I stayed at the NOX Hyde Park for 1 night with 2 friends, and I cannot highly recommend this hotel enough. We had a triple room, which was on the 2nd floor next to the lift, and the room had 2 double beds (1 Bed and 1 very comfortable sofa bed, which was quite large and would have easily accommodated 2 people) The room was spotless, large TV, Coffee and Tea facilities in the room, and a clean bathroom and spotless shower. The hotel itself is clean, with a small lift, and lovely décor in the reception area. There is a hairdresser on the ground floor. Reception staff are very polite and friendly. There is no food in the hotel, but the Italian restaurant (Bella Italia) next door does a lovely breakfast for under a tenner. The location is ideal for Hyde Park gigs, which is about a 20 min walk through the Kensington Gardens entrance which is a 2 mins walk. Bayswater (Circle and District) and Queensway (Central Line) tube stations are a 2/3 minute walk. But also, on the doorstep is a range of shops, restaurants, fast food, bars and convenience stores. Marks and Spencer is right across the road. Burger King, McDonalds and KFC are less than 4 mins walk. We took a stroll to Notting Hill from there which was about a 20 min walk. Will definitely stay here again.

The room is tiny but we didn’t mind since we just came back at night and was gone for most of the day. I loved that the had working AC and heating. It’s not even 2 minutes away from bayswater tube station and qweensway tube station. If you’re coming from stansted airport you can stop at paddington station and take the metro straight to bayswater and the hotel is right down the road. There are bus stops at the top and end of the that street, shops that close late and a few food spots

We were there for 4 days and they NEVER changed the bed sheets or our towels they would just make up the bed and sweep ( depending on which maid we got that day)The bed isn’t really comfortable and there isn’t a fridge or microwave in the small rooms

I stayed at NOX Hyde with my daughter for a week in London, and everything was simply perfect! The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable, with air conditioning and heating, plus a coffee machine with espresso pods ☕️ and a kettle for tea 🍵 — perfect for starting the day right! The room was also wonderfully soundproof, ideal for resting after a long day of sightseeing around beautiful London 🏙️💤 One of the highlights was the Coffee Station next to the reception, where guests can enjoy an espresso or an American coffee anytime during the day — such a nice touch! ☕💖 The hotel’s location is unbeatable 📍 — the street has everything you could wish for: restaurants of all kinds 🍽️, cafés ☕, bookshops 📚, and souvenir shops 🛍️. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens 🌳🚴‍♀️, where you can easily rent a bike and enjoy the green heart of London. Plus, there are two underground lines nearby, so getting around the city is effortless 🚇🗺️ For a truly London experience, I also recommend taking one of the iconic double-decker buses 🚌 — it’s so much fun! We’ll definitely come back to NOX Hyde on our next trip 💖 Oh, and I almost forgot — they also offer a free luggage storage service, which was super convenient 🧳👌 Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay so pleasant and memorable! 🌟🌸 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience staying at NOX Hotel Hyde Park and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, modern, and well-kept the hotel was. The rooms are thoughtfully designed—comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, and all the essentials you need for a pleasant stay. Everything felt fresh and tidy, which made it really easy to settle in and feel at home. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It’s incredibly convenient, just a short walk from several Underground stations, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, it’s right near Hyde Park, which was perfect for morning walks and a bit of calm in the midst of a busy trip. What truly stood out, though, was the service—especially from Sheri at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing: warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was giving directions, offering tips for local dining, or just checking in to see if everything was alright, her hospitality made a real difference in my stay. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys making guests feel welcome, and Sheri definitely has that touch. Overall, NOX Hotel Hyde Park offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and a high standard of service. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in London!

The hotel was very clean and modern, a great location and very cheap for London! Reception staff were friendly. The room size is similar to a premier inn hub, with a spacious bathroom, a kettle, hairdryer, coffee machine etc all included. Paid around £40 pp for a night which, for right next to Hyde Park, was excellent.

Didn't get my smoking deposit back from the reception staff when I checked out.

The hotel is very nice, It is located in a central position, just 5 minutes walking from the Underground station (circle/district and central line) and well connected to all the main attractions. The staff was amazing, the first day I had a problem with the bathroom and the receptionist prontly provided to change my room for that night, and the day after it was fixed. Overall I had a very good time in this structure and I highly racommand it to thos planning to visit the city for a few days.

The room was a bit small but clean and with everything needed.

-Location is excellent, beside a few tube stations so you can get anywhere you need to go -Actual area has lots of restaurants and fast food chains, you’re just beside Soho -We were able to leave our bags before check in and after check out to get about the city -Good shower and a TV -Coffee machine in the room, nice touch -Cleaning lady was so helpful -Would highly recommend if going on a short city break to London

I was apprehensive based on other reviews, however, for a 1 night stay we didnt have any problems. The two things we wanted were the location and a clean room, and got both.

We had a lovely stay! The room was small and cute – but not too small. It was cozy, clean, and just perfect for a short city trip. The location was amazing: the street is full of great shopping and dining options, from little boutiques to charming cafés. Public transport connections are excellent – you can reach all major sights or the train station within minutes. We would definitely come back!

There was no bin in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. The shower tap was dripping from time to time. Also, the hallways were quite narrow, which made moving around a bit uncomfortable – but still manageable overall.

Standard size for London hotels, with narrow corridors, it is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but enough for a night's sleep after a day around the city. It's nicely renovated with a tasteful style. If you bring too much luggage for two people the space will be limited though. Location is great if you are interested on that side of the city, it's reachable by two metro lines and plenty of buses. You can easily walk to Westminster area. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around too. They serviced the room daily.

From the pictures it definitely gives the impression that the rooms are bigger than the average London room, but I guess only for some of the extra rooms. Hence, it can get a bit humid/hot quite quickly, but AC helps. Street side can be a bit noisy at night but it quiets down around midnight.

Stayed 3 nights with my mate in a double room. Sure the room is "small" but in our case for a short stay we didn't really need it to be any bigger, it had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean, no problem with the WiFi, we enjoyed the TV at night after walking around all day. Very happy at a very good price and ideally located!

As everyone else mentions, you can indeed hear noise through the door, like in many hotels, but having read reviews prior to booking, I came prepared with earplugs and everything was fine (you never know if your mate might suddenly start snoring anyway ;))
