Amazing hotel ! Centrally located with many shops (Tescos), restaurants, and 2 underground stations within a 5 minute walk. And despite its central location, it's located on a quiet street with 2 beautiful churches nearby. The hotel itself was very well maintained with newly renovated bathrooms. The rooms were also cleaned daily and the coffee pods replaced. Our room also had an AC for those who might want them in the summer. The only downside is the lack of a lift. So if u can't climb stairs (which can be steep) then do ask for rooms on the 1st floor. Additionally, the reception is a bit far from the main hotel entry door which remains closed. So ensure you can call them in case the door is not opened when u ring the bell. Many thanks to Mohqmmed at the reception for his support.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Wonderful location. Minutes from tube, great pubs, and coffee shops. The hotel itself is on a quiet street. They stored our luggage before check in and after.

There is no lift, but staff helped with heavy luggage. This is a small hotel with a small hard working staff. The front door is locked. Once you check in your key unlocks the front door and your room. Prior to check in simply push the button at the door and speak clearly that you are a guest checking in. They will unlock the door and meet you in the entrance. I personally enjoy staying in this type of hotel.

Unbeatable location. We booked 3 x rooms for 6 of us. Were all close together but different levels due to the layout of the building. Was really hot while there, air con struggled. Rooms were spacious for London. Felt very safe area, quick walk around the corner to pubs, shops, fast food etc and Bayswater tube. A lovely walk to Notting Hill past beautiful homes and gardens. Would stay again. Loved how pretty it was from the front and the little red phone box was a nice spot for photos.

As most mention, the air conditioning needs sorting. One of our rooms faced the back and had 3 beautiful windows that opened and let in a gorgeous breeze. Our other 2 rooms could not open windows so got very stuffy. But it was fine.

I was very warmly welcomed and shown to my room. My room was nicely sized, with a nicely sized bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy and the bed was lovely and comfy. With the heatwave we’ve been experiencing I was so excited there was air conditioning and even a large bottle of water offered. Over all I had a very enjoyable stay.

Noise does travel a bit through the hotel, I wasn’t too bothered as I sleep with loop dreams anyway but I did jump a few times when people were exiting and entering the building as it was loud and I was on the bottom floor. I did have to trust my check out would be handled as nobody was around in the morning to hand my keycard too and when calling the number provided when staff aren’t around they told me to just leave it on the desk.

We had a room in the basement, but it was ok. The room has a window so it doesn’t feel like you are in the basement. The room had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Also the bathroom was good, clean. Everything looked like new. Location is amazing, very close to Hyde park, tube stations and Queensway street, where you can buy everything you need. We will come here again.

Room was very comfortable and had good amenities. Location was perfect literally 5 min away from nearest tube station and three minutes to choice of three pubs.

Check in the guy didn’t speak English or didn’t try hard enough or couldn’t care. When checking out there was no one at reception. Stayed in basement and could here tube so take some earplugs

Location ideal easy to walk or get public transport into London and surrounding areas. Light airy good value for money for London.

Shower waste needed cleaning rubbish under bed from previous guest we had to ask for extra coffee and milk every day.

It has a perfect location for low price, the bed and all that belongs was comfortable. Large bathroom with a lot of space if you pick deluxe suite (which was surprisingly cheap aswell)

The toilet seat was broken but they came and fixed it the day after even without a request. The in kettle in the room was broken but that the only thing

Member of staff knocked on my door to ask what time I was leaving whilst I was in shower. I called out that I was coming and they knocked further. This was at 9 and check out says 12 so I had plenty of time. When I left the property just before 10 there was nobody at reception to check me out

Fan in the bathroom struggled and aircon didn’t go very cold
