We've stayed here many times and it doesn't disappoint. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds are super comfy. The shower is excellent and facilities great. The location is fab - amid Bayswater village with some lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Very handy for 2 underground stations (10 min walk at the most) - Bayswater and Queensway. Breakfast was basic but ok - cereals, fruit, pastries, cheese, hams, egg, toast.

The room we had was next to the lift which could be noisy. It was dreadfully hot despite having the window open and blackout blind down all the time (in the day too). They supplied a huge fan which was great but did sound like an aircraft was taking off in our room - blocked out the sound of the lift though.....! The toilet didn't flush ever so well.

Single room... compact but very okay for my stay in London. (May not suit everyone.) New and clean., comfortable pillows and clean linen. Hairdryer, coffee/tea facility, safe for valuables, small screen wall tv and ensuite shower space. Liked the extras: small bedside light which could be angled for reading, lit bathroom mirror for makeup. Location: 10 min walk to 2 undergrounds - central, Circle and District lines or nice walk through Kensington Gardens. Lots of choice of small restaurants nearby.

Welcoming staff. I'd asked for a room that would support me having to do some work in and that was perfect. Room was nicely and newly refurbed, really clean and with everything I needed. It was also restful. I had to ask reception if they could help me out with an emergency business matter and although they couldn't help, I really appreciated the effort to try to resolve my issue. Breakfast was continental but really nice with delicious pastries, actual real ham and cheese and nice coffee. Staff were also lovely. I would definitely stay again.

Towels were a little small and the mattress was a little on the hard side but it was ok. Lighting in the the room could be improved. The over head lights was very white and bland and the addition of a lamp or two would be really nice and make the room cosier. Room was next to the lift and although I could hear it, it didn't keep me awake.

I might be biased because I booked them during an emergency, but I thought they were good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room service was done upon request, which I like. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance to groceries, laundromat, and restaurants. Two Tube stations are within a 10 minite walk. Plus, Kensington Palace is close by. It also seemed safe late at night. Breakfast was a continental breakfast (bread, hams, cheeses, yogurt, etc.). A small selection, but enough to get your day started.

The room size I got was very small, and the bathroom even smaller - however, considering I booked them on the day of (after my previous booking cancelled on me), the room served it's purpose. That said, I know they have larger rooms, so if I could have booked earlier with them, this would not be an issue.

Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was very good too. Everything was very clean and the whole property was very well-maintained. Nice hotel and great view over a garden and in a quiet location.

Whilst the single room was fine, it was small and the en-suite bathroom wasn't easy to use. The shower was tiny and basically had to be hand held and there just wasn't enough space.

Fine value for your money. The location is was great --- about a 5 minute walk from the Bayswater Tube Station and 10 minutes from Queensway station --- you can get anywhere on the tube. It will take you 10-15 minutes to get to the tourist sites --- but you make up for distance with price on the room. I easily walked back and forth with my carryon luggage upon arrival and departure. A number of nice restaurants, eateries and pubs near buy. A couple of nice bakeries too. Bed and room were quite comfortable. A Tesco Express and a number of small supermarkets near by. The bathroom and the shower are a little cramped. Breakfast was okay --- limited with some fruit, apples and oranges. Two cereals and some yogurt choices, toast, butter, and jam, coffee, tea and some pastries. Things for sandwiches. Enough to get you going in the morning.

Bathroom was smallish.--- might be a bit challenging sharing with two people at same time. But acceptable for a hotel in the price range -- good hot water. Also I did not get the room with single bed and external bathroom. Shower and toilet are adjacent to the room which are both in the stairwell.

I loved this little hotel! It is located about a 4-5 minute walk from the Bayswater Station, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby, too. I was traveling on a budget and knew I wouldn’t be in my room much, so I chose the small single room with the private bathroom outside of my room. It was small but very clean, and it was all that I needed, even including a very large picture window and a sink in the room. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, but it always smelled good, and another plus is the hotel has a lift! No pulling luggage up the stairs! Now, the best thing, besides all the other good things, were the staff. They were so incredibly kind and helpful, I really liked everyone there I interacted with. Given the cost of the hotel, I was very pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I found my stay to be in all aspects. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for something simple in a great location.

The room we had was spacious and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine. The bed is very comfy. It had a very good hot shower. Good places to put everything. Very clean everywhere. The location is great - love the village of Bayswater - handy for the tubes (Bayswater and Queensway) - super local shops to browse around. Fantastic local restaurants offering lots of different cuisine. Great cafes too!

The pillows weren't great - one very flat and the other lumpy. The toilet doesn't have a great flush on it. Our room was next to the lift which could be a bit noisy but that's the same in every hotel room next to a lift around the world!

The location was really convenient. It was within walking distance to several underground stations and close to shops, cafes, and pubs. The room itself was good (although hot - we had a fan which helped to circulate the air) and it was nice having breakfast included. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

The only negative was that the wifi was so weak in our room our phones couldn't connect to it. Not sure if that was just our room or an issue across all of them.

The room was exactly what I wanted as a solo traveller. It was small and bathroom was tiny but it was very clean and exactly what I was needing, amazing for the price and location. I encountered 3 different staff while I was there and they were all absolutely amazing. So helpful and friendly - it really made the stay for me. I’d very happily come back here again.

The bathroom is very small - toilet right up against the shower. But this wasn’t an issue for me and I expected that given the very affordable price and location.
