The room was beautiful and quite large with a seating area and a separate closet and entry space. It had a gorgeous marble bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Despite being central, this was on a quiet and safe street and very close to a tube station.

We arrived in the afternoon after check-in time and departed before check-out. We did not make any requests or utilize any services. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. We were still asked to pay a service fee at check-out. When we inquired what it was for, we were told that it was for employee tips. Personally, I think hotels should be paying employees proper wages and not be asking guests to supplement their income. We are happy to tip employees for services or pay a hotel's mandatory fees that are disclosed ahead of time but not this. The fee was removed by the front desk agent without argument.

The room was clean and the staff is very kind.

Room looked smaller that it's should be. But it was just feeling i guess. The main issue was that the room was like on first floor of ground floor. It's hard to explain but there is rooms on ground floor and there is a lift but neither of this was our room we had to climb very steep stairs to get to our room from ground floor no elevator is available and it's was feeling like room under the stairs (it's not just feeling) there is two rooms there like this. Other rooms I saw during the pass thru the corridor was fine.

Excellent location, very close to restaurants and cafés. Less than a minute walk to Bayswater Station and around five minutes to another station. It’s also close to many popular stations. The staff were great, especially the receptionist Jehad—she spoke Arabic fluently and was very helpful. There’s a bidet spray in the bathroom, but not in all rooms, so make sure to request it when booking.

The breakfast lacks variety—only a few sweet options, tea and coffee are available, but no eggs, limited cheese selection, and very little fruits and vegetables. Also, the layout of the hotel is a bit odd. There are stairs in unexpected places, like right after opening a door. So, if you have a stroller or mobility concerns, make sure to request a room with easy access and no stairs in advance.

Excellent week-long stay at La Suite West. We arrived in London very bleary from our international flight and were able to drop our bags off at 5:30am and they arranged for our room to be ready to check-in earlier than normal which was much appreciated after such a long flight. The room was lovely and large with two big windows overlooking Inverness Terrace. The room was very quiet, we could hardly hear any street noise dispite it being so central. We also had a lovely big bath which was great to soak in after lots of walking around London. The breakfast staff were warm and welcoming with big pots of tea and lots of breakfast selections. No hot options but there's plenty of cafes and coffee shops along Queensway road. There's also lots of great options for dinner nearby including pubs, Indian, Thai, Italian, Chinese etc. A real luxury was having the room cleaned with the bed made and the towels changed every day.

Any issues we had were quickly dealt with by the friendly staff.

Location was perfect it was between oxford street and westfield shopping center, we can go by one bus to oxford street and other bus to westfield. Our family of 4 (two adults and to children)could stay on one room. In room we had almost every thing we needed. Queensway street was next to the hotel in which there was two underground station, and KFC, Mc Donald and Burger King. And also Screw fix which was my favorite.

Breakfast was basic, and some items were not charged regularly. For example: almost always Filadelfia cream cheese was not avaliable and we always asked the staff to bring some. Hotel corridors were narrow

The room was large and lovely. Very clean. Great, quiet location near two tube stops covering 3 lines. Breakfast was nothing special, but adequate. I was surprised to see no iron/ironing board in the room. On my last night at about 11pm...the very last time I needed to enter the room, the card did not work. The front desk clerk reprogrammed it, but no luck. He finally had to get a key and let me in. As the card is needed for the lights, I was left in the dark. He thought he knew the issue and said to give him a few minutes, but I never heard from him again. I had to be up very early (still dark out) and had to shower, etc. by the light from my phone. I would stay here again, but this was a bit of disappointing end to my stay in London.

This was actually our second time staying at La Suite West as we enjoyed our first stay so much! The location is perfect, minutes to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations plus buses, so close to Hyde Park as well as conveniences such as metro versions of Sainburys, Tescos and M&S as well as a short walk to Waitrose. In terms of location, you can't beat it. The staff were always very friendly and welcoming. We were able to leave our luggage onsite if we arrived early for our check-in. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it's spacious enough for two people with room to spread out and relax.

The location of the property is excellent. We arrived earlier then the check in time around 11 am and the reception staff told me that your room is ready but we will charge extra for early check in. Found that to be a little strange and did not opt for it. The reception staff was very courteous and took care of our luggage and when we arrived later in the day our luggage had already been moved to our room - very nice service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here as the room was very comfortable and the location is quite close to the tube stations.

My stay was truly wonderful, and this is not my first time here. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my future visits. I would like to thank all the kind staff who welcome you with a smile, even in the corridors, and the housekeeping team as well. A special thanks to the amazing front desk team, especially Mr. Faisal, who made sure our rooms met our expectations. My gratitude also goes to Mohamed and Rahim, as well as Jehan, who always greets us with her warm smile and attentive care, and Marlena for her professionalism and thoughtfulness.
