The property was nice. Lovely staff member at the entrance. Extremely clean and smelt nice. Small kitchen was a bonus. Shower was nice and warm and sufficient towels were provided. Pots and pans along with basic utensils are also handy Location was great, shops and food places only a short distance away and a tube station next to them. Also great for winter wonderland as located next to Hyde park. Noise outside was not too bad during night time

Room wasn’t particularly large by any means but does what you need for a short stay. Not the most suitable for a longer trip Neighbours were loud during the afternoon night and morning. We understood it was not the hotels fault

The room was clean, the bed was really comfy and the location was great for us for going to BST Hyde Park. The jacuzzi was spot on after standing in Hyde Park for 12+ hours. Definitely worth the extra money. The aircon was absolutely fantastic I was very pleased with it. The refrigerator was good too very cold.

We were down on -1 floor because we were in a jacuzzi suite and the doors were really noisy. If you were asleep and someone was coming in late the door noise would 100% wake you up, I don’t know the exact science but when someone opened and closed one of the other doors on -1 it made all the other doors bang somehow. Like a really loud bang. This was the only downside tho everything else was perfect.

Good location if you want to be over by Kensington Palace, Buckingham Palace etc. Has good train and subway links 5 mins way away. Quiet location. Room had cooking facilities and a fridge so good if you want to do this on a budget eating-wise..overall does what it says.

Room while clean is dated.. Our room was a double deluxe studio, and while clean etc. Paintwork was falling off the window wall. Just looked like it needed a lick of paint and tlc. Also note if you have early morning flight..reception is t open till 8 am, so was unclear what to do with the room key etc. Could be little clearer on that.

Overall, my stay was great. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen was well stocked with a microwave, toaster, induction stovetop, kettle, plates, and bowls. There weren't any utensils. The shower pressure was great, though the bathroom was a bit small (notably, there was limited counter space). NOX Kensington Gardens is within a 7 minute walk of Queensway tube station (Central line) and Bayswater (Circle and District lines). There was also a bus stop about 5 minutes away. It's also walkable (15 mins) to Paddington Station, making it easy to get the Heathrow Express and other regional rail lines for day trips (i.e. Oxford, Bath). I felt very safe walking to and from the hotel at night as a solo woman traveler. The entrance is locked 24/7, and you either need to scan your hotel key card to get in or ring the bell when the concierge is present (8AM-10PM).

My biggest issue was the mildewy smell in room 504 in the kitchenette. It wasn't too bad when the doors of the kitchenette were closed, but it was very noticeable when I first opened it. Not sure what exactly caused it, but it was a bit unsettling. Also, they provided body wash and shampoo, but no conditioner. I even asked at the front desk and they don't have any. So strange to not offer that. The bathroom counters were very small with limited storage.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help, the reception closes at 10:00PM, and I had a delay in my flight that delayed my arrival to be at 11:00PM. But when I explained the fly delay to them they helped me and kept the keys in their sister hotel nearby them.

The reception closes from 10:00PM to 8:00AM, and during this time if you need them urgently in case you lost your key or had any issues you will wait all the night until 8:00AM. And that's sure going to be bad experience. And they need to fix it by assigning an emergency number or any alternative solution. And there is no bell boy to carry the luggage. Last but not least, there is no access for disabled people to enter.

The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and the location was perfect to wander around quiet Notting Hill neighbourhood, the lively Portobello Road market and the beautiful Kensington Gardens. Lots of great restaurants and cafes to choose from around the area as well. I would recommend Prince Alfred pub for a local experience with live music from Wednesday to Sunday. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from Bayswater and Queensway metro stations (District, Circle and Central lines), and a 20 minute trip away from the main attractions. It's also a 15 minute walk from Paddington train station. The Hotel staff was helpful and stored our luggage on the day of arrival (as we arrived before the check-in time) and after checkout (as our flight was later in the day).

The sink in the bathroom is very small and the position of the water tap makes washing your face very tricky - water splashes everywhere outside the sink. The bed could be a little wider - with warmer temperatures, even with the AC on, it was challenging for two people to sleep with the intense heat.

we loved the neighborhood and the fact that is was a walking distance from the tube! clean and tidy! the kitchenette was helpful. would definetly reccomend to others.

only thing was that we got only 1 room key and almost lost it during a night out. at the time we thought it was lost we couldnt reach anyone- desk is working only during daytime and there was no answer on Whatsapp/Booking.com. SO LUCKY we found it because it could have ended really awful for us.

This was my first NOX experience. It was perfect for me as it blended self catering with serviced rooms. I had everything I needed for making breakfast and an evening meal combined with fresh towels and linen and housekeeping every day if I requested. This NOX is in the perfect location for tube and bus travel and is extremely quiet inside and out . The rooms are well designed , my studio was a little tight on space for two but perfect for a solo traveller. Great Tv, shower and storage- bed a little hard for me. 24 hr reception with pleasant service meant as a 75 yr old solo traveller I felt very safe . Excellent value for money for a London stay. I’ll be back!

Superb location with easy access to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations and all the local facilities travellers appreciate. Rooms are clean, comfortable, modern and compact on a quiet street. Huge TV, excellent shower, and filtered water tap. Staff were very helpful. Daily servicing was appreciated. No on-site laundry, but there is a self-service option close by. Was here for 7 nights and would recommend.

Understand comments from others about some room layouts perhaps being a bit squeezy for two people, but my room was very well sized compared to some I have previously experienced in London.

The staff is really welcoming and helpful, they were always available if you needed anything. The room studio was quite nice but it could have been a little more clean (although it wasn’t dirty). The bed was very comfortable with the big tv in front. We had a really good stay and the location was perfect, 4 min from the central line and 6 min from the circle line with buses around as well. We would definitely go back!

It needed a bit more cleaning and the bathroom had a strong smell of damp. Overall no big issues.
