Great location, wonderful a/c in the heatwave conditions, friendly staff, comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom. Lovely quiet area, overlooking a park. Very close to Bayswater tube, walkable to Paddington and Hyde Park. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Useful to have a little fridge in the room too.

Nothing really. Didn't really need the towels and bedding changing as we were only staying two nights.

Love the fact that it's a quick walk to both the Bayswater AND Queensway Tube stations, which makes it really easy to get back and forth around town. As a single, female traveler, I feel safe walking back to the hotel from the Tube station in the evenings. Bayswater is a really multi-ethnic, family oriented neighborhood with great restaurants. It's only one stop from Paddington, so if you fly into Heathrow and take the Heathrow express, you can then hop on the Tube and in one quick stop be able to get to your hotel.

The room was incredibly small, but I've stayed here before and I knew that going in.

The location is great, 1-2 minutes walking distance to the metro, food and beverage places, and the market. The rooms were clean, they check the rooms every day. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The area I like the most is a decent location.

cleaning could be better. for example, normally the towels were changed on the second day, but we put them in a different place the following days and asked them to understand that they were changed, but when we came to the hotel again, the towels had not been changed. this is very important. they come to the room every day and clean, this practice is great, but the cleaning, especially the bathroom, was not clean enough :( the carpeting of the rooms is not very hygienic, it bothers people a little. I think they covered it with carpets to prevent sound since the structure is wooden. sound insulation is unfortunately not good, but it did not bother me Unfortunately, it was not the room shown on booking, I was a little surprised because the garden view was not visible :(

The location is excellent, boasting two nearby tube stations and a market with great restaurants. With Hyde Park on one side and Notting Hill on the other, it is an ideal spot for tourists looking to explore the best of the area.

Wish the hotel had a gym.

The hotel is in a fantastic location—close to everything you need while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Compared to other hotels in London, this one was definitely worth the stay. Great value, comfort, and service all in one!

The only downside was the lack of vegan options at breakfast. There were very few choices available, which was a bit disappointing. It’s something the hotel could definitely consider improving in the future to better accommodate guests with dietary preferences or restrictions.

Fantastic location. Very quiet yet only a few minutes walk to lots of shops and eateries and the train station. Walking distance to Notting Hill, Kensington Gardens and Palace and we walked on to Buckingham Palace from there as well. Very clean and rooms serviced each day. Could probably get cheaper but for us it was fantastic. We chose a garden view room which does cost a bit more. Was nice overlooking the garden.

No restaurant facilities but not an issue for us. They provide breakfast at £15 each but we did not have breakfast there as plenty of options down the street.

My family loved the neighbourhood, the accessibility by London underground and the dining options in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel was clean with a refreshing contemporary look and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

We had only one issue with our room, namely a set of loose bedside sockets that could not be used to charge our devices all the time. On a less important but still meaningful note, the reception area does not cater to the business traveller who might wish to spend some time working outside of one's room.

Very Good location in nice area around Bayswater and Queensway. And a few minutes walk to the parks and Notting Hill and Portobello Road. Lots of nice breakfast places in the neighbourhood (also gluten-free: visit Oatis). Nice staff. Very clean room just like the rest of the Hotel.

We slept in a Basement Room (B12), below the reception and near to the breakfast room. Perhaps that door closers could be placed on the doors near the room because the slamming sound could be heard quit clearly, also during the night.

Convenient location close to Paddington Station and walking to Kensington Park. Quiet even though significant building works behind the property.

The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable - mattress needs to be upgraded. Room pretty small - but that’s London. Housekeeping seemed understaffed - room not serviced by 3.30pm on 2 days of my stay.

Great Location,a few minutes walk to two tube stations.Happy to store our bags on early arrival.Lovely staff with quick check in.Room was clean and quiet.Very secure,key access only entry in evenings but a member of staff alao at reception even when returned late at night.Would definitely stay again.

Only minor but air conditioning wasn't particularly cold and the mini fridge didn't really keep things cold.
