This was the most affordable option near the city center with good reviews. I didn’t have high expectations, as the hotel isn’t new, but everything was clean. Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed regularly. A good breakfast was also included in the price. All the staff were kind, and the food was tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay — great value for the money.

The room did get quite hot — the portable air conditioner couldn’t fully handle it, so I imagine it might be uncomfortable in the summer. Also, the shower head couldn’t be fixed in place, but that was a minor issue.

Great value for money hotel. Considering the area and a good breakfast, I didn't find it overly expensive. The location is excellent, very close to Paddington Station and just 0.3 miles from Hyde Park. Superb location.

We found the rooms to be quite compact, particularly the bathroom. It would be challenging for anyone weighing over 90kg to comfortably use the shower due to the limited space. Furthermore, since there's no air conditioning in the rooms, the main heating system is always running, which meant our room became uncomfortably warm on hot days.

Friendly, helpful and competent staff throughout the hotel. Excellent location near Paddington Station and Kensington Gardens. Plenty of choice at breakfast, but I had to wait (less than 5 mins) to be allocated a table as the dining room was full.

The bed. My own fault really, I booked a single room when I normally book single use of double. I was allocated a twin room - so effectively a free upgrade on a single - but the beds were very narrow and high. I was so sure I was at risk of falling out that I couldn't sleep. The receptionist did her best to find me a double room for my remaining 2 nights but they were fully booked. The staff were great throughout, but I had to find myself another - more expensive - hotel with a double bed.

Location is wonderful, close to Hyde park, Kensigton Palace, NHM & Science Museum and 2 lines of Tube (all by foot). Personel is great, both at the reception & breakfast. Rooms are very tidy & well maintained. We had a fan in the ceiling which was a life saver!

The rooms are small, but we knew that & took it into account. We could not open windows because of some safety installment which was quite unpleasant since it was 30 degrees by day and you could only cool off by night but couldn't since the windows did not open...

Even from the time of booking, the staff was very willing to answer any questions we had, especially Ms. Mahima, who was always willing and thorough in her responses. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as access from Stansted Airport is possible with just one National Express bus route. The location also offers easy access to buses, trains, and the metro. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and full of restaurants, cafes, pubs, supermarkets, and souvenir shops. Upon our arrival, the staff continued to be eager to assist with any inquiries we had. The hotel has an elevator, which was particularly convenient with our luggage. Although the room space was small, which we were aware of beforehand, the elevated bed allowed us to store our luggage underneath, providing more space to move around. The breakfast was commendable, with many options, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed, who was courteous and very helpful every day. The room and hotel premises were always clean and well-maintained. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and believe that the value for money was excellent, especially compared to other hotels in the area. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would like to stay there again on a future visit to London

It's located in a very good area (5 minutes or less walking to Hyde Park); varied and tasty breakfast. Very cozy and warm room, excelent hot water while taking a bath. Super clean.

The rooms are quite small but I believe that's a general thing around the UK or at least London. They made a bit of problems when it came to arranging the changes of our rooms and reservations, considering I reserved advance. They weren't very helpful, but I understand it's also their "rules." I just believe they could be a bit more understanding when it comes to people that made their reservation multiple times in advance. However, all good and no major complaints.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in London. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going above and beyond to assist me. One of the highlights was the location; it’s so close to Paddington Station, making it extremely convenient for travel. It’s also surrounded by many lovely cafes, which added to the charm of my visit. The staff even helped me with storing my luggage after checkout, allowing me to explore the area freely until it was time to catch my train to another city. This thoughtful service made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the hospitality and convenience of this place, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London.

The only thing to note is that the room was quite tight for two people. My friend and I managed with our luggage, but it felt cramped, especially with three pieces of luggage.

Simpler but good breakfast. There were both hot and cold options as well as fruit. Tea, coffee, juice and yogurt. There were rolls, but they had been forgotten to bake in the oven. Nice (high) bed. Very nice duvet. Air conditioning for perfect temperature. The location in Paddington is PERFECT! Midway between Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate. Incredibly nice staff! Top marks to them! Smaller rooms. But WHO sits in the room when you are in London?

The breakfast room is very small and cramped. It happened that guests had to queue to get a place to eat.

Location is great, so near to Lancastar Gate and Paddington underground stations. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good with different alternatives. If you arrive early you can leave your luggage and continue to sightseeing. You can also leave your luggage after check out if you have time before the flight. Cleaning is good enough. Romms are small as usual in London. If you don't pay so much money and stay in a luxurious hotel, dont complaint about the size of rooms.

Our room was at the roof floor. We hit our heads sometimes :)

The staff was perfect. The room and the whole hotel was very clean and maintained. For such a small room, they managed to put an air conditioner, a mini-fridge and of course TV, hair-dryer and a kettle. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, not perfect, but for sure better than the average 3-star hotel. The location near the Paddington station is also a great plus.

The room was extremely small. This should not been seen as a fault of the hotel, as I was for sure aware that it was a 9 sq.m., but still the fact is that I had practically nowhere to put my suitcase. There was a safe, but it was also quite small and I couldn't put my laptop in it. My room was on the 4th floor and the lift goes only to the 3rd, and one floor dragging luggage over very narrow stairs was a bit cumbersome. Overall I wouldn't say it was a great value for money simply because the price was not that cheap, but if you manage to find a good deal, then this hotel has the potential to be quite a good catch.
