Great sized rooms with kitchen amenities available. Great location near to busses and subways, and of course good food in bayswater.

No fullsized mirror - only small one in bathroom. Would be great to add a fullsized mirror in the apartment

Always the best stay with these guys Always clean Always tidy Reception staff are perfection Check in is smooth If you want deposit back straight away bright cash, otherwise depending on bank 5-7 days. I’m with nationwide and got deposit back in 2 days. Been staying with these guys in either new Kent, imperial suites or imperial studios.. my stay has always been comfortable and the conditions immaculate!! Do not hesitate when it comes to booking this property.

There is nothing to not like.

The proximity to the subway, groceries, Hyde Park and the center of London...the neighbourhood. Quiet place. The staff are kind, efficient and helpful. Great cost-benefict. Also: be aware that you need to pay a 200£ caution at the check-in for further damage in the room. The refund of the caution was made successfully fast.

Imo the room could be a bit more cleaner. At the beginning we had problems with hot water but they're solved by the maintenance crew.

Very close to Bayswater Underground Plenty of restaurants and pubs along with supermarkets around the corner Felt safe walking around at night as there were lots of tourists in same area Front desk staff were always helpful and it is manned 24 hours a day There is a self serve laundry which is cheap and convenient It was quiet in the room, no street noise

Room was a little smaller than expected, but still suited our needs There was no elevator to get to the second floor so maybe request a ground floor room if have a lot of luggage It got a little warm but there were 2 fans provided

Friendly and helpful staff on front desk on checking in making it stress free. always someone friendly there for any further queries (local amenities) I had during stay. Price was good for room and facilities available, which I didnt use everything but looked adequate. Mentioned my only issue below on check out told to review it so it could be resolved.

Very loud fan in bathroom that automatically comes on with light, Luckly I ended up stay on own however had my partner been there as planned we would have woken up during night if either had had toilet visit. in fact, so load sure neighboring apartment could hear.

I enjoyed the luxurious amenities and comfortable beds in the hotel. The exceptional service from the staff made my stay at the hotel truly memorable. The breathtaking view from my room in the hotel was absolutely stunning.

I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the hotel, as the room and common areas were not well-maintained. The hotel's customer service fell short of my expectations, as I encountered unresponsive staff and a lack of assistance during my stay. The noise levels in the hotel were excessive, disrupting my sleep and overall comfort during my time there.

Great location - right behind Bayswater a short walk from Queensway, cosy apartments, the balcony on the higher floors are a bonus! From their staff only was very prompt with everything! For aged guests, only the ground floor apartment is ideal.

The only issue is if you’re allotted a unit on a higher floor, you’ll need to carry your luggage on your own up the stairs coz there’s no lift. It would be nice if they can also have a breakfast area and/or have a kitchen that can serve tea/coffee/snacks 24x7!

Great location!!!! So close to the city. Underground the next street. Bus stops also location very close. Plus you can walk to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. Staff were extremely friendly. Apartments are small but good use of space as had all the things we needed to make our own food if we wanted and rest after a massive day of exploring london. There was no aircon. But at night with the window open the breeze was lovely. Highly recommend for your london stay.

Nothing really

the location was great - particularly due to loads of shops around and the tube stations. it was nice and quiet in the property through the night aswell so you felt comfortable. and the room was nicely equipped with essentials - hairdryer, iron, kitchen stuff …also check in and check out was quick and no hassle.

Being on the third floor was difficult to get to especially with luggage. main downside is no lift availability. The room looked abit smaller in reality than it seemed in the picture but that’s fine for two people.

Location. Value for money. Staff were very friendly.

On the Booking site. It showed tea and coffee facilities in the room. There were tea, coffee and sugar sachets, but no milk/whitener. When I asked at reception for milk, I was told milk wasn't supplied for the apartments. DISAPPOINTED! Luckily, there was a supermarket less than 2 minute walk away.
