Good location. My room was very generously decorated and clean. Very easy check-in and check-out. I had fridge and heating in my room. There was not any bad smell in the apartment as it is mention in other reviews.

A couple of tiny things needed repair: the holder for toothbrushes was missing the glass; the toilet-paper holder was loose. But these are very small things!

I’m surprised this property isn’t rated better. This property is in a quiet neighborhood which was lovely to stroll around. Close to the tube—6 minutes walking—so everything was nearby. Enjoyed exploring Hyde park and Notting Hill (areas of London I had not visited before). The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a nice stay. I slept like a baby in the bed and enjoyed quiet mornings sipping coffee in the living room. For the price, this was a huge step above what the local hotels offered. I arrived early and was not able to check in until 3pm. But I WAS able to store my luggage in the luggage storage room, which is locked. This was very convenient. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Loved my stay.

Nothing. The biggest complaint I saw in reviews is about the stairs. I stayed on the second floor, so only three flights, and I am in good health/fitness for climbing. This didn’t bother me, but if stairs are a problem for you (or if you are traveling with giant bags) this might not be the right place for you.

all good, perfect staycation. cleanliness very well. The Host very responsive as well.. The apartment is Nearby Halal food, great for Muslim. It is not a busy area.. so we can rest at peaceful. the location is not far from Hyde Park, accessible to Bayswater station or Queensway station. The luggage storage room is available when you need to store your luggage. bare in mind, there is no lift in the property.

Confusion with confirmation and need to verify yourself (£10 cost) - which apparently is not needed. Some minor damaged items have not been replaced ( hairdryer, bathroom shelf , bathroom mirror light , toilet roll holder , lamp shade ) . 4 very soft pillows - would have liked 2 firmer ones in the mix.

The flat is small but nice. The key collection process was very easy with the instructions sent and when we needed to get into the property earlier due to a very early morning flight we were allowed to do so. Really appreciate that flexibility. I love the location, nearby to Kensington Gardens and not far away from two underground stations, stores and some other venues.

On the day we needed to leave we wanted to leave our baggage on the storage room but the code we had didn't work and it was impossible to communicate by phone as nobody was picking it up. Other than that, the internet can be a bit spotty and the mobile phone signal can be weak so beware if you need to do some work (as I did). We got the flat right under the laundry room so it can get noisy at times.

I would not have called this a studio as the kitchen options were so limited and the counter was too small to use the hotplate even if we wanted. We were in the terrace level. It would have been really nice to have bars on the windows so we could have slept with the window open. Especially since we were there in the heat wave. Also, another lighter set of curtains would be nice for privacy but still allowing for some airflow from the window. It felt like a small dark box with the blackout curtains closed, but otherwise we felt very exposed to people seeing in from the street.

Location was perfect, easy to get around and close to Tube station. Room was spacious and exceeded my expectations

It was on 2nd floor and there was no lift, so we had to lug the bags on 2 flights of steep staircases. The toilet backing was loose and it came off when the seat is lifted

the apartment was very clean, renovated, very quiet, had sufficient storage space for out belongings and was only a 7 minute walk to the tube. we had a great stay and would highly recommend it. the pros definitely outweigh the minor cons.

we had zero human contact with anyone, which i found a bit odd. luckily we managed and didn't have any major questions, but we would have appreciated someone who made themselves available, even by whatsapp. we found it a bit odd that we were given only 2 rolls of toilet paper for our 5 day stay. i can expect to bring or buy my own toiletries such as shampoo, but i would expect there to be enough toilet paper for the entire stay. another important point is that the hike up 4 narrow and steep flights of steps was quite difficult, especially with the luggage, and it should be made very clear before making the reservations.

Location, having a fridge & kitchen with appliances

Could have done with net curtains for Appt 3 as you could see in from the street. Also two nights on the trot the electricity went off. We rang the provided phone number for help but got no answer(very poor!!) Luckily we managed to find the fuse box in the boiler room and untripped the fuses.
