They have a very nice large garden you can sit in & have a coffee or at night bring your own wine etc. which really made a difference to other downtown hotels having this relaxing social space. There was also a decent sized fridge in the room was a nice touch so you can also keep some food & drinks there. Very friendly & helpful staff, front door always open, hassle free. Location is great for restaurants bars of Westbourne & is close to 2 useful tube lines.

First night in was in the basement next to the breakfast room super noisy in the morning ~ quickly changed that room to the 2nd floor with a nice view over the gardens!

The staff was really nice, the location perfect, and the room was clean. Also, the price was just fine. I think that for the price it has it’s ok, would it be a bit more expensive and the hotel would be overvalued, which means that given the size of the room and specially the bed, which was no more than 1.30, it was a perfect price and perfect stay. If I’d pay more I wouldn’t be saying the same, so if you’re looking for something not expensive, good quality clean and with good service to sleep while your stay in London, this is your hotel. Something that I really liked was that the cookies, water and coffee in the room was free of charge, which I really valued. Very nice service, to be honest.

I would say everything was perfect. Again, I wouldn’t ask more for the price I paid, and in fact, I really valued the service.

The location is perfect, not far from subway stations, easy travel to major scenes. The breakfast is beyond my expectation, typical British style with various choices, owing to Mr. Sylvester's kind service and dining hall is cozy. The hotel is suitable for family with kid with quiet, friendly and safe neighboring environment.

The room could be larger if possible.

Ideal location in Bayswater with good tube links and restaurants. Clean and tidy hotel, with great beds, fresh towels and good services, bonus to have a fridge in the room. The staff are always warm and welcoming and I have stayed several times, there is a great space to the rear of the hotel which is ideal in summer to sit out and relax in. This hotel suits my needs when in London.

Lovely clean and attractive hotel. Staff very nice and attentive. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food.

It was very warm in our room and no air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The staff were so welcoming before we even arrived for our 3 nights stay at the Pembridge Palace Hotel to our last day after check out. I was corresponding via email with the reception at the hotel and they were incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to check in earlier than 2pm as there was a room available early and upgraded us from a double to triple room. They had a bell boy that carried my luggage up 6 steps of stairs at the entrance which was a nice surprise. Within the hotel there are two elevators right beside reception to bring you up to your level. We didn’t take breakfast at the hotel as we wanted to make the most of our short stay in London. I requested an iron and board as they are not kept in the rooms and another member of staff brought it up to our door. We were about a 30 min commute by bus or train (including the walk) to central London but everything is near you. There were two nice pubs nearby. Notting Hill is close by. Hyde park is also near. Highly recommend, thank you for making our stay so lovely.

Staff were excellent, as was the location. We used it as a base to explore London. It was close to a tube station, had shops/restaurants nearby.

Decor is a bit dated in the rooms, no air-con. Room (double deluxe) was a bit small..... but this hotel is all about its location, so the staff and proximity to attractions make up for these issues.

I was a bit dubious about staying here after some very bad experiences at independent hotels in London, but a family member had already booked a stay and we wanted to be nearby. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were lovely, the beds were extremely comfortable, everything was clean and the hotel was only a short walk from the tube. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I am in London. (I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.)

This hotel is so clean and the staff excellent.On arrivial we were upgraded to a deluxe room at no extra cost.The room was so small we couldnt even unpack our cases.I dont know what size the room was that we had booked it couldnt i reckon have been any smaller !! It is a pity the room was so small as the hotel is so clean.The breakfast was excellent and the man in charge so helpful he even fried our eggs for us each morning

I’m sorry to split hairs 🤣, it would have been 10 out of 10 , but Pembridge please change your breakfast sausages,,, otherwise the breakfast was also good 👍
