiling chandelier. Was covered in dust. Other than that, it was a good stay. And yes, I'll come back if I need to. One off the single bed has a bit of a hard object in the middle.
