Exceptional location, maybe the best place to be in London, everything you need is a few minutes walking distance (hyde park, bus and undergrounds, restaurants, cafes, markets ...etc.), also far from main street noise, yet close to everything.The room was very clean, and surprisingly it was being cleaned/serviced everyday without even asking. The staff were very helpful and always smiling and took care of our needs immediately. Room size, compared to other hotels in UK, was very comfortable and big.

The room was not actually sound proof, we could hear noises from outside, including other rooms. But with every other great thing, and the value, this is very minor thing that we could ignore.

Location, location, location! The hotel is in a really lovely part of London with some beautiful buildings, cafes and restaurants and pubs in the immediate area, plus Hyde Park to wander around. Great transport links by bus or tube to other parts of London too.

The double studio I booked had the basic facilities you'd expect - fridge, cooker hob, pots, pans, etc. - in additional to the standard coffee machine, hair dryer, etc. but it was teeny tiny! Watching TV from the sofa was impractical, not that that's why we went to London so not a problem - just information for potential future guests.

Very clean little studio with a fully equipped built in kitchenette (kettle, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, hob and microwave, small workspace and a sink with things for washing up). En suite bathroom with waterfall shower and plenty of hot water. Clean fluffy towels. Good sized bed with two pillows and spotlessly clean linen.Quiet, comfortable with air con too. Desk and chair, flat screen tv with lots of channels. Incredibly good value, I would stay here again, and would recommend it to friends. Very close to Queensway tube station, two minute walk to the park. We did get moved from Craven Hill Gardens to another property, but they told us in plenty of time, sent us directions and a photo of the property, then rang to check we'd got everything and were happy. Excellent service

There was nothing I didn't like

First impression, the staff was amazing! The man who helped us check in was so fun and helpful, and made us feel welcome immediately. The apartment is in a beautiful area, and it’s a close walk to both Paddington Station and a bus stop. There are also many restaurants all around. The room was bright and clean, and the bed was super comfy!

Nothing! But something to note, you do have to come down a side street to get to the apartments. The area felt safe, but I’m not sure how I’d feel about walking to it by myself at night as a solo female (since it’s secluded). But that just depends on your own comfort levels and personal preference! :)

The hotel was conveniently placed within walking distance from the metro stations and other bus stops. The room was spacious, clean and nicely heated. The bathroom was also quite generous. Towels, shower gel and shampoo were provided. The room came with a small kitchenette, fully equipped in case you want to have a snack or cook something. The staff was friendly and the overall ambiance of the hotel was great.

You can't really open the window to let some fresh air inside, but that's not a big inconvenience.

The bed, location, in room facilities etc were superb. Can't ask for more, in that regard.

The man on the front desk was defensive, incredibly unwilling to help and solve an issue with check in that could've been easily resolved - he waved his hands around and spoke to myself and my wife like we were stupid and was insulting. When I asked if we could discuss the issue with the manager he slammed a piece of paper down with a generic email address on it and email. Whenever I tried to ask a question he just shouted "Email!" Appalling customer service that threatened to ruin the mood of our stay.

The hotel was much better than expected. Situated just a couple of hundred meters away from the Paddington metro/train station, the location of this accomodation could not be better. It is also very close to Hyde park if you want a quick stroll. The room was nicely furnished, maybe a bit on the smaller side for 2 persons, but looking at the floor plans posted on our room door, it seemed like we had the smallest room on our floor (so maybe the other rooms are better regarding the size). The hotel staff was extremely nice, helped us with every question/problem we had and even allowed us to store our luggage on our last day free of charge after we already checked out. The kitchen with all the necessary equipment was also a nice touch. And they gave us two capsules per day for the coffee machine free of charge! All in all a great experience.

Everything was great!

Great location, across the street from Kensington Gardens, and walking distance from both Paddington and Queensway tube lines, making it very convenient, with convenience stores and food spots nearby. The room was very clean (and so was the bathroom), with an iron, a good selection of pillows, a coffee pod machine, etc. The WiFi worked well. Overall, a very good experience.

- I completely missed that the reception was only available until 9pm, and almost missed it. I only saw it for the first time when I got a notification the day before arrival. There is a high fee if you forget your key past the reception time. Not very convenient. - No bedside light, only big and blinding light in the room, with the switch by the door, not by the bed. - No adapter available to rent. - It was quiet at night, but in the morning you could hear every noise from the corridor, cleaning people and guests leaving their rooms - People at the receptions weren't very welcoming - Additional fee for the coffee at the reception (while it wasn't even quality coffee)

Location was amazing, central to several tube stations and an easy walk to anywhere. We booked the apartment with the kitchenette, and it was perfect - my only suggestion would be to please supply a dish cloth and a cloth to wipe surfaces etc. Wonderful location, and compact but perfect for a short stay in central London.

We had at the apartment with the kitchenette - please could you supply a dish cloth and a little cloth and to wash dishes and wipe the counters. The towels don't dry in the bathrooms, please could you replace them daily.

I'm a bit wary of shouting about this place because I don't want it to get too busy or more expensive...it was great and definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was well appointed, with everything you might need - it was like a mini-Airbnb. The bed was comfortable, the heating worked and the shower had decent pressure. The towels were soft & fluffy, there were toiletries and a coffee machine with biscuits too!

The shower cubicle is quite small so could feel a bit cramped for larger people. Bedside lamps, hand towels and extra bedding for the cooler nights would be "nice to have"s.
