There is £200 deposit that you need to block on your debit/credit card or pay as cash on checking in top of the booking price and you get it returned during checkout, the inconvenient here is this information is not displayed and made obvious during booking process, but you know it after booking because it's written somewhere on the bottom of the booking confirmation mail you get.

The apartments are in a great location! Next to several underground stations and within walking distance of major sights. Close by is a busy street with many restaurants and shops. The apartments are spacious enough to provide a longer stay and have the necessary amenities for that. The wi-fi is excellent, and key pick-up is easy.

The rooms do not have air conditioning, and on hot summer days, the windows must stay open. That is an issue because the street is very noisy, even late into the night, and there are all sorts of smells coming from it. That is a big problem, even if you are not a light sleeper.

Damage deposit is quite a lot.

I like everything about their properties. Hence why I continue to return.

The location is amazing, very close to metro and bus stations, supermarkets, restaurants and Hyde park. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for a 1-week stay (pots, pans, kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery, etc.)

The shower was really small and water leaked out to the floor as the shower door didn't close properly. The mattress was pretty old and soft and the pillows were really thin and soft too, but I can sleep pretty much anywhere. If you're not too picky, it's fine.

Staff were helpful but system wouldn't accept card at first had to use another. Room was adequate, very clean and what you would expect at the price point. Laundry facilities being available was a bonus. Mohamed was a particularly helpful staff member and quickly solved an issue.

Sofa bed was needing some maintenance, usable but the catch could easily be fixed.

It was a little apartment that had everything we needed to cook with supermarkets close by made our own breakfast after sleep in after late nights. Quiet street we kept the window open for fresh air during Ty’s night. We were right on the top floor Flat 1 4 floors 300 steps but luckily we only had light luggage Bed was soft but comfortable 4 pillows housekeeping done on request with reception and you could pick a time that suited

It’s old furnishings could be updated and a little TLC on walls and entry carpet old but everything was ok hot shower . No PowerPoints in bathroom for blow drying hair so there should be a mirror hung on the back of the bedroom door so you can use the hair dryer. Laundry downstairs but you have to pay coin operated didn’t know that until we went down

The treatment of employees and the speed of response is number one, which is the most reason for my high admiration and evaluation of the place, and this is the fifth year in a row for me in the same place, and I will repeat the experience🙏🏻🙏🏻

Nothing at all

Room was cleanish and very tidy. Shower tray was cracked but totally usable. Road was quietist and location was excellent. Everything you needed was on the next road

That it was a lower ground floor room. Would have been nice to see something out the window. And that there was a lot of stairs and steps to get to the room. Those corridors could have been decorated a bit better.

The location is perfect, very close to two metro stations, shops and restaurants, and Kensington Gardens. The studio was clean and warm, had enough space for two people and a kitchenette with everything needed. The staff was very nice and helpful, probably the nicest staff we have ever met. Everything was perfect and we would stay at this place again.
