Location was fantastic! Everywhere was easy to get to by underground. Street feels really luxurious/ glamorous and the building itself adds to a feeling of opulence, even though the rooms are so reasonably priced. Super clean, practical rooms. Not huge, but comfy and perfect for sharing with friends.

The corridor was noisy inside as we were on the ground floor just by the front door, so heard everyone coming in at night, the massive door being opened and closed, and other guests' loud conversations. The lift going up and down was noisy in our room too. The second night I didn't sleep well at all due to this, which was frustrating as the bed was really comfy. The night before I had gone to bed really late after a night out so didn't notice as much. My friends (one who was in the basement and others that were top floor) all said they'd been disturbed by noise inside the hotel too. Thin walls maybe?

It was a beautiful period property in a great location. Really clean, beds really comfy. Tea, coffee, hairdryer, shower gel, dish soap all included. Tesco and Sainsbury’s just around the corner. We were worried it was going to be cold but it really wasn’t. In fact it was a little too warm at night. We normally love the simplicity, comfort and cleanliness of a Premier Inn but would definitely choose this place next time. Loved it. x

Had everything I needed. The window opens, and the heating works quickly if needed. An artist was creating a beautiful plaster bas relief in the lobby. ½ block from the park and bus lines. Lots of minimarts & restaurants in the next block, along with Bayswater Tube Station (no lift however.)

Lift goes up 3 floors, used the stairs for fourth. The space is spartan but useable. (Arranged my clothes on the other bed.)

Great location with easy access to multiple public transport options and walking distance to Nottinghill and Kensington Gardens. Room was clean and comfortable. Great having ability to cook basic meals. Easy access via lift and quiet location at night.

The room was a little tight for 2 guests with luggage, this would be our only observation. We just felt that with our luggage things got a bit crowded. For those with smaller luggage wouldve been fine. The smoke detector went off twice from using the toaster, opened the windows and all was fine!

We travelled as a family (2 adults and 2 kids) The room we stayed in had one double bed downstairs and three single beds upstairs. Great location, only a couple of minutes walk from Bayswater and Queensway underground stations. We used the Circle line mostly to get to Westminster, Victoria, Notting Hill, Tower of London and Kensington.abd also to get back to Liverpool Street for connecting train to Stansted Airport. Room very clean and has air-con or radiator, for the changeable weather. Only thing that's needed is some tea towels to dry dishes after washing, as there is no draining board for after washing up. kitchenette has fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and two ring hob. Bathroom is a little small Staff were very quick to respond to any queries/requests using WhatsApp or in person at reception. The next street over has numerous restaurants to suit all tastes and a few pubs. Kensington Palace and gardens are only a five minute walk from this location. All in all a great base to explore London from.

Location was perfect, right next to Hyde park, close to Queensway metro station. Staff were super friendly and helpful, price was good

The only downside was a serious noise from construction outside every morning and also from other guests each morning and night.

Location is great, right near Hyde park and Kensington garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Apartment is large, clean and has a balcony which is a nice touch. The whole building and environment is lovely. I would stay here again.

There is a kitchen to prepare a coffee and basic food but there is no table and chairs to sit at. So if we were cooking there we would have to sit on the bed, where we sleep, to eat our food. There was one low level coffee table and two stool type chairs in an apartment for 5 people so that was something we noticed as a negative. But if they improve that we can't fault the accomodation.

Good location, easy to reach by metro or just walking. The room is small, but enough fro 1-2 persons for 1-2 days. Good restaurants end supermarkets nearby. The staff is kind and helpful, the reception is in another building on the same street, 1 minute away. Free luggage storage after cheking out, big thanks. Great wifi, little bit cold in the room, but I was provided a heater. AC is working properly. Great building, safe location, clean.

There is some noise from the street, even if is not very busy traffic. Make sure to have earplugs if you are an easy sleeper. There are noises from neighbouring rooms as well, keep that in mind.

Nice and close to Queensway Tube. The area felt reasonably safe. There wasn’t too much noise on the Saturday night we stayed considering it was a city location (we are country bumpkins & expected it to be quite rowdy). I’d like to say that a review popped up AFTER we’d booked & paid that concerned me but it seemed totally unfounded in my experience of this hotel. I couldn’t fault the cleanliness. My room was bright fresh meticulously clean. The air con was incredible which was very welcome on one of the warmest days of the year. London is a crazy hot box of a micro climate & my room was lovely and cool. Check-in was at a building opposite which was unexpected but no problem. The process was simple, as was check out the next day.

Nothing wrong. As long as no unforeseen post stay issues pop up, I was very happy with everything.

The apartment was in a row of cream-colored Victorian houses in a quiet street within a 2-5 minute walk from 2 tube stations. Very convenient location! I like that the apartment was in a quiet street but next to a lively street with restaurants, grocery, and shops. Also nearby is Hyde Park where you can walk and enjoy the greenery. One tube stop away is Notting Hill and Oxford Street (high-end shopping) is a few tube stops away or around a 30-minute walk from the apartment.

There were 4 of us who occupied the apartment and although the apartment looks big and could fit 5 people with the bed configuration (1 QB + 3 SB), it was quite tight for our 4 luggages because it was split into 2 floors and we cannot bring up the luggages to the loft (narrow, steep stairs going up) so it was a challenge opening our luggages on the first level with hardly any space to walk around. I also didn't find any plates and utensils for our takeaway food, just mugs. Also, only body wash was provided, no shampoo & conditioner.
