Loved my stay. Very social place with activities both day and night, yet also quiet enough to get some sleep in. Kitchen was perfect for cooking something simple. Special thanks to Keri for being a gem to me.

Access to the main bathrooms requires a bit of climb, especially since during my stay the bathrooms on the third floor were closed.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, in Notting Hill- lots of greenery and beautiful architecture around. Very warm and welcoming, everyone was so kind. Lots of activities to see the area and help explore. I was solo traveling and never felt alone for a second!

A big big thank you to the Onefam staff who made the stay absolutely incredible! There was such lovely energy and they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, from arranging walking tours to evening (free) dinners, Pub evenings etc. Facilities were clean and generally well kept after.

Maybe see if the bunk beds can be be anchored to the wall, to prevent as much shaking / wobbling when people move about. Other than that everything was great

The hostel staff was so nice, especially Ollie who always had a solution to any of my problems. I really enjoyed my stay there. The hostel was very close to the Central Line and Hyde Park which is must see in London in my opinion. When you are there you really feel like a part of the one fam family. I was in London for the Taylor Swift concert so It was so nice to meet many other swifties. If you're not sure where to stay in London this is the right spot. I'm sure I will be back there soon ;)

The staff is amazing!! Andreia, Laura, Felicity and the rest of the crew made the whole experience incredible. Also the bathrooms were super clean all the time, and although they didn’t get as many as bathroom I expected in the beginning, I didn’t have any problem like waiting for a long time to take my showers or with dirty showers. Also, if you are a sole traveler, you should Definitely stay here. They are a social hostel, so there’s always group activities and night events and you won’t pay absolutely nothing more than what you paid on your booking.

Honestly, there is nothing I have to complain about. Some of the things I would point out is not really a Hostel problem or anything related to the staff, so I won’t have anything to say.

Perfect for solo travelers and party lovers! There are plenty of day and night activities to join every day, making it easy to meet new friends! The staff is friendly, the environment is decent, and it's close to the subway with 2-3 stations nearby. The hot water is very hot—just keep in mind that the rooms are a bit small, and there’s no elevator, so it’s recommended not to bring large luggage.

The bathroom is a bit small with no place to put things, but everything else is great!

I loved the staff and how involved they were with daily activities. Its a representation of how hostels should run. Keri was an amazing!! Probably the reason ill be back, since she lightened up the mood. She and the rest of the staff were always smiling and providing us with the most thorough information for all our questions.

Only thing was that they didnt have privacy curtains. HOWEVER, they provided us with sheets to put in place once we asked.

Very central, safe neighborhood and close to all the London highlights. The staff is very friendly,, especially the receptionist Holly was so sweet and helpful!

The hostel is more of a party hostel, so if that is not your thing it probably would not be the best fit. I also feel that there should be the option for separate women's and men's dorms, as well as separate shower facilities.

The staff were super friendly and really helpful. Always help when you first check in. The main thing for me is how social it is and the thing I look for in a hostel and with social events which they always do. Also free dinner!!!

One thing I would say something I didn’t like myself was the beds. They are creaky everything time you move on them or solid. Improvement would be get some new beds which aren’t metal (wooden maybe) and invest in some solid beds. Like those pods ones or the curtains one. I would say this would make a massive shift if this was implemented.

I loved the people who worked at the hostel, were super attentive, they made me feel very welcomed and cared for. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean too, and they gave a lot of care for making sure that if any host saw anything needed to be fixed, please do let them know. I must admit, I was worried at first because I am not a party going person and introverted, and thought that it will matter a lot, but honestly? It's been the best hostel experience I ever had. The people I shared the room with were all super respectful, silent during late night and very nice whenever we encounter each other. The showers were always available when I wanted to use them and clean. I always could use the kitchen whenever I had a late dinner and I needed to use the terrace in the morning for a quick work call, it was totally open and for myself. Really, I was super surprised of how chill, comfortable and nice the hostel vibes were! Quality/price, absolutely worth it! Also, I forgot my reading glasses, the staff found them and will give them to my friend to be able to send them back to me :) This made a 10/10 of my thoughts about their work ethic and helpful behaviour!

I don't have anything related to the hostel or the staff that I didn't like! Just know that there isn't lift but tbh, I carried my suitcase perfectly fine!
