Great location

No air conditioning, broken glass in door, door to balcony unable to be fully secured. No wifi that we could get to work.

The area is nice, walkable to National history museum, The science museum and others. Hyde park is very near. Comfortable beds.

It could be very warm, especially in the second floor. Our apartment was at ground floor, so we heard the noise from the street.

The property was of excellent design for functionality. With a mezzanine floor accommodating a double bed. The property was clean and the location was fantastic.

Check in was a little frustrating only because our room wasn’t ready at 3. About 10 other guests got successfully checked in whilst i had to wait. Reception were fantastic but it was very hot and my children were outside. There was a luggage room. Reception called me when it was ready. We went for food whilst we waited. Their communication was excellent and i dont think this should put anyone off booking. Ive booked again for 2 days time.

The location is excellent, and the check-in process was quick and efficient thanks to the outstanding front desk staff. When I inquired about access to my room, I was assured that there were no issues. However, my room was on the fifth floor, and since the elevator only goes to the fourth floor, I had to climb the stairs, which was a bit challenging. It would be helpful if they provided masks for guests instead of asking us to purchase them from outside shops. On a positive note, utensils were provided, making it convenient for us to cook our meals and take them on our trips. The train station is just a 2-minute walk from the room, and shopping is only 3 minutes away. Overall, my experience was positive.

Do not think anything is seriously missing or negative.

Great location for central London and Hyde park concert

Had a wonderful stay, the location is perfect and the staff is very kind and helpful. There was a microwave, fridge, stove and all the necessary utensils. The cupboard had enough hangers, a fan, hairdryer and an iron. The internet and TV worked great. Bedding and towels were clean. Four pillows, one big blanket. No feathers, no decorative pillows or throws, which is perfect. Loved the location, would stay here again.

The window isn't the biggest - the room could use a working AC or a ceiling fan. Could hear the upstairs neighbors walking / moving furniture in the morning, but that is something you experience in a lot of UK houses. The floor in the room was sticky, the heating ladder in the bathroom was rusty. Overall, a few small improvements could be done, considering the age of the property.

Perfect location, 30 seconds from tube. Spacious room - perfect for groups or families and such good value for money. Perfect little kitchenette. Lovely, friendly staff. We had a problem with the light in our room quite late at night and the 2 gentlemen who were working could not have been more helpful or determined to solve the problem for us! We were all very impressed with the customer service.

Literally the only negative is how hot the rooms are! Fans are provided and whilst they are helpful, they don’t cool the room down at all. The property would really benefit from aircon.

The location is perfect, close to Underground and Kensington Gardens, a stroll away from Science Museum and Natural History Museum. We had a room with a street view and it wasn't loud at night. Many convenience stores and takeaways nearby. The staff is remarkably helpful! The bed was comfortable and big enough for us. We were on the 3rd floor and had an elevator just outside our room. The room was on the small side, but had space for our clothes, a table and two chairs and the kitchen was well equipped for us (though it is funny how they give you two of everything -two forks, spoons, etc).

The room could be cleaner, lots of dust under the bed, the shower has also seen better days, generally an update would be welcome to the furniture. The door leading to the building was kept open using cello tape, would have felt better if this required the key card as well, but overall we felt safe anyway.One problem that we had was that there isn't any bedside lighting, this should be added, as it's not convenient having two people in the room to constantly rely on the ceiling lights .

The location was great for an event in Hyde Park, very close also to a tube station. The bed was comfy and plenty big enough for what we needed. Had a kitchenette which would have been fine if we were there for longer.

I didn't like that there wasn't any complimentary tea or coffee in the room. Generally speaking you wouldn't have those with you if you was just staying for 1 night! that would have been a nice touch

Everything we needed as a family is all there. Price was not too bad considering the dates that we travelled to London. We had a little kitchen to eat a hearty meal before heading off to roam around busy streets of London. Very good location near to Bayswater and Queensway station. Bus stops to centre is just around the corner. Car park is available nearby aprox 5mins walk. There is an asian mart close as well. Staffs were nice and accommodating. They came quickly fixed the broken exhaust fan. Thumbs up! We really enjoyed our stay!! 🥰

Nothing really. The stairs are not toddler friendly but we managed to blocked the stairs for safety :)
