I had an awesome time at the Signature TownHouse London Hyde Park hotel during my recent trip to London. And let me tell you, the breakfast crew member Abraham (sorry if I misspelled your name), totally rocked! So, I stroll into the breakfast spot, right? And boom! I'm hit with these big smiles and super friendly vibes from Abraham. He was on it, making sure I had everything I needed to kickstart my day. Not only did he keep things running smoothly, but also took note of my breakfast preferences, which was a nice touch. Now, let's talk food. The breakfast spread was legit – fresh fruits, cheese and cold cuts, vegetables, pastries, hot dishes, you name it. Full english breakfast featuring eggs, either sunny-side up or scrambled, crispy bacon, sausages (often breakfast sausages), hash brown, baked potatos, grilled tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, toast, butter, and a choice of jam or marmalade for spreading, as well as various cereal. We ate like a champ every morning. Beyond breakfast, the entire hotel crew was cool and always ready to help. Plus, being near Hyde Park was a huge bonus for exploring the city. In a nutshell, Signature TownHouse London Hyde Park is the place to be when you're in London. The comfy digs are one thing, but the star of the show was Abraham. He made me feel right at home, and I can't wait to come back. Cheers from room no. 3 0 1 !!! :)

Very friendly staff and nice area to sit for a coffee on arrival. Breakfast was very good. Great value for money and will stay again.

Bed was not an extra large bed as described and you couldn't black the curtains out.

While the size of the room was small, it was well equipped. There was a kettle and a capsule coffee machine, iron and hairdryer. Hot water and water pressure in the shower was very good. The location of the hotel is excellent, easy to reach on foot from Paddington Station and just a short walk away from Lancaster Gate tube station. English breakfast was good value for money. The staff was very polite and helpful. Complementary coffee and tea available at the reception area 24h was a nice surprise. Free wi-fi speed was good.

The only suggestion is for breakfast - to add some sliced cucumber and tomato to the selection of food.

The rooms were well furnished and warm. The reception area was smart and well designed.

The cooked breakfast was uneatable and very expensive. Avoid it like the plague .

Excellent location, a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station Lancaster Gate. The hotel is located in the quiet neighbourhood a short walk or tube ride away from the bustling Oxford street and other central spots. Right next to the Hyde Park as well, which is nice for a morning walk. The room was spacious and generally quiet. New bathroom definitely made the stay more pleasant. Bottled water was provided. There is also an iron and an ironing board provided. The hotel staff were also polite and helpful. I could leave my luggage in storage after checkout since my flight was later in the day.

The room was a bit old, with squeaky floor under the carpet. The walls were quite thin as well, could hear neighbours' conversations and phone notifications at times. However, this is quite typical for properties of this type in London, so it is not out of the ordinary.

Close to everything, in the middle of one of the most exiting areas of London with world kitchen just outside your door, Lancaster Gate Station just a few minutes of walk away, SO QUITE surroundings and definitely my new favorite hotel in London. Extremely serviceminded and nice staff - both the man and the woman I met during my stay, was really, really helpful and delivered first class service.

It was nice that they let us check in early. Rooms had huge windows, location felt very posh. Showers were strong and hot. The bedroom space heater was amazing. Beds were big and soft. Breakfast was simple and yummy. Limited but very good.

Rooms were very clean but the bathroom visually passed as clean but the toilet bowl smelled a little bad. I had to keep the lid closed. The sink kept making this weird "glug" noise everytime water went down the drain, it was very annoying, it would last for about 10 minutes before stopping.

I can’t understand the bad reviews unless there are some rooms that have been upgraded and others that haven’t been yet. My room was gorgeous. Spacious, coffee machine, modern bathroom, stylish decor, water, iron, hairdryer etc. Spotlessly clean. It was a hot day and there was even a standalone fan in the room.

This isn’t an easy fix but my room had the main bedroom, then an entry way, and then the bathroom off the entry way. It’s the shape of the room but there were heavy doors to the bathroom and bedroom so I felt bad as they banged each time I went in and out. Not a major negative but an awkward layout

The hotel was better than some comments found on the web. No problems with clenliness, hot water, staff etc. etc. May be I was jut luckey but no compliaints at all. What I liked most was the location close to beautiful Hyde Park. There were loads of reasonable restaurants and shops near the Queensway tube station about 8 minutes away. The nearest tube is Lancaster Gate but there are not many shops nearby. There was a 24 hour nice coffee service in the lobby which was a great relief after a long walk in the park. There was a decent espresso coffee machin in the room as well.

Distance from Paddington station was bit of a drag but bearable one. On foot it was about 10 minutes but if you had a large suitcase, it is a distance you wouldn't want to walk, and yet you won't be popular with a cabby as it would be too close for him/her. The hotel was converted from old apartments, so there were unusual steps everywhere so you wouldn't enjoy the struggle with large suitcases.

Great location, lovely reception area. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The extras in the room like the dental kits and vanity kits were a nice touch. We loved the tea/coffee station and it was really nice to be able to take a coffee to go every morning before going out. It was a birthday trip so there were balloons in the room on arrival which was really appreciated.

Some ‘hidden dirt’ - The bedside table was quite dirty and dusty so I cleaned that myself when I arrived. The wall next to the bed was also stained and in need of a clean. The bathroom however was spotless and the majority of the room was fine. We could only get hot water from the sink in the bathroom as there was only a trickle of cold water.
