Excellent stay in the heart of london- very comfortable beds and clean too! good value for money considering the location.

Stairs are a nuisance if you bring a lot of luggage.

I stayed at The Chapter Hotel Hyde Park in London, and it was a pretty good choice for a short trip. The location is great – super close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station, which made it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of shops and places to grab food. The hotel itself is clean and modern, but the room was definitely on the small side, which seems pretty normal for London. Still, it was comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a few nights. Staff were nice and helpful, check-in was smooth. Overall, if you’re looking for a well-located and clean spot near Hyde Park and don’t mind smaller rooms, I’d recommend it!

The location was amazing, very close to lots of underground stations and nice restaurants. The amenities were nice, and the room was not as hot as everyone had commented here. I appreciated that there was a hair dryer in the room.

They didn’t clean our room very thoroughly. In fact, our bed wasn’t done at any moment. We would have appreciated a bit more cleanliness. Considering that the hotel wasn’t cheap, we would have found it nice if at least our room had been properly cleaned.

The location for me was great, near winter wonderland, 25min walk, found carpark which was 5mins walk. The area was nice and quiet. The staff were great, welcoming and helpful. We got there half hour early but the room was ready and they allowed us in without an extra charge. As we left the guy, (i forgot to ask his name) was very nice asked about our stay, and wished us well. Which was very nice. Hospitality was on point from start to finish!!

Our room was right at the top which was nice but the amount of stairs we had to climb lol so only downside was that there was no lift, besides that everything was great

Amazing! Perfect location. We had the family room just wow for value for money. Very spacious has s little kitchen. This is perfect place to base up when visiting London. There are two tube stations within five minutes walk so you can get on every line and you can get anywhere you want in London. Couple of minutes walk and you're in a street with all shops supermarket and amazing selection of restaurants from around the world. The staff were so friendly and helpful I fully recommend staying here and will be staying again for my next trip in London.

After reading the reviews, we were very sceptical to stay here, but we were pleasantly suprised! The room was clean, staff friendly and overall brilliant hotel, great value for money. Brilliant location close to tubes and buses etc would happily stay again

The only minor thing was the amount of noise at night but this can’t be helped as it was outside, and the heat of the room they do provide a fan but it was very hot

The location of the hotel is excellent, only a 2-3 minute walk from the tube station and from Hyde park. We only stayed there for 1 night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The room looked recently renovated, it had a small kitchen and great view to the street. Even thought there was a problem with the cleaning service having left the room unclean, the staff did their best to sort it out as soon as they could.

Our room was on the 3d floor and there is no elevator, but the person in charge did help us with our luggage.

We were actually moved to the J Hyde Park hotel location. It was a nice hotel. Room was small, and we had to walk down a tight stairwell, but it had everything we needed. The bathroom was updated, and the hot water worked great. The espresso machine was great. I do wish there was a mini fridge. And there was a slight awkward layout of one of the walls that cut off the corner of the room and made it hard to walk around some times. Location is good for trains.
