Location, cleanliness, kettle/tea/coffee in the room, power outlets by the bed, remodeled bathroom. It was right by the Kensington Gardens. Terrific location! We found many grocery stores, gift shops and restaurants in the area. I’d stay there again.

Breakfast room quite small, but we had breakfast early so it was ok. The room we stayed was upgraded (larger) but still very small. I could open the window and the air conditioning was also working well. People with large suitcases should not prefer this hotel but if you’re traveling light, it’s a perfect choice.

We really liked everything about this object. We arrived around 10.30am to hotel so we could leave there our stuff and go explore the city. We were suprised when they told us that our unit was already cleaned up an we were able to have early check in and rest after our flight. Also we didnt bring with us power travel adapter and we asked the stuff if they had any and they did. We didnt have to spend extra money on power adapter and we were able to use hotels during our entire stay with no questions asked. So happy we choose this accomodation for our stay in London.

The location is ideal with 3 tube stations and buses to Oxfor Circus within 5 mins walks. The staff (females) were all excellent from housekeeping to kitchen and especially Mailaika at the reception desk. Malaika & the Mislim kitchen help are both excellent and a definite asset to this hotel

Breakfast needs to include some protein and (not the hotel’s fault) but the neighborhood should be a quiet zone beyond a certain hour. Many in the streets were too loud late night

The location was superb, with the underground so close and plenty of places to eat and mini supermarkets around. It was very close to a Hop on Hop off bus stop, so made it even easier for our touring plans. The breakfast was good with everything you expect from a continental one. The staff was really helpful and kept the area clean and replenished of food. The receptionists are kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and looked like they had been recently decorated. The air conditioner was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with everything. We had everything we needed for the price we paid.

The lift wasn’t working. We were lucky to be on the 3rd floor, but for people like us with bad backs having to take the suitcases to higher floors would have been very uncomfortable. The bathroom tap was hard to manoeuvre.

We liked the fact that our room had AC and enough space to comfortably move around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay.

We had to exercise a bit more as our room was on the sixth floor and the lift was not functioning. They are working on replacing it, but it may take a bit longer. At least, the stairs have an interesting design. Another aspect, the breakfast room is quite small, so you may have to cue if you want your breakfast at a popular time (9.00 o'clock).

Great location clean tidy base to sleep quiet hotel area considering so close to Oxford street, friendly staff , continental breakfast I thought had enough choice only thing missing for me was boiled eggs on my healthy eating diet

Think if you re do the hotel when you have some money can you consider putting small fridges in the rooms at all , couldn’t see any radiator in my room was cold but was given asked for a extra quilt blankets maybe in the winter months

Everything! The location is perfect in a nice neighbourhood close to the Tube and the bus station. The room was small but clean, very warm and comfortable. Also, the breakfast is great with different options to choose and Aysha the lady at the breakfast hall was so kind and helpful every day to accommodate our needs. Overall, an ideal accommodation to spend a few days in central London.

Really excellent value for money for such a central location, friendly greeting on my arrival - super guy at reception. Black out curtains were a huge bonus & my room at the back was nice & quiet and pretty clean. Nice & plentiful options available for breakfast. Will definitely remember this hotel for my next solo trip!

Sadly the coffee machine was out of order at breakfast, but these things do happen. Skirting boards in room could do with a quick dust if I'm being picky! My friend who was meant to come with me couldn't make it, but the bed & room would have been far too small for 2, so it worked out well!

Everything was great. The hotel is in a great location beside Hyde Park. It was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a great continental brekkie. It was more than a coffee and croissant, with cheese, cold meats, cereals, fruit, and yoghurt. Another advantage was that we could leave our bags at reception for the day, on check out day.

If I had to make a complaint, and it's not particular problem, the room was very small.

The hotel is located very centrally, close to the tube station and Hyde Park. It's easy to reach. The receptionists were very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a small desk and chair + tea making facilities. Breakfast was included. Breakfast was simple, the coffee making facilities did not work when I was there but there was juice and tea. Different breads and toppings, yoghurt and fruit. Nothing very remarkable but certainly did the job.

It worked very well for me and there was nothing I didn't like. I would warn though that the lift does not work so for people that have difficulties climbing stairs this might not be the best place to stay until that is fixed.
