We really enjoyed our stay at Sonder the Henry for 10 nights in April. Our room was really roomy and comfortable and made a great base for all our sightseeing and adventures in London. Kensington gardens was at the end of the street and there were three tube stations within easy walking distance. The staff were all very nice and went out of their way if there was ever anything needed. Fernando in particular was lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

Everything was fantastic, pleasantly surprised. My only complaint was the ehating, I couldn't turn it down, and even after staff said they re-set it, it was still too hot.

Modern property. Comfortable beds, new fixtures, climate control. Great location.

Placement of your room is very risky. If you are situated near the train-tracks directly next to the property, you will be disturbed throughout the night by the trains passing every few minutes. Thankfully the staff were able to relocate me to a different part of the hotel away from the tracks. I cannot commend them enough for their help. It turned what could've been a very difficult stay to a wonderful one.

Location was great, very close to parks and transport and restaurants. Great staff and bed was very comfy. Fair sized room and great amenities. External laundry service provider was reasonable and fast

For long stays ( I stayed for 3 weeks) there should at least be one free cleaning service for the toilet done midway. You have to pay £40 for cleaning service. I had to buy toilet and bathroom cleaner and do it myself

The hotel team was just great. Special kudos to Jessica, who kindly accommodated our room in their cleaning agenda when I couldn't get it from the App scheduling.

The room is a little bit smaller than it should be for a couple. Very small luggage area, but it's understandable considering London space costs.

Really like the self service option that the hotel offers. When we needed more tea or toiletries we could just go down and take ourselves. Also we didn’t need to buy water as the hotel offer fresh still/ sparkling water. The room is clean and the location is great for the price it offers. You can easily access the city center via Hyde Park or take bus 4 min from the hotel.

The property was so cute, clean and conveniently located! Loved every part!

If you get a room at the back of the building you will be above the Paddington train/tube lines. The trains stop from 12am-6:30am, however without headphone you will hear it. More of a “heads up”than a negative!

We booked a small room and even though at first it seemed a little too small, the space is well organized and it was comfortable for the two of us. It is very well located which allowed us to visit every part of London. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.

Clean, cheap, contactless check in, check out and no keys, not too far away from public transportation.

It was annoying to not being able to turn off night light. No refrigerator. I wish there was free room cleaning offered for stays longer than 3-4 days.

It was a bit unclear to me if the breakfast was free, but it was nice that they had the option, and the hotel was excellent value for money. It was very clean and the shower soaps were nice. The tea/coffee station was a bonus!

The room was extremely small, and there was not a lot of space to move around. There was only one body-sized towel and a second would have been nice. And, the outlet was a bit loose which meant my phone didn’t charge overnight because the adaptor slipped out. Also, the pre-check-in emails and texts were excessive.
