Location . Comfort and clean

We had a group of 6 staying and had continental breakfast included but on second morning , silly enough they had actually locked the the yogurt table top fridge we could see them through glass , so when I asks for some the waitress replied we have given our a lot of yogurt’s for today and she need what was left for tomorrows guest ! which I thought she was joking . I replied and what about us we are today’s guests and I laughed your joking right , she said ok I’ll give you one , totally rediculas . We are back again for 4 nights in July and now reconsidering

Hyde Park Boutique Hotel was truly a one of a kind, unique gem in central London. It was my first time staying and the hotel was a short walk from both Bayswater & Queensway tube stations. Plenty of food places nearby too. What struck the best were the first impressions - a very clean hotel, very hospital and the staff were second to none. I asked for a quiet room and were given the basement level - forget what you know about basements, I stayed in a room that never felt like being in a 'basement', was super comfortable, quiet and the bed was to my liking! The staff were also willing to keep luggage after I checked out, and this was such a kind gesture. One of the most comfortable stays I've had in London - will definitely stay again! You should stay here too!

It's not a dislike - didn't get a chance to get the breakfast but it smelt absolutely from my room! Also, I got back late from a get together with friends on my first night stay so make sure you have the hotel's number saved during your stay. For your safety, they lock the doors after 11pm. Hope this helps you!

The location was fantastic - 12 minute walk to Paddington station so it was easy to get to the airport and use the national rail. Bayswater station was a short five minutes away for getting into the city - room was clean and tidy and staff were very friendly. I got the breakfast included and thought it was a nice selection of foods provided

There is no lift and I was on the top floor so quite a hike and the stairs are quite steep to the upper floors, it didn’t bother me too much but would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. A mini fridge would have been nice to store food and drinks for longer stays

The location was great, close enough to walk to Bayswater Station. Plenty of great food options and grocery on queensway. The location was quiet seemed like an upper class neighbourhood. We felt very safe which is fantastic. The reception carried our heavy bags to our room as there was no lift so that was a fantastic gesture. They were also very polite everything we entered. The building is beautiful, exactly what you picture for a stay when coming from the other side of the world.

It was quite hot and stuffy in the rooms. We did have some very hot days while there but just no ventilation in the room as the window only went part way up. Wouldn't be a problem if It wasn't peak summer.

Great location, great service from both night and dayshift managers. Very helpful, our luggage was delayed from airline and the staff placed all our luggage in our room when it was delivered to the Hotel. We used hop on off bus service to get around London and that stop is 3 minute walk. The under ground is close like 4-5 minute walk as well as Paddington station up the road. We will stay again when we return. The shower had excellent water pressure. The beds were comfy enough. Really quiet and safe neighbourhood that offered a cool pub and a few places to eat and to buy fresh food etc. Top service and friendly

No air conditioning and the weather was muggy, the fan provided was sufficient but definately would be good to have fresh air. Need ventilation in bathroom as theres a musty smell. Bathroom a little small but i managed ok. Im 6ft and thick set so was ok. If they can fix tgese issues it would be a superb rating.

The location was great, not far from the tube. The hotel was only a five minute walk from the tube and shops and Hyde Park. Staff on the reception desk was very helpful and always had a smile. The hotel smelt clean and fresh as soon as you walked through the doors. The room was small but had everything we wanted very clean. The towels were changed every day, and the tea tray was kept topped up. The bathroom was small but had everything you needed. It was kept clean and had shampoo, body wash, and soap if you needed it. We would stay again and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Just a recommendation to have a menu for the breakfast in the room.

The staff were all lovely. On arrival the lady at reception was a breath of fresh air (despite having had what sounded like a very challenging day!). We had booked a twin room for economic reasons, but due to a leak we we were given separate single rooms instead and we were really pleased to have our own space at night. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and housekeeping quietly changed my bed without fuss while I was out after I'd had a wee spill. The shower was clean and free of mould too, which is unusual these days. The bed was very comfy too and I had a great night sleep. There are lots of shops and restaurants in reasonable walking distance too

The shower is quite small and I kept accidentally turning it off with my bum, but otherwise the rooms and the hotel were lovely. The steam from my shower and then blowdrying my hair set off the alarm on my room, which was not great. Then when I tried to use the hotel's hairdryer (i had brought my own) it set on fire and my room really did fill with smoke! I managed to contain it and take it to reception where the staff member plugged it in after being told it had been on fire, which I found incredibly concerning and like he didn't believe me. I was given another hairdryer and managed to finish my hair without any further concerns though, thankfully and the gent was very pleasant to me at check out.

Location locations and location. Walkable from Paddington which is directly accessible via Elizabeth line. It’s also closer (walkable) to 2 other tube stations- queensway and bayswater. Rooms were very clean and daily housecleaning was a surprise. Reception is 24 hrs available. Few other points neg negative per se- rooms are smaller and could be a surprise for first time Europe travelers. You get one room key card, if you loose you have to pay 5 £. There is no microwave or any other gadgets (except kettle) so plan accordingly.

No elevator/lift, so if you get rooms on higher floors, good luck. Be careful on the steps to upper floor. There is no air conditioning so if it’s hot you get a table fan only. (We had a window and we opened for some air circulation)

Rooms were cleaned every day. We didn’t eat the breakfast but the price was cheap compared to the restaurants in London. They gave us EU plug for our phone to charge since we didn’t have UK charger(but I had to ask in advance so check with them if there are any plugs available). We had a hairdryer supplied as well as cosmetic products in our room. Location of the hotel is very good

Our room had a really small TV but it was working. There are a lot of stairs and some are quite narrow so beware if that is a problem for you.

Staff were nice and check in and out was easy. Although hot, 2 fans were provided in the room which was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was ideal for us, quiet but close to the tube stations and local amenities on the high street. Would recommend.

The stairs are steep as other reviewers point out. Wasn't an issue for us but might bother some. There weren't any directions or signs on the staircase to direct you to the rooms which was a little confusing at first but fine once you were used to it.
