Wonderful location, lovely friendly staff, charming decor, imperfect in a way that I like - felt like being in someone's grand home. Unlike the sterile atmospheres of modern hotels. Great conveniences in rooms - small kitchen, fridge, dishes, etc. The rooms all had beautiful original period detail - huge fireplaces, gorgeous ceiling molding, small balcony off my sister's room.

My floor, in the eves, was a bit noisy for me, but maybe not a problem for others. I'm a light sleeper.

The bath room in room 6 was fair to small! was so scared of opening the glass shower door, just in case it would smash on the sink! i know its a pain but the room is big enough to extend the bathroom so this own happen.

The hotel is in a cul de sac so it was quiet for London, with Hyde Park and Paddington on the doorstep. The room was very clean, recently refurbished, and there was a small kitchen area.

My room was downstairs in the basement, but there was plenty of light, although the smokers were right outside.

The room was large, with good clean facilities, maid service everyday Good location, safe district single woman felt very safe. Close to Paddington station, straight route that took about 8 mins even with luggage. Also close to buses feeding the centre of town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will come again.

Nothing really.

Our room was on the lower level and quiet, it was quite large and spacious with ample wardrobe space and a small well fitted kitchenette. The bed was a Queen size and comfortable, also there is a lift which makes access to rooms very easy when you have 2 large suitcases and 1 smaller carry-on case and 2 backpacks and are feeling very tired. The bathroom was a good size although the shower recess was compact with a tiled curved ceiling which made the space feel claustrophobic. There was no bench space to place any toiletries on. The hotel is in an excellent location, a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station for the Tube into London and also a direct train to Heathrow Airport. Also it was a 5 minute walk to the High Street for shopping and dining and another 5 minute walk along the High Street to Bayswater Road for the beautiful Kensington Gardens and Palace, and buses into London.

The bathroom was a good size but was let down by the lack of a bench to place our toiletries on and also by the compact shower recess which had a tiled sloping ceiling making it feel claustrophobic. There were 2 dining chairs in the room at the 2 separate desks, it would have been nice to have at least 1 comfortable lounge chair to sit in rather than sitting on the bed as the desk chairs weren't comfortable to relax and watch TV or read a book.

Friendly staff. Early check in was available when I arrived at noon. Luggage storage service is available. Stable WiFi. Kitchen has everything you need. Close to Hyde Park. Around 8 min walk to underground station.

My room is in the attic above the 4th floor so it’s not reachable by the lift. You can ask the staff to help with the luggage though.

Little noisy at night which sounded like a washing machine going all night. Ear plugs would fix that though. Maybe a lift would be nice.

The room was cozy and comfortable, clean and well equipped. The very idea of the small kitchen, gave us the possibility to feel at home and have that morning coffee that's so important when you wake up. The street below is very silent and the location is refined and close to Queensway where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Two the underground stations short at hand: Queensway and Bayswater. From the first you can take the Red line (Central) and from Bayswater both the Yellow (Circle) and the Green (District). It was my second time since last February. Everything was excellent. The staff is great and I strongly recommend the Cleveland hotel.

The location is excellent, 5 6 min.walking distance to Paddington subway station. Located in a quite and lovely quarter. The room is very clean and comfy. They clean it everyday and renew the tea coffee offerings. There a hidden kitchen inside a wardrobe in the room. Reception staff is kind and friendly. İ Would stay there again with pleasure

İ loved everything. İ only want to inform that some rooms (including mine) are at -1st floor. However be informed that i was very content despite the floor of the room

We had a well-appointed, large family room with comfortable beds and a very useful kitchenette. The hotel is handy for the tube, buses and shops and in a quiet neighbourhood.
