clean, quiet & comfortable. The room had everything needed :- iron, ironing board, kettle, fridge, microwave, good reading light, good shower, toiletries, comfortable single bed.

My original room was at the top of a steep staircase with no accès by the lift. I am an elderly single lady traveller with a large heavy suitcase - this room was totally unsuitable for me! My room was changed the following day for a room on a lower floor with access to the lift.

Perfect location near to Paddington Station. Clean and well equipped rooms (kettle, iron, safe box..).

We had 4 single rooms, which vary in size and location. Two were larger but located in the basement (one in another building), mine was located on the ground floor but was so small, that it was difficult to move inside. It's a boutique hotel in old building so It is hit and miss with a room.

- 6-8 minute walk for Paddington station - Heathrow Express, and Lancaster Gate station - Central line. - 2 choices of pillow, a firm and soft one - comfy blanket - AC during the heatwave was a life saver - very clean room - daily room cleaning. As a solo traveller, I prefer not to have my room cleaned. they accommodated that when I requested it. - buttons in the small vestibule for sleeping, housekeeping, and service request: 🧹💤🔔 - option for detachable shower head, or rainfall shower in the stand up shower. - vestibule/ shoe area with separate door to bathroom and to room. - in the closet: programmable safe, kettle, mug, glass, wine glass, instant coffee and tea packets. - staff were polite, friendly, and helpful

- room 006 is situated right beside the elevator, staircase, and hallways to other room areas on the main floor. - I did not find it difficult to sleep as the guests were not too loud, but I am a heavy sleeper. However, when there was talking in the hallways, I could hear it when I was working/resting. - no window to outside to let natural light in. The window is completely frosted, probably because it wasn’t facing outside. - if you have mobility issues the stand up shower is right beside the toilet on a step up. You have to maneuver yourself up and around the toilet to get to the shower. This was no issue for me, but just an FYI for those who aren’t as mobile. - fan for the bathroom was not working. - room is small, but has everything you need except a mini fridge and ice bucket

The room was small but comfortable, cosy and quiet. It was well equipped and clean.

Not all buildings have a lift.

The room had great staff who was very helpful and had upgraded us (thanks to booking.com), this was across the street and was a great stay in the clubroom. The place was very clean and had a great view on the fourth floor, there was a lot of facilities as well. The full English was a bit small compared to standard but the service when needed is great. Checking in and out the elevators was also rather fast too. The pillows were great and not too firm alongside the bed too.

The lights were hard to locate and the TV was small compared to other cheaper hotels and apartments.. The bathroom was a little on the high side and had little space to rest bathroom essentials.

All staff members were very nice, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great. Our room at Basement level was very confortable and easy to access. It was very clean. The cleaners always refilled the soap and everything else and left the room as if it was brand new! The hotel was close to everything you need to see in London, the bus is closeby and so is the underground. On our last day, we were able to leave our luggages at the hotel in a closed room only accessible by staff members. We could enjoy London without our luggages before our train on our last day thanks to this service. It was very convenient ! It is a really great hotel and we will for sure comeback if we are ever again in London ! Thanks again to all the staff for such a good stay !

I booked this hotel: Paddington court executive rooms just for them to take Me to Park Grand London, Lancaster Gate. The wifi in this hotel especially in some rooms is almost nonexistent. The bathroom as well in some rooms are way too small. in my first room, I could barely even squat in the bath room to wash my lover half. Again the staff are so kind I will do everything possible to make you comfortable. Got a room upgrade after the wifi in my old room could not even enable book my return flight. My new room was amazing and came with some complimentary wine, drinks and snacks. Thank you to all the staff!

Maybe it’s not the fault of the hotel, but outside my room people used to smoke, then my room had a cigarette smelling almost every morning during my stay

Property was very nice, rooms were clean and new/updated. Had usb ports built into the outlets. Fast and free wifi. Comfy beds, quiet rooms. Very well located. Laundromat is 150 meters down the road. Passing ton train/underground is about 5-10 minute walk up Praed St.

No free breakfast, eggs weren’t very good. You can get breakfasts from local restaurants on Praed St for half the price. Rooms were on the smallish size, but that’s common for London. No ice machine so could only get small cups of ice when needed from the main bar.

Location was great, quiet area and plenty of cafes around. less than 10 min walk to Hyde park and the nearest tube station to bring you into London city within about 10 mins. The room was very modern and clean, plenty of towels which was great. Staff were very nice at check in and managed to check us in early. There was also an employee who carried our bags to our room for us which was a lovely touch. The rooms are only across the road from the hotel you check into also so not a big walk.

The view out the windo was just of a wall and the room itself was a little small especially the bathroom but not a big deal as we didn’t spend much time in it, it was just to sleep and shower!
