Love the fact that it's a quick walk to both the Bayswater AND Queensway Tube stations, which makes it really easy to get back and forth around town. As a single, female traveler, I feel safe walking back to the hotel from the Tube station in the evenings. Bayswater is a really multi-ethnic, family oriented neighborhood with great restaurants. It's only one stop from Paddington, so if you fly into Heathrow and take the Heathrow express, you can then hop on the Tube and in one quick stop be able to get to your hotel.

The room was incredibly small, but I've stayed here before and I knew that going in.

The location is excellent, boasting two nearby tube stations and a market with great restaurants. With Hyde Park on one side and Notting Hill on the other, it is an ideal spot for tourists looking to explore the best of the area.

Wish the hotel had a gym.

Convenient location close to Paddington Station and walking to Kensington Park. Quiet even though significant building works behind the property.

The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable - mattress needs to be upgraded. Room pretty small - but that’s London. Housekeeping seemed understaffed - room not serviced by 3.30pm on 2 days of my stay.

My family loved the neighbourhood, the accessibility by London underground and the dining options in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel was clean with a refreshing contemporary look and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

We had only one issue with our room, namely a set of loose bedside sockets that could not be used to charge our devices all the time. On a less important but still meaningful note, the reception area does not cater to the business traveller who might wish to spend some time working outside of one's room.

Very Good location in nice area around Bayswater and Queensway. And a few minutes walk to the parks and Notting Hill and Portobello Road. Lots of nice breakfast places in the neighbourhood (also gluten-free: visit Oatis). Nice staff. Very clean room just like the rest of the Hotel.

We slept in a Basement Room (B12), below the reception and near to the breakfast room. Perhaps that door closers could be placed on the doors near the room because the slamming sound could be heard quit clearly, also during the night.

Easy check in. Very clean hotel.Room was ready on arrival. Room was spotless,the shiniest bathroom I've ever seen. Plentiful towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good location especially for Nottinghill and Portobello road market etc. Three tube stations within easy walking distance . Left luggage facilities which were very welcome. Local shops and pubs nearby

Didn't like giving my card details when booking in to cover potential breakages??? Some reception staff could be a little bit friendlier but they were professional and efficient

The rooms were clean, the location was perfect, and it was very close to the red and yellow metro stations. It was also within walking distance to a charming neighborhood like Notting Hill. There is good access to food in the area, and the supermarkets and restaurants offer a variety. Breakfast is prepared the same way every day, with the same items, but it was quite sufficient. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The beds are too soft, unfortunately not in a good way. As a lightweight woman, the bed sinks the moment I lie down. It's manageable for a few days, but any longer, and you're guaranteed back pain. The beds should be replaced.

London House Hotel is an absolute gem! It's not full of lots of extras, but everything is just done to a very good standard. The cleaning was meticulous! The staff were helpful and friendly when you needed them. The room was a good size and equipped with everything you needed. The inclusion of a desk meant that it provided a great space to work from (with a fab view over the gardens). And the location was perfect with a short walk to all the coffee shops, food, etc you would need! And with all that in mind, the price was great!!! I will be back here.

Excellent location in a nice neighborhood and in walking distance to 2 tube stations. Room was clean and big enough for London scale. Would have appreciated a bit more counterspace, especially for luggage, but at least there was some for smaller items. Comfortable soft bed.

Breakfast was very poor. There was a strong odor in the room, most likely air freshener, that clung to all the clothing. You could notice it most clearly when you first arrived, and also once you were back home with your travel items smelling like it.

This hotel is in a great location very close to streets full of restaurants and cafes, as well as only a few minutes from the tube station. It was off the main road a few streets so was quiet. Also worth noting the hotel has an elevator which is nice to not have to carry luggage up the stairs.

As others have said, the rooms are small and the bathroom sink is tiny, but overall the room worked well for my friend and I for a long weekend as we both only had carry on luggage and didn’t need a lot of space.
