Stayed in May 25 for 7D6N. Room allocated earlier was on 1st floor and had water leakage issues and heater was also not working. Responded promptly by the operator and moved to another studio room in basement which was much better. Very clean and complete with all facilities as studio apartment, however no washer/dryer. Kitchen was fully equipped with all cutleries, pot, fridge etc. Location is superb and very central, near to all transport hubs, facilities, amenities etc. Very easy to go anywhere. Communication with the hotel via Whatapps, very good and responsive. Staff were very friendly, attentive and cooperative. Will stay again in future and hope the hotel would maintain its high standard.

Location was brilliant right by shops, restaurants and bars. We were on top floor (no lifts) room was spacious bigger than I expected, bed was comfy couple of fans provided as was really hot weekend. Little kitchenette with hob, microwave and a few utensils to cook with. Property was nice and clean, overall a lovely stay. Quite pleased put original booking cancelled on us because I think this was a far better room.

These are minor things bathroom was very small and dark the lighting needs to be brighter, also the shower screen kept coming off runner simple fix . More plug sockets would be great. The mirror in main room was a wavy one so everything looks strange so difficult to do make/ hair. Light under cupboards in kitchen would be great. May a slated blind at window as over looks road and had to keep curtain shut for privacy. There are no lifts so if you have difficulty walking ask for ground floor. Like I said minor things but didn’t put a downer on our stay.

Great price for the location. Just round the corner from both Bayswater and Queensway stations meant you had most of London covered. Apartment was dated but clean and comfortable. Small kitchenette and vestibule were handy. Room was managed by staff at larger hotel across the road. Staff there were very helpful. Luggage storage option allowed us to make full use of our last day in London. Extra brownie points for fitting us in at the very last minute after our AirBnB was cancelled without warning only 2 hours before arriving in London.

Shower was about as small as you can get but water temperature and pressure was great.

The apartment was spacious even with the double and single beds. It was very clean. There are two tube stations very close by, which are excellent for sightseeing as well as for getting to Heathrow (two trains from Paddington which is just one station away). Lots of restaurants are within walking distance but we choose to use the kitchen and eat in. Kensington/Hyde Park is a short walk away.

It was a bit noisy at night. The aircon dripped water a little, and the lamp wasn't functioning. There were no bedside lamps.

Been staying with these guys in either new Kent, imperial suites or imperial studios.. my stay has always been comfortable and the conditions immaculate!! Do not hesitate when it comes to booking this property.

There is nothing to not like.

Great sized rooms with kitchen amenities available. Great location near to busses and subways, and of course good food in bayswater.

No fullsized mirror - only small one in bathroom. Would be great to add a fullsized mirror in the apartment

Front desk staff were very kind, and accessing the apartment was super easy. The location is well-connected, with several metro stations nearby (Bayswater just around the corner and Paddington within walking distance) and good bus links. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area.

Kitchenette utilities were limited (just a pot, a pan, and some cutlery), but enough to prepare a quick or simple meal.

Fab room, comfortable, well equipped, kitchenette, spotlessly clean, nice shower room , dining table and 4 chairs, clean bedding and towels. Good aircon.. (although not all rooms have aircon) Staff were welcoming and helpful .. great location ( we were going to concert in Hyde Park) 30 minutes walk.. 2 tube stations close by, good array of shops nearby, but still a quiet street. Had a lovely stay.

Couldn’t fault it

The proximity to the subway, groceries, Hyde Park and the center of London...the neighbourhood. Quiet place. The staff are kind, efficient and helpful. Great cost-benefict. Also: be aware that you need to pay a 200£ caution at the check-in for further damage in the room. The refund of the caution was made successfully fast.

Imo the room could be a bit more cleaner. At the beginning we had problems with hot water but they're solved by the maintenance crew.

Very close to Bayswater Underground Plenty of restaurants and pubs along with supermarkets around the corner Felt safe walking around at night as there were lots of tourists in same area Front desk staff were always helpful and it is manned 24 hours a day There is a self serve laundry which is cheap and convenient It was quiet in the room, no street noise

Room was a little smaller than expected, but still suited our needs There was no elevator to get to the second floor so maybe request a ground floor room if have a lot of luggage It got a little warm but there were 2 fans provided
