Room was small but totally adequate with all that I needed including a fridge.

3rd floor no lift but someone helped me with mt suitcase

A great place 5 minutes’ walk from the Paddington train station. The single room is the usual tinny London standard but it was nice and cosy. It was equipped with an electric radiator so setting the right temperature was really easy. A big plus was no carpet just panels on the floor. Thanks to that the room felt really clean. The biggest asset of the hotel is definitely its staff. Very friendly and always helpful, no matter the time and kind of request. I had a lovely stay and will gladly return to Glendale Hyde Park.

A chair or a small stool in the room would be very beneficial.

The property was situated in a beautiful area of London! Super close to the underground and they took us in very last minute. The staff was super nice when we got there and made us feel very welcome. The bedrooms aren’t too big! But they were perfect enough for what we needed. Beds were super comfy and the room was super warm as well!! Overall, we had a really pleasant stay!

The only thing was that they didn’t clean the room much when we were out and walls are a bit thin, so you can hear a bit of what’s going on in other rooms. But that didn’t bother us too much.

Great location (close to Paddington train station and streets of shops), helpful and gentle staff, cleanliness, comfortable bed.

Single rooms are mainly on the fourth floor, hotel staff explained, so walking up and down is tiring, especially for old people—something to consider in advance (but the hotel staff can assist you in bringing your luggage up to your room).

Room was very good value for money. The reception was modern and well presented and the reception staff were very kind and helpful. Staff gave us room 7 which was ground floor and had a little area outside the room which meant we can put our doona pus-chair outside our room rather than inside.

The room size was a little small although expected with a baby and for London anyway. The floor was pretty dusty (I'm glad we brought slippers). I was walking without shoes or slippers for 10 seconds which collected a large cluster of dust on the bottom of my socks. Otherwise, pretty clean

They were very accommodating with me dropping off my bags, prior to going to an event where I couldn’t take them with me. They were very polite, respectful and very, very welcoming. The location of the hotel was amazing right next to Paddington train station five minute walk, the room that I had was a room without a window. Which is what I booked, it was a very clean small but effective the double bed was very comfortable. The ensuite was really nice, had air-conditioning in the room with easy controls to go up and down and a room was very very comfortable in relation to the temperature.

There wasn’t much not to like about the hotel, however one thing I will say would be a little bit of attention to detail in the bathroom. The silicon and painting could be done a little bit better but that is me nitpicking.

The staff were exceptional, friendly, accommodating and very helpful - this made our stay there very pleasant! It’s in a lovely location few blocks from paddington station and many wonderful halal restaurants around the area. Clean area and lovely to have walks to admire the architecture and easy access to Hyde park etc.

The room itself was a bit small. Finishes could be better and toiletries were very basic. Cooling in the summer can be provided better as there was a small floor standing fan, but we were thankful for the huge window and balcony. It is not a posh room but clean and just comfortable for sure!

Stayed one night for a business trip in a small single room with a sea view. The standard of the room was excellent and had clearly been recently refurbished. The staff we attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was on par with the setting and certainly ahead of the fair offered by the likes of Holiday Inn. The MPW Steak House was excellent and I would recommend it to anybody staying.

The lift was only large enough for 1-2 people so I resorted to using the stairs throughout my stay in the interests of not having to wait around. This was not ideal as my room was on the 3rd or 4th floor!

Good location near to Paddington, Lancaster Gate and Hyde Park. Very friendly staff on reception. The room itself was compact but had everything you would need and was clean. Very reasonably priced and good value for money especially when compared to other local hotels.

There no lift so be prepared to climb stairs. Not a major problem though.

Stayed here just for a night on a personal trip to London. A quaint little hotel in the bylanes of Paddington, just a 10 mins walk away from the station. Mr Lee, the manager was kind enough to give us a ground floor room. Although the room was small & cozy , but all amenities like TV, heater, mini fridge, hair dryer, locker, cooler, fan, kettle and intercom were available. The beds were neatly done. Bathrooms were super clean, with a shower cubicle. Basic stuff like milk cream, tea & coffee powder, shower gel & shampoo were also provided. My experience was beyond expectations. Highly recommended
