Everything about the apartment is excellent... good clean rooms fully loaded with all amenities and accessories.... plus the staff of the hotel is very helpful and great... I called them even after their working hours when the reception closed and they were ready to help us... There are a lot of restaurants and stores around... location is great.. walking distance from hyde park.. and close from London eye and Buckingham palace.. the staff at the reception even helped us to choose and set our itinerary and set our plans for the day

Loved the location, it was so quiet yet easy to get around. Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. The place was awesome!

Just a shame that the gentleman on checkout tried to charge us when we’d already paid! And then took ages to clarify once we showed him the receipt. No car space to load the luggage into the car so we had to double park then I had to drive around the block 4 times while my husband checked out.

Excellent location, just a stone's throw from Hyde Park and very close to Paddington. The honesty bar (with wine, tea, milk, enough food to make dinner) was a nice touch. We chose an apartment so that we could put the baby to bed and still have an evening to ourselves, and that worked well. Would definitely stay again.

Would have been nice to have complimentary tea and coffee - I'd have expected that for the price we paid.

very clean and great location

the bedding was not adequate. only one pillow each and a thin duvet. it was very cold in the hotel room and not warm enough at night. no extra bedding in the cupboards either.

Wish they had coffee/tea in, few details like, box of tissues would be fab but, that’s just a little things, overall great place and lady called Eleanor is the most helpful reception lady I’ve met! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The friendly staff

The fact that they joined two single beds together and when you’re in bed, it keeps moving. Also the TV was in German and it wasn’t a smart tv so you have no access to Netflix or Amazon prime. One would have thought that for the amount and location, a smart tv shouldn’t be an issue. They need to seriously look into that. Apart from the smart tv and the bed, everything else was perfect

No complaints, however tried to use the phone to dial the out of hours reception number and it would not work! luckily i was able to call from my personal phone!

Hapimag is a fantastic property in a great location which provided us with a clean, comfortable and super spacious base for our time in London. Check in was easy, reception was super helpful and the value was incredible compared to other London hotels (who provide less than half of the space too!). Hapimag felt like a real find and had the finish of a 5 star hotel, we were so impressed.

The location to Hyde Park was excellent. The property was very clean and the apartment was very well equipped.

The tiles in the bathroom had lifted due to poor installation and an attempt to make them safe with duct tape was made. Being in the bathroom industry myself, I know how dangerous this can be and so was very disappointed that the apartment was allowed to be booked to us in this state.

it was very clean and tidy and I really liked the decor.it was handy having a shop at reception that stocked all basics you would need, coffee machine included.

though we booked for 2 adults and a child, when we arrived there was only one bed made which had 3 quilts & 3 pillowcases. the bed was 2 singles joined together so we slept with our child in between us. On asking I’m the morning they said the sofa bed was the child’s bed. which is good to know for next time. Only raising it here so parents can be mindful that if travelling with a child the child will have to sleep on the sofa bed. it may be handy to have this information when the booking is complete. No big deal at all and we really like the property and we’re happy with everything else so will come back again. PS- staff are wonderful!!
