Friendly staff (aside from one...!), cosy rooms, good value. Location was perfect. The only issue was the rooms were not great in regard to soundproofing - so you could hear tvs, people on phones and those who walk around the room like they are wearing boulders for shoes 😂

Lovely hotel, just 5 minute walk from tube or bus stations. Few pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

Room was to warm when arriving, thermostat was set to 24, once reduced to 18 room was a lot more comfortable.

Great location for a week of museum-visits and day trips outside the city. Handy to two Underground stations, easy to get everywhere. Quiet neighborhood, had no trouble sleeping. Bathroom was very clean. Linens felt nice, and bed was reasonably comfortable. Appreciated the kettle with coffee and tea. Short walk to Queensway for Boots, M&S, and restaurants. Pleasant staff. Roomy elevator.

Slightly shabby, but for the price, not a dealbreaker. The room was very small - not a problem for me traveling solo, but barely room to walk around. Bathroom shower stall the size of a phone booth. I think this would be a problem for larger/taller people. The space under the desk is wasted with a stool -- would be better to have a small refrigerator for keeping snacks and drinks. The ironing board is too large and takes up too much space in the wardrobe.

Hotel is very well maintained and managed. I truly see a very good job of management. It is a value in these days.

I love this type of hotels. Classic. Wooden furniture instead of plastic. White impeccable bed linen and towels. Classic good hotel, with a room that has everything you need for a comfortable stay-comfortable bed, good running water in a shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe, cattle with selection of tea and coffee, drinking water bottle replaced every day. Even Bible in a drawer. Hotel is clean, well maintained, in a quiet street of central London.

The hotel's location is exceptional, safe, and conveniently situated near two metro stations, restaurants, shops, Kensington Park, and Notting Hill. The staff is fabulous; although I only recall Anna Lisa's name, every member of the team was outstanding. During my check-in, I arrived early, and they kindly provided me with a room initially. Later, they requested that I move to another room featuring a large window, which was a lovely touch.

The breakfast room is quite small, and I would recommend expanding the variety of breakfast options available.

First night i stayed in a rather smaller room, that was too small, also near the cleaning staff room, so it was loud at times especially you could hear them speaking or slamming the door

Location is marvellous! Really perfectly located with easy access to the metro. Also, really calm and quiet area which let us sleep peacefully. The room although a bit on the small side, had everything you need. Honestly highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Our room was the door next to the general toilets which were rarely used during our stay, however, the daily cleaning of them did wake us up in the morning. Definitely not a deal breaker at all, but worth noting.

The very clean hotel is located in a peaceful, elite area, very close to metro stations (5-10 minutes distance) where many metro lines pass. The friendly reception team is on duty 24 hours a day, and they responded to all our messages and questions before and after our stay. I am grateful for their help in every way. The room we stayed in for 4 days was cleaned and towels were changed every day. The Club Room we stayed in also had a safe, refrigerator and microwave oven. Although there were relatively limited products in the breakfast, it was quality, clean and constantly refreshed and presented by the friendly team. We would like to stay again in this hotel, which is affordable in terms of price and performance compared to London hotels.

Attended BST at Hyde Park so stayed here for 1 night. the hotel is in a Great location, we were in a deluxe double room and the room size was fine. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, beds were comfortable! We didn’t have breakfast but it seemed good value for money! There is also a kettle and tea coffee and biscuits in the room which is a nice touch if you don’t have breakfast!

The floor in the bathroom seemed heated which isn’t great when temperatures outside are 33 degrees! The air conditioning didn’t seem to be felt by either of us - there was no option to change the direction of the air and the room temperature was still showing 26 degrees on the thermostat despite the air conditioning being on 19 (the lowest temperature) We didn’t raise this with staff as we were only there for 1 night 🙂
