The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the metro and bus station, and close to the central part of the city that you definitely want to visit. The privacy is great. The apartment has a fridge, microwave, two-burner stove, and there are a few shops nearby, which is great if you want to cook for yourself. There are very few dishes, and there are no knives or dishwashing utensils. Our apartment was on the first floor which has high ceilings so you have to climb a steep ladder to get to the bed as it is built above the bathroom. The good thing about it (first floor) is that we had a balcony which was great and not described in the offer.

The apartment, especially the floor, windows are dirty. The kitchen, bathroom and bedding are ok, but the general impression is that it looks better in the pictures than in person.

Location was excellent for the concert we went to at Hyde park. On a lovely street and great to venture out for a really decent breakfast. Price was not too expensive.

No pillow cases- just the pillow for one and a pillow protector for the other. I reported at the reception that we needed two pillow cases but nothing was done. No mugs in the kitchen area despite having a kettle and tea or coffee. Not the cleanest in the bathroom but for the price I don’t think too bad.

The room was nice, spacious. The bathroom was quite spacious as well and it was quite clean as well. The location was really good near next to kensington palace and to Bayswater which is a busy and nice neighborhood.

First of all the bed was really soft (but that is a preference), the thing that i did not liked was that there was a charge when to leave our luggages in the reception the next day after the checkout. I have been to numerous hotels in london and this is the first time that this is happening to me. Apart from that everything was really good

This property is very close to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens and several Tube stations. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and pubs within easy walking distance. The accommodations are basic but comfortable and include a small kitchen. There are coin operated laundry machines and a lift. I have stayed at this property several times and have been very satisfied.

These apartments are in an excellent location very close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. There are three Tube stations nearby and Paddington is an easy walk away. The apartments are pretty basic but well maintained and clean. There are markets nearby so you can buy groceries to keep in the apartment kitchenette. I have stayed here multiple times and will stay here again in future visits to London.

The room was clean and comfortable enough. Staff was very helpful. Bayswater station and queensway station is like 5 min walk away. Many groceries markets, cafes, restaurants is nearby. Despite its location, I think the price is reasonable. If you looking for fancy and newer room design, this place is not for you. But if you want to cook sometimes and looking for comfortable accomadition rather than small hotel rooms, this place is nice.

I would like to recommend for the hotel to have dual functions heating and aircondition. Hyde Park is my top choice whenever I am visiting London. My suggestion for dual functions heating and aircondition coz the room can be very stuffy and hot in the month of June-September coz I have stayed in the hotel during that period. Thankfully the staff has provided me with a stand fan but it was still considerably hot.

The room was big and spacious. The location was perfect! Very close to two tube lines as well as beautiful Hyde park, which meant enough shops and around 15 min to get to almost all attractions in Central London. I loved the fact that security was there latter at night in the street which was a big reassurance for a lone woman.

When I was leaving, I did notice a cockroach in the hallway, but the room itself was very clean. A lot of doors needed to cross to get to my room, which sounds stupid but with more than one luggage on carpet, it took around 7 min for me to get outside. This is minimal as it was only when arriving and leaving. The hallways to get to my room also passes outside (tiny indoor courtyard) which means when it rains you’ll get wet for around 5 seconds and hear the rain very clearly from your room.

The space was great. Everything was provided in the room. It was always toasty warm. Staff were friendly. Great location. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews... but we had a great stay here.

The only issue, even though the place was clean and the smell of cleaning products hit us as we walked in, was the film on the floors. I think it's more "the wrong type" of cleaning product, rather than it not being cleaned properly, because the place was spotless. We were sliding, rather than walking, when we had our trainers on.

Location is perfect for anyone having anything to do in central London. There also grocery stores around to get anything you need. In fact, there are numerous stores selling varieties of goods

They don't clean the rooms daily. Although, it was very clean when I came in. I guess they clean on request.
