Located at just 5 minutes walk to the Queensway and Bayswater tube station and bus stop, conveniently close to the Malaysian cuisine restaurant e.g Med Salleh, Putera Puteri while the Hyde Park just a few steps walk. Room just nice for 2 person with basic kitchen stuff e.g induction stove, utensils, fridge & microwave. Clean and cosy room serve a comfortable stay. Not to forget the warm welcoming from the very helpful receptionist. By the way, there is no parking available at the property, but can use the JustPark apps to check paid parking available nearby. We managed to get parking near the Thistle Hotel which is just 3 minutes walk. Hope this help! 😉

The room was nice. The location was great. We were a short walk to the Hop On, Hop Off buses. I highly recommend the location.

On the last night, there was a fire alarm and everyone started to leave their rooms in the middle of the night, until the manager saw us to say it was a false alarm. The lift broke down on our last day and we had to lug down the suitcases, which were very heavy. The staff should do this for safety reasons. Because of all the drama, we forgot two coats and a silken top in the wardrobe. I phoned but there was no easy solution in retrieving these items- all were new and expensive items. There was no offer to arrange postage even. I would have happily paid the postage cost beforehand.

Staff is friendly and the room was very clean and tidy. Super comfy bed and good shower. Location is fine, lots of stuff nearby.

The room is VERY SMALL. There’s barely space to move, no table or chair nor an area to open luggage. Bathroom is the same, super tight. It works better for single travellers, in my opinion. Not very comfortable if you need to eat in.

Great location, within 5 minutes walk of two tube stations that made it easy to get to most places in London; 10 minutes walk to Notting Hill, and right next to Kensington gardens. The room is compact but comfortable, good bed, and fairly quiet. The kitchenette is quite small but I managed to use it to cook my meals. Lovely staff, and they stored my bag on the day I arrived until it was time to check in, no extra charge. Overall, I was really pleased and this was a great place for my stay; as a solo traveler I also felt really safe.

The room has some general wear and tear, which didn’t bother me but worth noting so you know what to expect- I think it’s fine for that price in such a convenient area of London. The kitchenette could be improved by adding a few utensils and sharp knives that would make basic cooking easier.

Loved the central location, so affordable, very clean and staff very friendly. Was handy to be able to drop off our bags as we had an early flight. I would recommend this place as a base while you explore the sites of London.

The room was lovely and had a great little cooking unit. Unfortunately we struggled with the bed as the mattress was so hard. The room could do with a small table and chairs to eat from. A foldable table you stick to the wall be ideal.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a great experience. Lift access means getting our luggages to our room was easy. The location is excellent, within walking distance of several major tube stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are plenty of halal restaurants nearby, as well as beautiful parks to explore. The room included a well-equipped kitchen area with utensils, which was perfect for cooking our own meals. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout our stay.

While the location and amenities were convenient, the room itself felt quite cramped. There was limited space to move around or store luggage comfortably. One downside was the lack of a proper dining area. We were expected to eat using a single chair and a small pull-out table attached to the TV unit, which wasn’t ideal for meals.

Location is great, the room was nice however it can't be called studio, it was clean too

The bed is a bit too small however it is advertised as double Being picky maybe some black stain in the shower even if their are common

The last night we were there the AC didn’t seem to work and it got very hot.

It was a well appointed room with kitchenette. Was able to cook several meals and keep the London costs down. Staff were always cheerful and helpful which made the stay even better. Security was very good and the place was quiet both inside and on the street it was on. Two nearby Tube stations got us all over London to see the sight and Hyde Park was within a block, perfect for winding down.

Signage. The hotel is distinguished by on the number “39” on the two poles at the entrance. We had to double check that we were in the right place. We pushed the building buzzer with much trepidation as we were concerned it may be someone’s home. Once in, no issues after that.
