The neighborhood was magnificent. It was also conveniently located nearby departmental stores, the Underground as well as fine eateries. Also since it was in a residential area, it was quiet in the streets that gave it a homely vibe. The place is also nearby all the tourist places in London via Underground, especially zones 1 & 2, so it was an added bonus. The flat itself had all the amenities and the kitchen was well equipped. Since we had preferred to cook our food, it was no trouble for us at all. Oh, and they had Netflix as well, so we also enjoyed movie nights.
We had a bit of a problem with our security deposit as we were informed only hours before our arrival that the bank did not approve for the transaction. If only we'd been informed 2-3 days in advance, it could have been smoothly sorted. But we had to wait outside in the cold before it could be sorted. Thankfully it was sorted. That was the only hassle we faced.

Kensington neighborhood is very nice. But for visiting the central london it is needed to use half hour public transport, bus or metro. The ap is very confortable and clean. Minors problems: the stoven did not work well ; only one set of kees was available ( we were a group of four). Sugestion: entrance in the building with numerical password
It was not provided basic things like oil and salt , garbage bags, dish washer machine soap,. We did cook at home so it would be nice to have available those basic itens

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, clean and conveniently located with a lot of halal eating places and supermarkets around the area. Bayswater and Queensway stations are around the corner making the apartment easily accessible. The lift and the aircon are very useful. Check in/out was a brisk and the City Apt team was very quick to answer to queries.
The toilet vent doesn't seem to work.

Spacious and well appointed one bedroom apartment in a security building. The WiFi was excellent and the washer/dryer was a bonus. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was quite big. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook a full meal, plus microwave and coffee machine. Communication with the staff was good and a cleaner came once a week to fully service the apartment. Convenient location near bus routes, plenty of nice cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. I enjoyed my stay and would happily book here again.
The building construction next door was noisy during the day but was finished by 6pm and then it was really quiet.

Location
Water pressure is weak No flexible for early check in (2 or 3 hours) despite our residence is 8 days and the apartment was vacant the night before my arrival !!!

The room space is good. The location is great for groceries and dining. The kitchen facilities is good.
There were lots of big dust under the sofa bed and we needed to clean them. The vacuum cleaner tube is broken so we had to grab it very tight to vacuum the floor. The sofa bed is also broken. When I pulled out for the bed, it collapsed when I sat on right away.

The apartment is well equipped, very spacious, quiet and in a super location. Restaurants and supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Tesco and a huge Waitrose) are all close by. Underground stations Bayswater and Queensway are within easy walking distance. We were three friends travelling and it was great that each had their own bed, as we utilized the sofabed in the living room as well. Communication with staff was excellent, all enquiries got speedy replies. Work at the adjacent building site only started around 8am and was long finished when we arrived back at the flat, so did not bother us at all.
The shop where the keys have to be picked up could be a bit closer to the actual apartment.

Location at bayswater area, plenty to eat, shop groceries nearby got tesco, sainsbury n other retail shops. Walking distance to bayswater & queensway subway, n cross the big road to Hyde Park. Also walking distance to Paddington Station. Apartment no.7,3rd flr, is located corner area n privately quiet. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. All basic amenities are included. Heating system good during the winter. Washing machine with dryer is a bonus(found a box laundry pods, not sure if this is leftover from previous guests or part of the amenities). Plus lift in building a relief for large luggages that we have. Will book again if visit UK again.
-bed is queen size, not king size, not comfortably spaced for big size people. Shd give super single beds. N bed springs bit worn out, had minor back pain after. -kitchen utensils too little, spatulas, ladle, a proper peeler n kitchen scissors, small knife shd be provided. And kitchen paper towels, disposable kitchen wipes would be ideal. One of the bathroom tub quite high to climb in. No non-slip mat provided is a accident risk. AND water boiler is considered insufficient for 5ppl unless everyone takes 5mins bird bath. Hope next visit, will have big improvement.

Amazing location. Right at Bayswater area, we can get everything here! The sainsbury's is just downstairs, Tesco and M&S just a few steps away. For me(as a muslim) I can find a lot of halal restaurants and supermarket along the street. The famous Taza Kebab is here too. Malaysian restaurant Putera Puteri right across the street. I like the halal Preto brazilian steakhouse. Bayswater train station is just 200mtrs. The room was super spacious, cutlery and kitchen equipment were sufficient. Coffee machine and capsules available, love it! Huge sofa bed at the TV area, can accommodate 2 persons if it's not broken.
The sofa bed was broken. Need to sleep with extra careful. The wood floor make noise, could wake up other people asleep. Collecting the key a bit troublesome, we need to collect at the shop near by than take some walks with our luggage to the property. Before we confirm the booking payment, they said the room was accessible by access code only, not key. The deposit a bit expensive, and refund will take some times.

The property is conveniently located in a family-friendly area that is close to grocery shops, retail, and convenience stores. Bayswater Station is just a 5-minute walk away while the Elizabeth Line station at Paddington is under 10 minutes away on foot. The property itself is well-equipped. There's a full range of pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery in the kitchen including a coffee maker, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. The door intercom system which includes video is extremely useful and provides extra comfort.
There were instructions for the proper disposal of trash but the key to the locked trash room was not provided. A few more extra trash bags would have been helpful. Appliances are showing some signs of wear - the washing machine still washes in Hot even when the cold setting is selected.
