Hotel is just opposite one of the gates into Kensington Gardens. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and allowed us to check-in early.

Perhaps their Bistro/restaurant could stay open until 11 pm for guests to have an after theatre snack.

The communication with the hotel before arriving was helpful and friendly, all the reception staff were LOVELY and very accommodating, breakfast was great and the dining room team were also excellent. The hotel looked after our luggage before and after check-in and check- out and the location was very handy for Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Natural History Museum etc. Tube station and lots of places to eat within a few hundred metres. We wanted some extra pillows and reception provided these really quickly with no problem. The customer service throughout was really excellent.

The beds were clean and we had fresh towels but the bathroom was quite dirty. The room had several dirty spills on the walls and curtains which was a little off-putting. We had booked a superior twin room and I don't think that was what we got as it didn't match the photos, but we didn't query or complain because we were just using it as a base. I think the bedroom we had needed a refresh overall.

Great location, there was AC in the summer, the room was clean, and the furniture was modern. It was nice how they gave us two free water bottles a day, although I feel like it should be unlimited. The bus s were extremely close by as well as having the underground and nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Oh and having a 24 hour convenience store right next to the hotel as well as the park being literally across the street.Nice view even without the park view.

The fact that there was no cart for the bags , had to argue with the lady at the front desk to get someone to help u. The room service never really put tissue boxes, we had to request them. Lastly,it was annoying how there was no fridge in the standard room

Great Location, comfy bed, spotless linens, renovated room, opening window for fresh air. It was ideal - super restaurants nearby and close to Notting Hill area as well.

Great staff. When we arrived. Our rooms ready early ..which was brilliant . We had 3 rooms booked king garden view , sounds lovely . The rooms are over a petrol garage . Yes you can see the tops of the trees . The bed was super comfy. 2 rooms had walk in shower , and fridge . No biscuits with tea I. Rooms even cheaper hotels do. Thd 3rd room step in bath shower overhead . At to ask at reception for a bath mat and no fridge . Each room costing the same 370 pounds a night. Breakfast very busy in a small area . Both mornings had to ask for cutlery as box empty . Staff very friendly though . Would we stay again. Probably not . Expensive for the experience

We booked this hotel because it was close to the location, which we had to visit. It is opposite Hyde park, around 7min walking distance from the tube station. The area is full of restaurants, take-aways and gift shops, so you can find a place to eat easily. We liked the coffee capsules and complimentary water bottles, thank you! Not many hotels do this. The room was nice and clean and we had a really nice view over Hyde Park, reaching the London Eye. We will definitely come back if we need a hotel in this area again.

The central air con in the room did not work. It was over 30 degrees outside. We were provided with a fan in our room, which unfortunately was not as effective as the central air conditioning would be, if it worked. My husband woke up with lots of muscle pain from the draft from the fan. We were on the 7th floor and only 1 out of 3 lifts worked, which was strange. There is no mini fridge in the room. My child was very disappointed because there were no cartoon channels on the tv.

This was a great hotel. The location was perfect for our stay, overlooking Hyde Park. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was particularly good.

There was an issue with the bar - they had run out of most beer and some spirits when we arrived on the Friday, a situation that worsened as the weekend progressed as they ran out of more drink. This was on a weekend when the BST Festival was on at Hyde Park. I would expect the hotel to plan for the number of people staying and particularly when a lot of the people staying were attending BST.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Bed and pillows extremely comfy. Room quiet even though overlooking the busy Bayswater Road.

We were staying in a ‘deluxe King room’. Furniture in the room could do with an upgrade. Dated, and full of scrapes and scratches. Opened the drawer to put clothes away and corner hanging off with exposed tack. I took my half of the quilt out because i can’t sleep with a quilt on and it had awful large stains on it. The other half wasn’t too bad. I was hoping that a hotel room that cost over £300 a night would have a fridge in it but no. Nothing worse than those horrible little milk cartons in your tea/coffee.

Good clean hotel, excellent location. Very close to tube stations. We had a room with a view over Hyde Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and clean. The food was good, we had breakfast and an evening meal. Our room was ready early so we could just drop our bags and go. Also able to leave our bags on checkout and carry on exploring London.

Very minor issue which was probably just a miscommunication issue, it was quickly resolved by I think her name is seemas, sorry if that's spelt wrong. She was excellent with our grandson, even found him some balloons which he loved.
