Room and bathroom was clean. Fridge in the rooms to add your own drinks. There was shower gel in the bathroom. Inside it was quiet and not much noise from the road. They did provide towels. Close to Bayswater Station which District and Circle line. Queensway station which is Central line. Both stations are less than 5 minute walk. Loads of shops and places to eat on Queensway which is road in parallel to the one you are staying.

We went when it was 25 degrees. There is no air conditioning. Would be ok during mild weather. There is no lift if staying on higher floors. Paid deposit by card. Took a month to return. Not sure if this was fault of the property or the bank. I would recommend you pay the deposit by cash and then collect on check out.

Spacious room for 3 adults and a baby. I like that we can cook our food. The location is close to 2 Tube stations and numerous restaurants and shops. There is 24hr reception service. The staff are approachable and pleasant. The apartment is clean and no unpleasant smell. We all slept comfortably. There is smart tv, fans, flat iron, cooking ware and utensils.

2 things I didn't like: 1. Major: There was no lift in the building. This was a surprise for me but its partially my fault coz I didn't check if there was a lift in the first place, before booking. 2. Minor: When you are in the shower, the sensor cannot detect your movement and the light goes off so quickly. Its a hassle having to wave your hand out of the shower area multiple times. And it goes really dark when its off. I would have given it a 10/10 score. But above all, I am still satisfied with our stay.

A top place to stay if you are looking for a clean hotel with friendly staff in central London. Our first room was too small for 3 adults (there was apparently some confusion with Booking.com) but the team quickly moved us to a bigger room and it was excellent. It had a kitchenette with fridge which was a bonus. The hotel is in a great central London location; numerous tube lines nearby made it easy to get anywhere. It’s a short walk to Bayswater tube station at one end of the street and a lovely walk into Hyde Park at the other (from there it’s a short walk to Kensington Palace and its beautiful gardens. Around the corner is Queensway Rd with lots of mini supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes (can recommend Urban Social beside the entrance to Bayswater station for great espresso, they have Allpress beans - NZ coffee lovers will know 😉). The hotel has a small laundry downstairs free to use for guests which came in handy. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay - would recommend when staying in London.

The location is very good to visit London, just few minutes by walk to Hyde Park and two underground stations. There are a lot nice pubs, restaurants and shops near the apartment, that were great for breakfast and dinner and any other needs. The apartment had just one room with one double bed and two single beds. The bathroom was small but everything worked well.

The room was small for 4 people, with very narrow spaces between beds but it was fine for just a couple of nights. The room was at fourth floor without lift, so we had to carry our luggages up through a narrow and steep stair.

The staff member at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. Check in was swift and easy. The room was very spacious and had all the facilities we required for our 1 night stay, including fully functioning kitchenette, flat screen TV and lovely large power shower! The location was amazing- right next to Hyde Park/ Kensington Gardens.

The sound proofing was pretty dire, so we were disturbed by loud music & children screaming in neighbouring rooms quite late into the night and very early in the morning. Our room was quite stuffy and, as it was a basement room the only windows (which would not stay open!) opened onto a a sort of terraced hall area so we could potentially be viewed by other guests passing by, therefore we felt we had to keep the blinds down for the entirety of our stay, in order to have privacy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the MSK Premium Hotel and I must say, my experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect—quiet and serene, right in the heart of London. One of the standout features was the room itself; it was spacious and well-appointed with a fresh and crisp cleanliness that made me feel immediately at ease.

The only slight inconvenience for me during my stay was navigating from the ground floor up to the fourth-floor—there's no elevator available. This meant we had to climb quite a few steps, but considering how nice the hotel is otherwise, it was a minor issue that didn't significantly detract from our overall experience.

The hotel is great in a great situation. Close from a 2 tube stations, Queensway and Bayswater! The building is clean and apparently had a complete refurbishment which is great. Looks healthy and looked after! We had a room on the 4th floor without lift, it's important to notice this in case you're travelling with heavy suitcases or have any health issues it's lot of stairs to get there but for us it was completely fine! We had a nice room, with a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom. Everything was spot on! Comfy bed, it was clean and fresh! The view was really nice, roof of London view, lovely. Staff is very efficient, check-in and check out is fast and easy with them! Great place to stay for 1 night or more! Would happily come back!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at MSK Premium Hotel. It was a lovely, clean, and comfortable place that perfectly met our needs for a family trip. The hotel's location was ideal, being extremely close to the city center, with a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars right opposite. Kensington Gardens were just to the left, providing a perfect spot for leisurely strolls. The reception staff were amazing—lovely, friendly, and always ready to assist. Although the room was a tiny bit small, it didn’t detract from our experience in the slightest. The overall quality, convenience, and service more than made up for it. We highly recommend MSK Premium Hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!

The staff is very nice. Location is very very nice. There is food/ next to Hyde park, very close to subway station which link you to airport / city / shopping location i.e. Oxford or Regent street. You can store luggage before /after checkin time. Worth the price to stay before you go back to airport, or first place after you arrive at airport and will go to other city👍🏻

No elevator, I sleep on the mezzanine a bit hot at night but I still can sleep. If you open the window the downstair will be cold. There is a small fan to use but a bit broken and lound.

I was pleasantly surprised! Lovely, modern and spacious apartment with great facilities. It was clean and comfortable. I am not sure if we just got lucky, but we got a ground floor apartment which the host said upon arrival, was a nice one! We are a family of 5 and would definitely stay here again. There is convenient and safe parking nearby and it’s close to two underground stations. There are also a variety of different eateries very nearby.

Tea / coffee making facilities A towel in the kitchen area Toilet/ shower was on the small side I’m not sure if walls are super thin here but it can be noisy. We could hear when the people above us were in their apartment, loud talking and stomping around - this made it difficult to fall asleep at 11pm but we didn’t mind too much as we’re only there for the one night. Otherwise, I’d have had a bigger issue with this.
