Breakfast was very substantial. Coffee machine had good coffee selection. Had a variety of options to choose from. The staff were all excellent. The room No. 6 on the ground floor was large and adequate hubby and me. It was clean and had TV, coffee, tea, table fan and good wardrobe space. The bathroom was small but we could move in it easily. We did not pay extra for leaving ou luggage after checking out. We found it was ideal as it was very good value for what we paid. It was near the gardens where we could walk, near restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and train stations. Location was very quiet. Enjoyed our stay there fully.

Nothing major just some noise from possibly the rooms next door or reception area but did not affect us greatly.

The location of the hotel, 10 mins to Kensington Gardens, and 3 tube stations. Pleasant, thought quite small, room. Very friendly and helpful ladies in the breakfast area.

Breakfast, very monotonous, no fresh vegetables, not even simple cucumbers or tomatoes. Not very helpful receptionists, especially one young lady. We were leaving before breakfast time and were told we'd be given a picknic basket instead but nothing was waiting for us, there was nobody at the reception and the lady in the kitchen (very friendly and helpful) didnt even know about it.

This hotel is one of the better "cheap" hotels i sentral parts of London. It's all clean and tidy, the room and the bathroom seemed to be newly renovated and well looked after. Although the power of the shower is what it is in England... They also serve english breakfast at £11, but we didn't have it. In the middle of the first night the toilet would not flush anymore. In the early morning we got a new room, which was smaller with a very small toilet. Luckily they managed to repair the toilet, and we could move back to room 21. That was a relief. The hotel is in a surprisingly quiet street just off Hyde Park.

What I didn't like? Not much, really. We had a nice stay, but the digital check in was difficult. The reception had to help us, and it took a lot longer than "normal" check in routines. But it's all digital these days.

Location is perfect. Close to the metro around nice neighbourhood. Bed is quite comfy place is clean. Stuff was friendly. Good for weekend stay. I got a single room close to reception where the bathroom is small. Like super small. You can sit on the toilet, wash your hands and take a shower at the same time. It doesn't affect my stay but if you are a bigger person you might have a problem fitting in.

The bed is close to the window and unfortunately, window has some gaps here and there so you can feel the air from the outside on your back while resting. Not so cool. Because the room was close to the entrance when someone was smoking outside you could feel it inside the room.

Very caring people at the reception. They allowed us to change the room because we needed a larger one on the ground floor. They also provided us with an electric heater when it became unexpectedly colder due to some problems in the system. Rooms were quite warm and contained everything you may need. The reception also provided us with a European adapter. The location was great, close to the park and bus stop or stations. There are some shops nearby to buy some groceries or snacks. The offered food for breakfast was not cooked but nice and enough to make you feel full for the most part of the day: eggs, yogurt, bread, butter, cheese, milk, coffee, jam, bakery, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel. We may want to come back here again!

Our trash wasn't taken and towels weren't changed for 5 days of our stay. It wasn't a big problem but it meant they didn't come to clean the room. I looked for the door sign to request the cleaning but couldn't find one. So I assume we were supposed to ask at the reception. Wifi was on and off. It wasn't annoying me as I had a local sim with data but if you don't have one be ready for some wifi troubles. So these are very minor problems. The rest was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot!

Brilliant little hotel, rooms very clean, breakfast was fab and run very efficiently. Polite friendly staff who were very helpful. Being a sole traveler it's always a worry, not here a lovely place to rest your head and relax. I felt totally safe, and slept really well in lovely crisp sheets. Would highly recommend definitely will stay again, perfectly located for loads of London attractions.

2 small things, the ensuite could do with a little grout touch up, and also the room walls could do with a fresh coat of paint in areas. However this did not effect my stay at all.

Clean, modern and spacious room. Excellent location. Good value for money. Most amazing lady on reception who is an absolute credit to the hotel!

Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are several flights of steep stairs with not lift. Breakfast is a simple European style continental breakfast (egg, cheese, ham, yogurt, cereal) which is nice but may not be to everyone’s taste.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was nice, but no cooked breakfast option.

Our room was on the 4th floor with no lift and the stairs were narrow towards the top. Luckily we were only staying one night but it would have been difficult with more luggage.

Breakfast was nice, simple but kept us full! Rooms & public areas were really clean! Had plenty of tea/coffee in the room & there was plenty of towels for a 3 night stay! Overall really happy with the service & price!

Our TV didn't work, we didn't mention it as a problem to the reception as it wasn't a massive issue for us, just would've been nice if it had worked! The mattress felt as if it maybe needed to be replaced, could feel all the springs and it wasn't the most comfortable.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The "de luxe" room was a little small but warm and very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very well fitted out. The location was ideal for us - just a short walk from Paddington Station and plenty of restaurants and pubs near by! The breakfast, although the same everyday was excellent, fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast, cooked meats, eggs and cheese. We would be happy to stay here again.
