Room was light, super clean and with very thoroughly thought amenities. For my short two night stay at the end of my three weeks travel it did tick all the boxes. I was given top floor room when I had mentioned I'm a light sleeper. It was completely quiet in there during the night, this is amazing as the hotel is in heart of London. The young lady in reception was so helpful and friendly during my entire stay. Felt safe and welcome.

We had a fantastic stay at Reem Hotel! This newly renovated hotel is very clean and comfortable, making it a perfect base for exploring London. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially Miss Ghanwa, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The location is super convenient — just a 7-minute walk to Bayswater Station and in Zone 1, so it's close to the city center. Most Uber rides to nearby attractions cost under £10, which was great. A nice bonus: there’s a delicious Malaysian restaurant just 30 seconds away on foot — highly recommend trying it! Would definitely stay here again!

Love the neighborhood, felt safe, and calm. The room was really clean and comfortable too. Staff was friendly and kind and helpful. Reception is 24h.

My room was a level down.. ??basement. Was a nice room with a little window and a nice toilet. But the toilet drain didnt drain the water well, so there's flooding during showering.

The room was much better than the photos. The bed was bigger (I stayed in a single room) than shown in the photos, and also bigger compared to hotels in London of a similar class. The room and bathroom were very clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel is great - very close to 2 tube stations, bus stations, restaurants, Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens; the area is quiet and feels safe. I'm overall very pleased with the hotel and my stay and would gladly visit again.

It would've been great to have more toiletries provided (there was only soap and perhaps shower gel in the bathroom).

The bed and Room was comfy . Tea and coffee table etc well provided. Location close to tube. The Pakistani manger was friendly and helpful. Also v quiet and nice surroundings

The room is small, esp if you book a single. I was moved to double room but the first one in the basement was so tiny that there was no table top space. The normal ones are ok for one person I think. Thé hotel was v difficult to find if you arrive in the night. The princes square is on the left hand side and Leicester road (?) on the right side of the same street! V weird British logic

It was very clean and the room layout was well figured out. Also, bathroom is small but it was nicely laid out so it was good size for a solo traveler. I have seen really tiny and outdated ones even though they call themselves they are 3 star hotels. Even though I stayed in the small room I didn’t feel like I was suffocated. The staffs were friendly and the neighborhood is very quite.

I could hear bathroom shower sound and the noise from the room next to mine periodically but after midnight it got quiet so I could sleep. TV is quite old honestly. When I watched Wimbledon games it was a bit hard to watch it with low quality of screen.

The location was excellent, just love it and very easy to reach only 5 minutes walk from the train station Bayswater. The neighborhood quiet, safe and on the main street has everything! The property and room very clean! Very comfortable beds! You could enjoy your sleep with no noises at all. They provide us in the room with tea bags and coffees which was a splendid treat and especially after a long day. I will stay again!

They could have provide with body cream and shampoo and not only one shower gel and shampoo together. They could fold our pyjamas instead of leaving them on the bed messy, and they throw away our recycling shopping bag without being asked. But overall the stay was good and those are tips to be noticed.

Amazing quiet/safe feeling location not far from Kensington gardens/Hyde park and a choice of a few different central tube stations. The staff were exceptionally friendly regardless of who was on shift and could not do more to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated so everything is very fresh and clean. Fridge in the room was an unexpected bonus, actually good smart TVs which was amazing as they're usually an afterthought in even very expensive hotels (pet peeve of ours as we work in tech). On the topic of price this hotel is unmatched and will definitely visit again given the chance, compared to even basic hotel chains this came out cheaper and was miles better than any "inns" or chain hotel.

Rooms were not massive but we expected this and for the price simply got a better room which still worked out cheaper than chains and had the experience of a much higher quality boutique hotel!

Great staff at the reception - a gentleman (don't know the name, unfortunately) and a young lady Ghanwa. Both very cheerful and helpful. Outstanding location near Hyde Park and very close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Beautiful building and neighbourhood. Recent renovation - rooms are very clean and fresh. Avoid a lower ground (basement) room, aim at the rooms on higher floors with garden view to enjoy London aesthetics. Great value for money.

One thing that I didn't like was a very poor soundproof - I could hear every step and move of neighbours, their TV and their conversations. Fortunately, out of 6 nights I spent at this beautiful place, I was affected only a couple of times (I stayed in low season).

Lovely place, great location, nice neighborhood. Room was rather small, especially for a triple room, but very clean and comfortable and the garden view was a plus. The beds are comfortable, the room was tidied daily. The shower had good water pressure and nice hot water. Competent and kind staff.

Unfortunately the room we were first attributed on the 3rd and last floor has some issues with insulation, as its walls were infiltrated with water and the carpet was also wet. Luckily the staff helped us change the room which a proper one, on the 2nd floor. Some minor negative points that need improvement: - there is no sound proofing whatsoever - both mornings I was woken up by the neighbors from above at 6 AM as the floor makes loud squeaky sounds and you can clearly hear the water flowing through the piping system.
