The apartment is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Location is superb! Only 5 mins from Bayswater Station. Close to amenities too. Staffs are very friendly.

The apartment is a duplex and it’s too tiny for 4. The bathroom is located on the upper floor with a very narrow stairs. Sound proofing needed too. Safety measures needed to be tightened as there was someone peeping into our window from the attached balcony at wee hours. Thankfully no one was harmed.

Location was great. The ability to be able to cook was great.

The place wasn't taken care of. The furniture was really cheap hence it was very damaged and dirty looking. The fools were not clean as I had chunks of lipstick all over the floor, and unfortunately, I stepped in it several times. The fake leather couch has spillages. The place has so much potential with not too much more effort. The not so happy face regarding the staff was only because when I told them what I found all over the floor, they didn't inform a cleaner to clean the floor next time she was there, and as I stayed several days you would expect at least for someone to clean the floor from the lipstick...which I did as much as I could find it. But as much as I have stated that there is room for improvement, I would still really recommend the place :)

This apartment was modern and clean, the best accommodation we had had in London for the price and the only one I would recommend. Staff were friendly, check in was easy, room was comfortable and clean. Once we discovered it - the washing machine and dryer facilities on the bottom floor was very convenient (except for having to go up and down the stairs). Location was excellent with easy walking access to trains, buses, lots of restaurants, groceries and, not to mention, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.

Stairs, stairs and more stairs. Our apartment was up 3 to 4 flights of stairs. As a family of four travelling from Australia we had quite a bit of luggage. Within the apartment were also stairs. An old building so I understand - but would have much preferred an apartment on a lower level.

The room was clean and had a little kitchen so we were able to cook should we have wanted to, the buildings placement was convenient as it was just around the corner from the underground, and multiple shops and food places like McDonald's. The staff were also polite and professional.

The hot water wasn't working in our shower, any other time of year I would have been bothered by this but because we visited during a heatwave it was not much of an issue.

Flat in Hyde Park Hotela was one of the best hotel i have ever been into. It was very homely and welcoming. For me, cleanliness is the most important and Hyde Park did not dissapointed me, it was very very clean. I also was sleeping like a rock, very comfy bed and sofa. The temperature in the room was also on point, if you want a warm space you have to turn on the heater, it quickly warms the flat, the air flies more upstairs but this is not a problem. Overall, if i could i would live there for the rest of my life because small flats are the best for me and if you also like them then you will be pleased to be there 😊

Space and comfort! Easy to communicate and friendly staff…

I felt that if you are not fit and able be careful, as out apartment was right at the top of the building, and it was hard work with luggage and lot and lots of stairs to climb. We were fine, however for some it really wouldn’t have been.

The location was great: we were close to Hyde Park and walked through the park daily to either reach downtown or for an evening stroll, we were able to walk to many destinations and were close to two tube stations and Paddington for what was too far to venture to on foot. There was a washer/dryer available on the ground floor which we appreciated.

I would have liked more toiletries and tea/coffee. We ran out and asked for more, which we were given, but we also ended up purchasing our own. I would have also liked to not have to schedule a room cleaning as it is so pleasant to return from a long day to a clean room and not have think it.

Great location, short walk to two underground stations & Kensington gardens, several food options in next street. Convenient to have kitchenette in room. Fairly quiet street & felt comfortable walking back from the underground at night. Would definitely book here again if I was in London. The price was good

Nothing major all things you can love with - It was a little confusing that I had to go to another address to collect the keys which I missed in my emails (my fault) but the sign on the door alerted me to that. The stairs were exhausting after a busy day on my feet. Just about had to exit the bathroom to change my mind. Could hear the neighbours walking round on the floor above.

The location was amazing. Right at Hyde park, close to 2 different metro stations to different lines. The next street over full of coffee shops, restaurants and grocery shops.

The room was quite small for 3 of us. At the end of the day we only were there to sleep, so it was good enough for that. I also could imagine to have cleaning services done every 2-3 days without asking it eventhough it was an apartment.
