The room was cozy, nice and very well kept, with towels changed daily and the room/bathroom properly cleaned. Everything worked correctly with no complaints on our part. The hotel's staff is nice and the reception desk is always properly manned. Location is simply amazing, with Baywater station literally down the block and Queensway just a short walk away.

The centralized heater in the bathroom made it incredibly hot. This isn't really something I feel reasonable to complain about, since it's London and usually a heated bathroom would be a plus. We were simply there in an exceptionally hot week. Breakfast is in Malaysian restaurant, with many options for ethnic cuisine but few continental alternatives. Being an ethnic restaurant, the smell is also pretty strong. I would recommend not getting a breakfast package if you're not used to that or don't appreciate it. I didn't really mind it but it was a bit too much for my partner -- there were plenty of people enjoying it.

The hotel has a charming traditional exterior and is located in a quiet yet central area of London, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the strong Wi-Fi connection.

The room was quite small and the furnishings were dated. The mattress was a bit firm and the bathroom could use some maintenance, especially the shower water pressure. Soundproofing was minimal, so noise from the corridor could be heard clearly.

Location was perfect and just off the main road so very little traffic noise for London. The room was freshly decorated and immaculate with everything we needed. Definitely needed the air con as the room was warm and the window didn't open. A very comfortable stay, would definitely stay again. The staff were friendly and helpfull.

Room very spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. I really love the big windows. It makes the room bright and airy. Location is perfect. Access to Queensway and Bayswater stations. And Hyde Park is just around the corner. I would definitely come back here. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

The stairs. The elevator is small and limited to certain area only. And the air condition can only be used for a few minutes. Have to open the windows for cold air. But then, the noise from the streets become quite loud.

Near 2 underground stations, market stores are close , clean and warm room. Every day they change towels and clean the room! The personnel was very kind! Value for money hotel in central London!

The mattress was not very comfortable, it was really hot inside which is not bad but sometimes it was.

Shower floors are a bit slippery. The elevator was tiny! There was no air conditioning, and it was very hot in London during our stay. However, the staff was quite helpful in finding fans, and I believe air conditioning is coming.

A perfect combination of price and value. Very friendly staff. The rooms are a bit old-school, but very comfortable, with sturdy curtains that help to block a lot of light. The rooms are clean, and the service is great. Location is great.

Some people complain about a small elevator or the rooms, but those are absolutely fine in my opinion. I believe if somebody had some super huge luggage, then it might be an issue for them though.

The room more than spacious than most twin rooms. We were very grateful for the air con !! Very clean and welcoming. Ideal location for Hyde Park. Easily accessible by public transport. We were able to get wherever we wanted to be very easily. Had a fantastic weekend.

This is my 3rd time staying here. The location in Bayswater was Excellent.. near to everything. Tube station, restaurant, supermarket, cafe , casino, near to Kensington garden. The staff named Eddy was the best. He help us a lot and give us 1st floor room with Balcony. Thanks Eddy. All other staff are also kind, helpfull and very professional. To all Malaysian who comes to London in the future , I suggest to stay in this hotel, many malay restaurant nearby. Easy to move around London especially for shopping at Oxford street. Good location near to Kensington Gardens, and within close walking distance to both Bayswater and Queensway underground stations. This was convenient for us since the purpose of our trip was to go to a football match at Wembley stadium but without wanting to stay in the immediate area around the stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We stayed in a twin room and the size was OK, but a bit cramped. Probably standard for hotel rooms in London, and OK since we only really used the room as a base to leave cases while out for the day and return to to sleep at night, but wouldn't have wanted to spend long amounts of time cooped up in there. Also, in my opinion, the breakfast option is not worth it. There us plenty of choice from the high street next to the hotel at far more convenient price.
