Location was great

On arrival, staff were arguing, which was very unprofessional....the member of staff did not even apologise for his behaviour. Then secondly majority of the staff were unfriendly

The hotel is in a great location, next to the park, walking distance to an underground station and next to a fun street with markets, restaurants, etc. I liked that it was clean and the people at the front desk were nice. The location was also quite at night, so I felt safe and comfortable at night.

It is no 5 start hotel, and it is a bit run down, but for the price you pay to stay in a central good area of the city, then you feel you are getting a good deal. The hotel is going through some major renovation , but our room had new bathroom fixtures and specially the shower head was wonderful.

The walls in room 346 are paper thin. I could hear everything being said in the next room. I have never experienced this to this level in any other hotel l have ever stayed at in my life, and I’m 50 years old and travelled a lot. It is pretty bad.

Stay was excellent, only downfall was we arrived back to our room the final night and noticed the door was wide open, we checked the room and the towels had been changed but the room hadn’t been cleaned so we came to the conclusion that the cleaners had opened the room and left to get something and forgot, our room had been open all day until 10 that night but fortunately nothing was missing, other than that the trip overall was one of the best we’ve had, we will surely stay again

Despite the fact that it was a single room, the bed was cozy and quite comfortable. Overall, it was quiet during the night. The location was perfect - so close to Bayswater and Queensway station.

The water pressure needs to be improved - if here's something I seriously hate than it's dribbly showers. There was a strange noise coming from the A/C very early in the morning.

The breakfast was good, wide range of choices all freshly made. We upgraded our room and it was definitely worth it, beautiful layout and interior.

Staff could have been better majority were amazing and very friendly 1 or 2 were extremely rude, I went to reception to ask for an iron and the receptionist whispered “not this guy again” thinking I didn’t hear him. Also no fault of the hotel but there was an extremely loud family in the next room which made it difficult to sleep, I reported it and the security handled it immediately so I will give them credit for that.

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly at all times. The check-in went smoothly and quickly. Although the building was covered with scaffolding outside, we were never disturbed by any noise during our 12-night stay from April 24 to May 6, 2025. We were on the second floor. The room itself was spacious and the bed large and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, as well as both Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. We would love to go back anytime we could.

The bathroom was a little on the small side, but that really did not affect us too much.

I am used to book rooms and hotels via booking and often times, I am satisfied. I am not used to send reviews because often time, I do not know what to say. But for this, OH MY GOD! It was absolutely perfect. No problem, the staff was very kind, the location is perfect (3 subway station from 5min distance) as well as a direct entry to hyde park. I took one of the renovated room and I was beyond surprised to the room, decoration, equipment. I highly recommand it and I will definetely come back everytime I go to London. I want to thank all the staff and cleaning people for their amazing work and kindness !

Nothing, it was perfect ! If you add a microwave somewhere so customers can reheat their food, it would be 11/10 !

The property was in a great location, lovely street and plenty of tube stations surrounding it. I thought the room was perfect value for money, it was small but perfect for three friends just using it to sleep basically. The beds were very comfy and the temperature of the room was always perfect. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

The property was under construction at the time of our stay, so the hallway down to our room was not the most appealing looking however the room was perfect and we were not disturbed by the construction noise so it’s not really a negative just a heads up.
