The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Although the hotel underwent renovation, some details remain dated. The size was favorable when compared to rooms in London hotels.

We arrived early for check-in, but the room wasn't ready until 3:30. Our room, located on the lower ground, lacked a view and natural light, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was no plug near the bed.

We stayed here on the opening night so we were welcomed on a very amusing way with cupcakes and champagne. The staff was very kind and willing to help us. The rooms are big for London standard and everything you need is in the room.

The rooms are outdated and need to be freshened up. I actually paid for a deluxe room and did not have a window which was a bit disappointing. Especially because the second room was very luxurious.

The location, the staff and the connections to the hotel next door where we were given discount for events etc there.

Staff friendly, great location. Complimentary biscuits and water in the room. Spacious. Good lighting.

Heater made a lot of noise in the room and didn’t seem to do anything. Room could have been cleaner. Could hear noise from other guests, coming from the hallway but otherwise fairly quiet for a central location.

Everything was Perfect! Bedrooms spacious, soundprouf. Everything was near by, metro station, local supermarkets and many many other stores. Only about 5 minutes from Ofxord street. Staff was sweet and very kind. They had an early checking without even asking and when we did ask for a late checkout of course they were happy to give us one. Great shower pressure even , aircondition worked amazing there was also a heated towel handle which was great. Overall an amazing stay would definitely be back!

Not necessary anything i didnt like but i think a small upgrade in the bathroom specifically the sink because the way its designed water was spilled on the mirror or on the floor, but thats just a minor thing.

The staff are very nice, smiling and helpful especially the receptionists who are always there, ready to help and cheerful. I also requested a quiet room, and my request was met, and the room services are excellent and are provided twice a day.

1. There is no area for taxi, so you have to wait outside at the beginning of the street, especially if you are traveling and have a lot of bags to carry. 2. The check-out must be at 11 am, not 12 pm as in other international hotels. 3. Wi-Fi network so weak take time to open Safari page. 4. The Total cost of stay 5 night so expensive for hotel 4 star, and for the services submitted to the customer.

There was no breakfast at the hotel where we stayed, However, we had breakfast next door at the Cumberland Hotel. Overall, the stay at the hotel was great. Great central location to everything. Would stay again.

The only thing we did not like was having to leave our room for two nights at two or three o'clock in the morning during our stay due to faulty boiler room issues, which was understandable for or saftey. However, it would have been nice to be compensated for such, like a free breakfast or something.

Location is perfect for what we wanted - near Hyde Park. The center of London. We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Being close to Marble Arch was important to us and this was the perfect location! The 2 persons room is nice, the reception staff are very nice. We didn't have any issues with the accommodation or the service. The hotel is quiet, I haven't heard any noises in the corridor or from the next room. This is a subjective opinion because we were going out around 10:30 every day and we going back to the room tired around 11pm and slept very well. The bathroom was huge, the shower room - wide. As a joke, one person could be in the shower, another on the toilet, another doing makeup in front of the mirror at the same time, and there would still be room left. :-) We didn't have breakfast, because I made such a reservation, but as far as I know, breakfast is served at the neighboring hotel, which is very close, across a street. Keep in mind contacts in the UK - 3 pin mains sockets! We had provided ourselves adapters for the chargers, but they didn't fit and we had to buy adapters that are available in stores.

As a recommendation to the hotel, maybe it would be good if they have some adapters available for the guests because we went to buy adapters at 00:00 from a 24 hours shop. The internet in the room was weak, but that's the case with most hotels.

Lovely refreshed hotel, nice modern bathroom and comfy beds. Breakfast was lovely for a reasonable price of £10. Our room was on the side, and quiet despite being very close to Oxford Street

Good breakfasts,but the walk to the Cumberland and the green room was rather long, if you have difficulty walking

They had just installed a Uber taxi systems which they helped us use, but unfortunately everything went wrong, taxi didn't arrive on time so Ricardo on reception got in touch with them and they have promised to refund the charges they have made against my card.. just waiting for it to happen. As we were going to the theatre we got a black cab and amazingly it was about half the cost of the Uber charge
