The staff was great and very welcoming. I asked them assistance to use some furnitures provided in our apartment and they helped me efficiently. Also they have been so kind to let us leave our luggages at the reception on the checkout day so we could hang around without carrying them. The location is excellent as you can easily and quickly arrive at the city centre and it has lots of markets and useful shops nearby. The location is very quiet.

The cleanliness could be improved and the apartment is very small. Kitchen towels were not provided but considering the price it's more than good.

I got a completely different room than shown in the pictures. There was also a 200gbp damage deposit but the room was full of minor damages such as dents in the walls, cracks in the floor, damaged wallpapers and windows.

Great location to Hyde Park and very close to tube station.

There was no bacon for breakfast and the sausages were beef not pork and as such were too dry. For that reason we decided not to have breakfast there on the second morning. Everything else was fine though.

Initially was given a room where the window glass was broken- once I spotted it they immediately changed the rooms, next one glass was sort of cracked but not pbeoken open- I believe ut is because the windows are old style wooden ones. AC installed but can not be turned on. Overall clean rooms but dust is seen in the radiators. There are lifts in the terraces rooms but you will have to take few steps extra to reach the actual floor room. Overall satisfied and very helpful and kind staff at the reception and even kept my parcels safe till I collected them in the evening.

Very helpful reception staff at a nearby hotel. Superb location, very close to Bayswater tube, and various supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Studio was very clean and well arranged with a separate kitchen area.

Much better soundproofing needed for the lower ground floor studios. Studio 1A was incredibly noisy as a result of nearby staircases and guest noise from the floor above. Also, leaving discarded hotel items outside in the patio area was not pleasant - it looked like a refuse tip. Tea towels / plate racks still needed in the kitchen - there's nothing to dry plates on.

The location was amazing, 2 min walk from Bayswater underground station. The apartment were perfect for a couple of days stay. Had back garden for the warmer days to sit out. We requested an early check in and this was met so meant we could drop bags and go enjoy London.

Heard the guests around & above come and go.. The single glazed windows didn’t help on a busy road even at night. This obviously cannot be helped being an old Victorian building! For apartments stays a few things would have helped, more than 1 towel for duration of stay, no hand in bathroom was given towel for floor at shower. Plus a dish towel would have helped for drying and dishes used. Instructions how to use the micro oven had to google ikea website to get information.

Been staying with these guys in either new Kent, imperial suites or imperial studios.. my stay has always been comfortable and the conditions immaculate!! Excellent location was a real benefit - Kensington Gardens nearby. Useful to have a 24 hr reception at a nearby hotel; some apartment complexes don't have this, and check-ins can be difficult. Good value for money, at least when I booked.

Hallways, stairs, and carpets in entrance areas looked a little shabby. If you were trying to impress someone with a romantic weekend, first impressions would not be great. I found the card entry system generally okay, but a little temperamental at the main door. The studio kitchen's equipment was very basic - nothing to dry dishes on, for example.

Fab location, friendly staff and a clean , comfortable apartment. Good beds and sofabed was great too. Kitchen had everything you need for a short stay. Excellent shower. Very warm considering how cold it was in London. Shops round the corner and 2 tube stations very near. Reception were super helpful and stored our bags after checking out for a couple of of hours. Third time staying here and will return for sure.

Floors could do with some attention, bit of wear and tear visible. But didn't bother our stay.

The information received was very clear on where to collect the keys prior to checkin - just a short walk from the property. The area is well-signed and the reception where you collect keys is open 24 hours a day. I had a ground floor studio facing the street with a huge bay window. The studio is large compared to other rooms I have stayed at in London. The kitchenette offers a kettle, cook-top, microwave and fridge - great for longer stays. There are several supermarkets in the area which makes having a kitchenette super convenient. The shower, whilst small - offer a rain shower and standard connection. The water pressure was 100% - better than I have at home and it was great to have HOT water every day! I was advised that my room would be serviced every 2 days - I opted to have the room serviced once during my stay! I took my own trash out when needed. There is also a small laundry room in the neighboring property, which guests can use. It was convenient to be able to do use these and not having to find somewhere. Loved the location, staff and the room - and will certainly be staying here again.

I wish I could have stayed longer. My only other comment would be that the room had a microwave only, and would have loved the option of an oven since I was there for 12 nights.
