Room very spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. I really love the big windows. It makes the room bright and airy. Location is perfect. Access to Queensway and Bayswater stations. And Hyde Park is just around the corner. I would definitely come back here. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

The stairs. The elevator is small and limited to certain area only. And the air condition can only be used for a few minutes. Have to open the windows for cold air. But then, the noise from the streets become quite loud.

This is my 3rd time staying here. The location in Bayswater was Excellent.. near to everything. Tube station, restaurant, supermarket, cafe , casino, near to Kensington garden. The staff named Eddy was the best. He help us a lot and give us 1st floor room with Balcony. Thanks Eddy. All other staff are also kind, helpfull and very professional. To all Malaysian who comes to London in the future , I suggest to stay in this hotel, many malay restaurant nearby. Easy to move around London especially for shopping at Oxford street. A perfect combination of price and value. Very friendly staff. The rooms are a bit old-school, but very comfortable, with sturdy curtains that help to block a lot of light. The rooms are clean, and the service is great. Location is great.

Some people complain about a small elevator or the rooms, but those are absolutely fine in my opinion. I believe if somebody had some super huge luggage, then it might be an issue for them though.

Good location near to Kensington Gardens, and within close walking distance to both Bayswater and Queensway underground stations. This was convenient for us since the purpose of our trip was to go to a football match at Wembley stadium but without wanting to stay in the immediate area around the stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We stayed in a twin room and the size was OK, but a bit cramped. Probably standard for hotel rooms in London, and OK since we only really used the room as a base to leave cases while out for the day and return to to sleep at night, but wouldn't have wanted to spend long amounts of time cooped up in there. Also, in my opinion, the breakfast option is not worth it. There us plenty of choice from the high street next to the hotel at far more convenient price.

Near 2 underground stations, market stores are close , clean and warm room. Every day they change towels and clean the room! The personnel was very kind! Value for money hotel in central London!

The mattress was not very comfortable, it was really hot inside which is not bad but sometimes it was.

Location could not be better. Two different tube line literally a few steps from the hotel. Also wide range of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes near. Despite all the shops/restaurants around it was quiet at night. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Our room was prepared before check-in time (but dont count on it). It was nice surprise for us.

Room was very hot and it was not possible to regulate it. The windows could only be opened with difficulty and they could not be left open. Be aware the corridors are very narrow. The chairs in the room had stains, but we are not too bothered by such things. For someone more sensitive to cleanliness, it could be too much.

The location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The air-conditioning was not working, but we were supplied with two fans, which were great. Housekeeping did a great job.

The hotel has a lift. We were on the first floor, we used the lift but still had to manage stairs, up and down, to get to our room. It's not ideal when you have luggage.

This is the 5th or 6th stay at the hotel - its in a perfect suburb - Bayswater - lots of facilities around it - shops and restaurants. Things to to - bowling and skating - choice of two underground stations. Excellent Hotel - Excellent location

The location of this hotel is excellent, right next to Hyde Park. The staff are friendly and helpful and the accommodation was as expected from a 3 star hotel

There was only one option of opening the window, either full or not at all and we were on the ground floor next to street level. It was a very hot evening so we had to have the window open which compromised our security. UPVC windows with a small opening light would be beneficial here for street level rooms.

The location is excellent: public transportation, shops and Kensington palace are just round the corner. The room was clean and comfortable.

I didn't know that I would be asked to pay 50 GBP as a damage deposit. I got it back after checking out, but it should be written on Booking too.
