We liked this hotel. It is in a great location. There are many nice restaurants and cafes nearby: Our room was clean, cosy and quite quiet.

There is no lift in the hotel. When booking I asked for a room on the first floor. But unfortunately, they put us on the top floor and I had to carry my suitcases up the narrow stairs to the top at my 65 years old.

Location and personnel.

Don’t stay in the basement level if you’re a light sleeper. You will hear what sound like elephants in the lobby all night, and if you’re under the kitchen, God help you in the morning, sounds like cows queueing up for slaughter.

I was upgraded to a double room which had more space.Staff were polite, friendly and helpful.Air conditioning was essential in what was a very hot spell and cooled the room well. The area is safe and there are a good range of shops and eateries nearby and a nice cafe in the park over Bayswater road.I slept well in a very comfortable bed,TV was a good size and there was a wardrobe to hang clothes in.Bathroom was a good size being for a double room and was well supplied with shower gel and towels.

There was some noise in the room,i did wear ear plugs on 2 of the 8 nights i stayed.Carpets were in need of replacement in the bedroom. The stairs are narrow and could be an issue to some visitors, there is no lift at the property.

I had the pleasure of staying at Paddington Park Hotel with my daughter, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful – nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and well looked after. Our room was cosy and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the little touches like the kettle with a great selection of teas and coffees – perfect after a long day exploring London! Breakfast was generous, fresh, and absolutely delicious – a wonderful way to start the day. We were also really grateful for the option to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our travel plans so much easier. All in all, Paddington Park Hotel felt like a warm and friendly home away from home. We'd be more than happy to stay again and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting London!

This hotel is so charming! Paddington is a really quaint neighborhood, and the hotel is super close to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace.

There was not an elevator, which is fine! But worth mentioning. And the shower was a little small, but it was cute.

The hotel was in a fantastic location for an event in Hyde Park which was sadly cancelled as we were making our way into town. The check in was smooth. The room clean and functional, the air con was very welcome as it was around 32 degrees. The bed and pillows were comfortable, it was kind of the team to leave out bottles of spring water, and the bathroom had a really nice shower. The breakfast was good - fruit, meats, cheese, a cooked buffet, yoghurts – served in a nicely laid out and colourful room by accommodating staff. We were able to leave our cases in reception after we checked out to wander around the park for a few hours so we didn't waste our day entirely after the event cancellation.

I messed up on the booking and ended up paying about double the amount for a night's stay than I would usually; I thought I had booked two nights, and my budget is around £130 a night. I got a bit of a shock; not sure how this happened as when I was researching the property on Booking.com a price of around £123 per night had come up. With this in mind, and although the hotel was conveniently located and was well finished in the rooms and with the air con, I didn't think it was worth £245 for one night (inc breakfast). The room was six or seven flights of stairs up and small – I was on a side of the bed that was against a wall. The window view was of roofs at the back of the property. Having stayed at many two-star properties for £100-£120, this was better, but not £120 better.

Location is fabulous, literally out the door and into Kensington Gardens Room was spotless! One of the best I've come across in a long time I travelled without my hubby on this occasion and needed a budget stay so the single bed room was ideal. It was really spacious and they've thought of every minor detail perfectly like where to position plugs for hairdryers n phone chargers Plenty of lovely toiletries and lovely hot shower. Bed was comfy I didn't want to leave! Will deffo be back as it was great value for money for its location. Thank youuuu!

I couldn't find any fault with the place

Excellent location and breakfast!! Very kind and helpful staff. Hotel is located in a quit yet central part which provides good night rest. Definitely recommend.

Rooms are too tiny. With bigger luggage it’s almost impossible to move in the room.

I would say the location is super perfect 10 out of 10. Close to everything you need and ask for your travel. 5-10 minutes walk to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station. Hyde park at Italian garden is right across a main road (Bayswater) which I really love. I feel that I live in safe neighborhood. I think the hotel was just renovated so the bathroom is new and very clean. The single room is fit for only one person with huge luggage like me.

Some points for improving the service: - They should have cat eye on the room door. - They should change room floor material from rug to others to prevent mold and musty smell.

The staff is awesome – super friendly and helpful. The best part is there’s always someone at the front desk 24/7, so it feels super secure. Breakfast is actually really good and fills you up. The location is perfect too – I used the train and bus for a week and it was so easy to get to all the tourist spots.

The only downside was that there wasn’t an option for early check-in. Our flight landed at 8 AM, so we had to change in the lobby bathroom, and they kept an eye on our suitcases for us while we toured around and came back for check-in.
